Certain foods, such as asparagus can cause a distinct smell in the urine, as can certain supplements, such as alpha lipoic acid (Found in glucose disposal agents).
I would go and see a doctor though if you’re concerned and don’t think it’s anything food or supplement related.
I don’t eat any asparagus, I just wonder if dream sleep or my intra can lead to this
I take dream sleep every night and performance fuel intra during my workout, this isn’t something I can say I have experienced. The food that you eat, have you sourced it from anywhere different to usual?
I eat the same, but i have changed 1 meal to cereal and whey, shouldn’t have an impact -

Can it be that my body don’t have enough time to recover mentally from the workout which affect the sleep quality. Because I sleep better on my rest days.

The problem I’ve had is that I train a bit late in the evening around 7 to 9 pm because of work. So I know I’m not fully relaxed when I’m trying to sleep around 10pm. Therefore I usually take Zma directly after training. But have stopped and now I come him eat and then take dream sleep around 30 minutes pre bed time.
Okay with this I would try to go 1/2 dose and see how you feel with it! Also with training late are you using a stim pre workout?

I never use stim Pwo -

Take dream
Sleep just before last meal I like it 40
Mins pre bed
Does it matter if Im full or not? I mean could i take it with my last meal which is whey and cereal or should I separate them?
Makes no difference, ZMA you can still use my man extra magnesium goes a long way if your stomach can tolerate it
Im confused, you and Clare say opposite things here haha. Clare say I should take it as far from my meal as possible and you say it doesn’t matter -

Go up 20/30 pounds over 24 weeks , slowly , food choices are entirely preference , some fat/water is a necessary. The rest is just, get on with it
So if I understood this correctly, it doesn’t matter if I have cereal and whey or if I have cor and whey post workout. The sugar in the cereal should not affect my weight gain linked to the insulin?

Do you have any pictures where we can see your physique
Any feedback based on my physique how you would program my training?
I wouldn’t focus on growing anything specific you don’t have any lagging areas you just need more size everywhere here
PPL or U/L would be perfect
Okay understod! Just wondering if you could give me some feedback or input on my pull day specifically back. If I should reprogram something or possibly just change places on some exercise. Generally I start with getting the lat short in the first exercise, then moving to an upper back row in this case a t bar chest supported row, then going to a lat pulldown with d handles and spending a lot of time in stretch, to finish with a plate loaded undergrip row which also is pretty heavy in stretch. I am sending pictures of the exercises below in the order I execute them! Thanks. -
