Cardio is out again since yesterday, weight was dropping too fast so Kuba pulled cardio again after only four days of cardio. I’m definitely not complaining!! Not that I hate cardio, I actually quite enjoy it. This was yesterday’s check in pictures at 5 weeks and 3 days out, my best shape so far.

So I was back in the gym thursday and the first rotation left me very sore, which is obvious after a week of sickness.
Performance has taken a drop, it actually began the last two workouts before getting sick, where the feeling of just being very strong started to go a little, and has been missing a few reps. This obviously concerned me being very performance focused but Kuba ensured me this is to be expected even when you drop several reps, so no regulation in volume has happened. Just like with everything else I’m now shutting emotions off so that my performance dont pisses me off, I’m obviously still doing everything I can to match my logbook but if I can’t I now won’t let it bother me. Today we are 40 days out, 5 weeks and 5 days, and the pictures are from yesterday. We filled up thursday and friday with an extra 330g of carbs from rice sources so two days of around 800g carbs total each day obviously has my bodyweight up a bit. Cardio has been back in since sunday now pushing for next level conditioning. As I told Kuba I know I won’t be the biggest guy on stage, but I will be the most shredded. That’s a thing we can control so that must happen. I can’t control how big the other guys are or who shows up or what conditioning they have, but I damn sure can make sure I’m inside out. So that’s the plan. I think I have a good frame and with the right conditioning I do think I can place quite well. We’ll see. Regardless I know I have improved TONS since my last show so wether I’m last place or first place I will know I did my homework. 40 days lets get it

Third day of sickness today unfortunately, so have just been resting at home and waiting for this to pass. Some kind of flu/fever with Extreme muscle and joint soreness.
Even tho it was painful I still posed and sent Kuba my check in this morning, very pleased with the look and Kuba’s words: “bodyfat is flying off, Perfect”.
I’m itching to get back in the gym and when I do Kuba said go in and do 1 work set for each exercise so that we ease the body back into it. Tomorrow is 7 weeks out, very happy with the look.

The look is perfect as Kuba Says. But & a big BUT, don’t rush getting back into the gym if you are not recovered as you’ll just weaken your immune system not only slowing recovery but also risking another bout of illness .

Some pictures from yesterday and an Update at 8 weeks out.
It’s been a really good week, Kuba removed cardio temporarily and bodyweight has been dropping nicely still, I think I dropped 1.5 kg for the week and obviously shaved improved a lot! Today had some deep tissue done on my chest, delts, lats and upper back to optimize for the coming training sessions and keep the body rolling!

Looking good here bro, awesome to see how much you’ve progressed ????

We’re still at it, 9 weeks out, still at 30 mins cardio every day and 12000 steps.

That was an insane push up! Carbs 0-100 real quick! How do you like eq? Are you a huge fan compared to nandrolone?

They are crazy high, currently 910+ g of carbs on training days. It’s stupid haha! Metabolism is just nuts. But it’s good because we have so much food to take from when we start to bring it in.
I’ve never had an issue with eq, and the results have been great, also when using with nandrolone on the side. My last prep which was 2 years ago I used only test and eq and I looked great!
So check in with Kuba yesterday, no changes we keep pushing on. Next week we start to bring me in he said. I have a week vacation from the 16th to the 23rd of january in Egypt coming up which is from 12.5 to 11.5 weeks out. Based on how everything is looking and how responsive my body is I dont think this will hurt anything, it’ll probably just make me fresh for the last weeks of prep!
Happy new year everyone!
I stayed on plan for NYE and started the new year with a leg session today! Awesome to start the new year with a good progressive session.
First real shot at smith squats today (havent done any squat besides hack squat for 2 years or more). I got 3pps x 6, 2.5pps x 11. Nice starting point and now to take this up a lot!
Besides from that a good session all around, strenght progressing, joints on point and good connection. Weight has taken a drop back down as I was 220.7 today.

Check in with Kuba yesterday went good, we are growing! I got a new scale for Christmas so I’m not sure about bodyweight difference but it said I was 100.3 for check in yesterday and pictures were good. Kuba said we would continue another week before we start to bring me down!
I’ve added a transformation picture which is january versus now… very happy with the progress!!

Wow that is insane progress!! Do you have a show in mind for 2020?
