Always take the t3 and t4 during the night 4-5am when I wake up to pee and I don’t split the dose.
I took blood at 8:30am so 3-4 hours before

I would say your t3 is bunk TBh
Your taking a synthetic version so it cant be low from dieting etc – that would be impossible I would of thought
That’s what I’m thinking
But it’s same brand and same source than previous one who was good so I will try another one..Thanks for the reply Hilly

I’ve tried to do isolation before press movements but I feel like a lose a lot of energy and can’t push each set like i do at the start of the workoutPics are post fasted cardio

So I’ve train with a loading and back off set with a PPL split for a year and half now and I feel really tired at the middle of the session so I wondered if pushing only one set to failure then doing more fluff sets will be better for my recovery or I just have to take more rest day and eat more

So today I finished my intra drink about 45-50 min before I finish my session and I eat my post workout meal 30 min after the end of the session.
I felt hungry and not bloated after the training. It’s the first time in 1 year that I can eat without forcing myself.
So the problem was just the intra that I was drinking too slowly with too much water.

I don’t recommend you to do 2 or 4 sets. I just wanted to know what was the goal and how do you approach the sets ????????
If you have the ability to train to failure safely I would recommend to you to try to do 3 sets with different reps ranges then adjust the volume based on your recovery and performance
Example : 1 x 6-9, 1 x 10-12, 1×12-15

It’s good to see people not being lazy as fuck and do the work anyway !
Why are you doing in most exercises 1 set with higher reps then 2 sets of the same rep range ? Any reason ?
I ask this because when I finish a set of 5-9 reps I’m so fucked than I can’t move the same weight more than 2 reps. So I just wanted to know if you’re keep yourself far from failure or have a great capacity of work.
Also for the digestion help I personally like to fast a little bit longer on my rest day.
I wake up at 8:00am and don’t eat anything before 10:00am. Also since I eat more fruits and veggies I’m less bloated and digestion is better. You can also try to take probiotics if nothing help.

The issue here could be either with your pre wo meal or possibly the cyclic dextrin in your intra if the bloating only occurs after training.
What are you eating for your pre meal and how long before your session are you eating it?
Have you tried taking out the carbs in your intra drink?_________________________________________

Yes I tried to taking out the cyclic dextrin. I tried to take it just before the training too.
My pre training meal are pro/fat only for the same reason but that doesn’t change anything so I will return to a pro/carbs approach

Cool, so you have already took that approach. I would do as hilly suggests here and try the isolate with some carbs first then.
Also I find it helpful to finish drinking my intra around 20 mins before the end of my session, this will give your digestion a longer break before your post meal._________________________________________

If the bloating only occurs because you try to eat immediately post training, then I don’t see an issue having a shake post workout and then waiting to eat a whole food meal 2 hours later if this works for you.

Very good points above.
Try diluting the intra more.
Drink half on way gym n finish other half way through.
However
If the shake is a good quality one with protein n carbs having this 30 mins post then eating 90-120 mins later Is fine.
Isolate with rice flour or ground oats would be sufficient or isolate n cereal_________________________________________

I dilute it into 2 liters of water during this time because I’m training outside and it’s hot where I’m leaving.
I thought about drinking a shake of whey Isolate only without carbs then eat 2 hours after because I tried to eat coco pops or add flour rice or oats but when I force food I feel bloated and really tired. Even in a deficit.

Personally I found that when I was having Cyclic Dextrin and wasn’t finishing the drink at least 40mins before finishing training I wasn’t hungry. I’d either take it out of your intro and see if it makes a difference or try and drink it a good 40mins before you finish training and see if that helps.
