Asides from Kuda, have you been coached in the past?
If so, what do do you like about his coaching compared to others?
1) What body part do you feel needs bringing up on your physique?
2) If you had to eat one protein source for the rest of the year, what would that be?
3) If you had to round up 3 people for the most intense training session of your life, who would they be?
Hey Isaac! Thank you! It’s coming along very nicely 🙂
I’ve used more local danish coaches for my shows past years, and then I worked with Jordan from May last year to January this year.
So Kuba and I have only worked together for 2 months now, but the thing I really like about his coaching compared to what I’ve experienced from other coaches is his replying, he is very enthusiastic and gives a lot of energy when checking in. Instead of a “great, good week”, he will be like “this is AWESOME man, Perfect bro keep grinding” and stuff like that.
Alright love the questions!
1) I used to feel my back needed to come up a lot but I feel it’s come up a good amount. I currently feel my “push” muscles are behind, so chest, delts and tris especially.2) This is tough! For flavor it’d absolutely be smoked salmon or ribeye steak but those are very fat dense, so if lean… idk man whey I can make delicious in many ways so would probably be whey or chicken if lean, smoked salmon or ribeye for fatty proteins. That wasnt very decisive????
3) if you’re thinking outside of people I actually know personally, it’d be Ben Pakulski, Kai Greene and Jordan Peters 🙂

Bodyweight has been elevated by 1-2 lbs last few days but I think this is due to being a little low on sleep and maybe increase in supps, but look is definitely better. I really like this look at 200 lbs roughly and this is an awesome position to push up from, I’m gonna do my Best to enjoy my vacation fully but still be responsible and not fuck up my shape.
I can feel now after being in deficit for so long that I feel done with this and ready to push up again, but there would be no point to do that in this moment. So I’m gonna stick to it this last week and then enjoy the break, and then I’m ready to freaking grow after that. We got a good 10 months before hitting stage so 6-7 months of growing and keeping it leaner than last year and then ready for another succesful prep. Morning shape attached. -

Holiday in 12 days so just over a week more to get really shredded. Small adjustments, var to 100, test upped by 200, training day 25g Coco pops removed and 30g oats, rest days potatoes reduced by 150g. This should do the trick

Eased into it, did 6 of 10 working sets for back and 2 of 4 for biceps. Contractions were really good today tho, I think the few days rest did my body good. Hit 199.8 lbs today, so no longer a part of 200 club!

This is my third rest day in a row now as caught a cold unfortunately. Itching to get back in the gym! Today is three weeks “out” from my holiday, and with this pace I’ll be in very good condition which is awesome! Today is a good day though, got my first car!

So working with Kuba is v good. 4.5 weeks out from my vacation so getting in shape for that + the photoshoots the weeks after vacay. Currently sitting at 93.9, strenght going up, weight going down.
I turned 21 this tuesday btw!
I’m really enjoying being lean again after being v heavy in the off season. I’m so motivated to bring a so improved package next May after two years off stage. Pics from just now right before last meal -
