    Je prends actuellement
    200mg Coq10 par jour
    500mg citrus bergamot
    6g Omega 3
    (Tout est divisé en 2 matin et soir)

    Et pour la diète j’utilise uniquement, saumon, amandes, beurre de cacahuète, boeuf 5% et huile d’olive.

    J’ai 45g de lipides par jour d’entraînement et 65g les jours de repos, tu me conseillerai de les augmenter et de diminuer les glucides ?

    Eod will work fine, start there and rotate your sites, if they become too inflamed then you would have to possibly have to switch to long esters, or introduce more sites. Massaging the muscle can ensure your dispersal of the oil. For years I would backload insulin pins and that never gave any scar tissue, what did give me permanent scar tissue was doing the glutes over and over. Generally the smaller the gauge the less trauma, most gear will go through even slin pins, look at the carrier oil you gear has, Ethyl oleate will go through something smaller than thicker oil, if you want post a pic of your stuff and I can tell you it’s carrier oil/base. Another point test flu can reduced with any simple anti-pyretic -paracetamol

    I will receive the tren this week but for the test and mast I injected in my triceps in the past with slin pin without problem.

    I hope I will don’t need any paracetamol and will not have the test flu but thank you for the advice !

    a few suggestions from me below…i would actually do this as an upper lower split at 2 on 1 off or EOD to avoid volume becoming too high

    Paused bb squat – 2 sets to failure
    walking lunge with DB or BB – 1 set
    RDL BB + Band : 1 x 15-20 / 1 x 12-15
    GHR eccentrics – on the floor, hook your heels and lower to the ground, then push yourself up and go again – maybe a rest pause here
    straight arm pulldown or DB pullover – 1 set
    BB banded row : 1 x 15-20 / 1 x 12-15
    Single Arm Banded Lat Pull Down : 1 x 30 sec squeeze + max reps / 1 x failure
    DeadStop narrow BB Floor Press : 1 x 15-20 / 1 x 12-15
    Standing BB Shoulders Press : 1 x 15-20 / 1 x 12-15
    wide press up for chest – rest pause
    single arm banded side raise
    face pulls with band for rear delts
    Single Arm DB Curl : 1 x 15-20

    You could add in another variation and use this to train EVERY OTHER DAY
    It looks pretty good if you can execute these and connect with them well it’s perfect bud

    I will train eod with only that variation yes because I don’t have a lot of weight at home for the moment. (I’m waiting to receive a rack with a olympic barbell, a bench and 210kg of olympic plates

    Because I don’t have a lot of weight I thought it will be more beneficial to start with triceps because if I start with floor press I will don’t have enough weight

    J’ai une blessure aux lombaires qui vient de réapparaître après pratiquement 6 mois sans douleur, j’ai toujours eu un pump excessif au niveau des lombaires après mes trainings jambes ou dos (même en période off).
    D’après l’ostéopathe c’était ma sacro-iliaque qui était déplacé mais également mes muscles érecteurs qui sont faible comparé à ceux de mes jambes ou du dos.
    Il m’as conseillé de continuer les exercices qui me faisais mal en plus léger et sans ceinture pour renforcer les muscles profonds.
    Je voulais savoir ton avis et si tu avais déjà rencontré ce soucis sur toi ou sur un de tes clients ?
    (Je me blesse uniquement lorsque je suis off)

    Salut Enzo,
    Ta blessure ressemble à une lombalgie,et ce que tu me conforte dans cette idée.
    Ça survient dès que tu as des variations de poids de corps je pense mais le problème ne vient pas de ça.
    J ai eu ce souci et il réapparaît occasionnellement mais moins prononcé depuis que je sais le traiter.
    Je pense que ça vient d une trop grosse raideur des psoas,qui « tirent » ton bassin vers l avant,provoquant une grosse tension région lombaire qui sont obligés de se contracter (et s inlammer).
    Si tu es sur Montpellier,va voir marc Vincent de ma part,c est l’osteo qui m’a débloqué ça (moi et d autres athlètes que j ai pu lui adresser),il te détendra les psoas et t expliquera quoi faire ensuite pour que ça ne réapparaisse pas

    Hi guys !

    So little update. This wasn’t my water intake that cause me bloating and stomach cramp but the poultry.. I noticed being bloated after each meal where I ate poultry so I remove all poultry in my diet and I’m going a lot better. So for me no poultry anymore.
    I replace the turkey/chicken/eggs by Skyr Yogurt/Smocked Salmon and whey isolate.

    Could just be your pre workout mate I know it sound stupid but try taking it out for one session or so and see if it helps. Are u natural or enhanced if the enhanced what are you taking ?

    Yes I’m enhanced. I take 500mg Test E and 400mg Mast E and 40mcg Clen (4x per week).
    I just finished my diet phase where I lost 15kg
