MemberApril 30, 2018 at 12:18 pm in reply to: Emil Borel Classic Physique junior 19 yrsHey man I think it was in Jordan’s threat not too long ago, that someone asked Stephan on his opinion on EQ, and his answer was actually very much in agreement with Jordan’s video “nandrolone VS equipoise”.
I have friends who all speak well of nandrolone, and with both JP and Stephan favoring nandrolone over EQ, I thought I’d give it a go.
I’m planning on doing 225 NPP weekly, but we’ll see what JP says, as he’ll be doing my rebound.
And thank you btw! My legs looked VERY improved today, crazy difference. And weight this morning was 85.2 which is lowest weight so far. My peak weight in bulk was 94.4, so I’ve peeled off some good amount of weight ????
Changes for drugs in peak week is winstrol to 60mg, clen to 160mcg, and adex has been 0.5 ED last few days, from tomorrow I’ll do 1mg adex ED.
Show is sunday, had a pull training today, then push tomorrow, pull wednesday, push thursday.
Nothing to failure, bit lower weight than usual, higher reps, not focusing on eccentric but rather hard concentrics.
Legs looked like this today -

So today we are 1 week out. I had my last cardio yesterday, and last leg day today. Keeping some in the tank and higher rep work.
Decent look on the legs, I hope they’ll dry out a little more before show day tho. -

MemberApril 27, 2018 at 11:20 am in reply to: Emil Borel Classic Physique junior 19 yrsHey guys. It’s been some very tough days lately, little to no energy, though I have good energy and drive the first few hours of the day, which is also where I have my training sessions. So my sessions have been good and all, but it’s been some long ass days at work.
I’m not to do any cardio in the final week, so I have to get my Four usual sessions in before sunday, so 40 mins cardio ED for Four days… my legs are so heavy lol
But I’m looking better and better and the two are obviously connected, so just keeping my head down at working. Tho I must say the cakes at work’s been looking better these last days… lol, I work at a bakery 😉 How many could prep working Daily with cake lol?
Anyway I’ll show you some pictures from today’s back session. -

Strenght still very good on legs even with the lowered estrogen, very happy with the session today, good energy and motivation.
Im gonna leave you with some Real Quick pictures of today’s shape -

MemberApril 23, 2018 at 7:57 am in reply to: Emil Borel Classic Physique junior 19 yrsHey guys.
Yesterday was exactly two weeks out. I’m definitely feeling tired of dieting now and not much energy, but it is what it is, it’s over soon.
With that said, I’m happy with my look today.
I’m back on 3 low days 1 high, AI has been increased to 0.5 adex EOD, as I’m binding a lot to my legs, so that could possibly be due to estrogen. I’m not going to have bloods done so we’ll see how it goes. I feel like it shows already tho, might just be mental.
I’m very relaxed going into this show – dont get me wrong on what I’m about to say.
The only reason I’m doing this show is because I was dissapointed with myself during prep last year. I’m not doing this show to beat anyone or win anything, my goal was solely the process in this prep, to stick 100% and not let the foot off the gas. So far so good. The result is gonna be what it’s gonna be. I’m gonna be on that stage next to whoever shows up, and if they beat me then so be it, I’ll shake their hands. I beat myself and I know that with some years off of competing and the required quality mass added to my frame, I’m going to be hard to beat. I’m still only 19 you know.
Here is some pics from today -

MemberApril 19, 2018 at 8:35 am in reply to: Emil Borel Classic Physique junior 19 yrsHey guys! Yesterday my weight hit a new lowest at 85,3kgs. My coach then pulled a low day, so now it’s 2 low days of 2700 and one high day of 4700.
Been doing pull/push/legs/off and now cardio is back at 40 minutes SS 4 times a week, and 15 mins post workout.
I work at a bakery and we make ice cream as well, or, I’m actually the one making it. It really sucks not being able to taste what I’m making, like, should I add more flavor to this or no? That’ll have to wait 2.5 more weeks lol.
Strenght is pretty much maintaining. Actually had a few more reps on some movements today.
Can’t wait to freaking feel amazing on rebound!
I tried deadlifting 60 kgs today, just did some reps to see if it would bother my lower back, but no issues so I’m happy with that. I really want to be able to do pulls in rebound as I fucking love deadlifting and strenght is likely going to increase at a pretty good rate. -

MemberApril 16, 2018 at 8:48 am in reply to: Emil Borel Classic Physique junior 19 yrsHey guys! Yday was exactly 3 weeks out. I had an amazing back training, best pump in a long time.
It might be extra carbs/energy available from the purposely skipped cardio sessions.
Today is push day, training with a friend today that I used to go to school with, should be a nice session.
Today is also high day so getting filled up today. I’m doing pull/push/legs/rest now, so will be filled for another great leg day tomorrow.
I dropped EQ today after reading JP and Stephan’s views on EQ, I decided to pull it today, so that it’ll still be in my system these last weeks, and then I’m going to go with NPP going into rebound instead of EQ. -

Yes, I’m glad I’ve listened to JP’s drug advice and dont rely on the hard drugs from the beginning.
Everyone I know is using them, but as JP says, the longer you wait, the better the benefits.
With that said I’ve upped clen to 100mcg. I dont see myself taking it higher.
I’m not going off gear for the rebound, I am looking to take a long off season of at least 1,5-2years, so I’ll have plenty off time for eventual off periods and cruises. But I want to take FULL advantage of this upcoming “rebound” especially now that I’m going to have JP’s input.
After two days of sickness I was back in the gym today and had an awesome session. Popped some stim pre which is the first time since november I think, and DAMN did it hit. I’ve never taking cocaine but I imagine that’s what it feels like lol.
Made some changes to the session, as I’m afraid my upper back will go flat. So also in conjunction with JP’s advice of placing exercises with poor strenght curves earlier in the WO, I placed low rows first. I also reintoduced some lower back loading through BOR and that was pain free so things are looking good.
Pictures from posing are showing that the shape is still getting better, so I’m very motivated going forward from here! -

MemberApril 10, 2018 at 8:05 am in reply to: Emil Borel Classic Physique junior 19 yrsHey Fabian thank you so much!
I generally feel ok, I lose energy during late afternoon/evening and maybe a little moody sometimes but I feel pretty damn good. I also have a very comfortable environment and not a lot of stress, so that’s a big factor.
Yday I was really sick with fever, so I did 45 mins of LISS and no weight training, same today. I dont have fever today but I’m taking an extra day off to be sure.
Weight is lowest yet, 85,4 today, exactly 9 kgs off since peak of off season.
Im aiming to get a session in tomorrow, and then I’ll update you guys with some shape pictures.
I can also announce that JP is going to be my coach after my show, so I am now extra excited for the post comp “rebound”. -

I dont believe you have to be on insulin in order to make benefit from intra nutrition. I’ve definitely never heard this from anyone reliable or any study. Sure it would make the benefits greater, but I still think there’s a merit to intra carbs for non insulin users.
And as I see it, it has not hindered me from burning fat haha! -

MemberApril 8, 2018 at 2:46 pm in reply to: Emil Borel Classic Physique junior 19 yrsHey guys. Yday was off day, and I had another massage session on my back to try and help my lower back issue. Since last massage session it’s gotten better but still not 100%, but after another session yesterday it should be good in a few days.
I definitely hope to be able to lower back load during post contest growing phase.
I’ve been fighting off a little cold the past days, running nose and sore throat. It hasnt affected my training but I hope it doesnt get any worse.
My coach has made a change in calorie cycling. I now have 3 low days on 2700 instead of 2, but instead my high day is now 4700 calories.
I certainly didnt expect that but I’m going to follow orders lol, shouldnt complain about getting more food.
So today was legs, and for some reason I’ve just had crazy amounts of energy today. I havent slept too much or too good these past days, and I got up at 4:35 AM today, had work til 11, then was on charity run for cancer, ringing doorbells until 13:30, and then went to do legs. I didnt expect much from the leg day today, but went surprisingly good.
