Final day of my course
Crazy few days of studying and assessments but passed and I’m onto the next stage of my journey now.
New week it’s all emotional intelligence which will be super interesting
Won’t be as intense as the neuroscience (I hope) haha but deload complete tomorrow so back to training

Biggest leg day of my LIFE
Tom platzzzz style
Most brutal and mentally demanding training session of my life
Not how I train BUT I wanted a different perspective and also a chance to learn because if you don’t experience something you will never know.
The doms are fucking crazy which will take me probably a week to recover from so it would actually work out LESS volume over time.
However this for me was about the mental battle of it and to see if I could do it
12 sets of squats at my 12 rep range weight. Held there for all 12 sets.
8 sets hack. (Normal hack) not his mental sissy squat as I couldn’t get ROM 😂
8 sets leg extension
8 sets leg curl
6 sets calves
Couldn’t feel my legs after 5th set of squats but powered through
Was super fun 😂

Will try Tom platz leg day adjusted to my workout just to see what it likes doing that much sets.
I will be onto a deload after the session so we may as well fully send it and see how it is.

Back home for a couple of days which is great
Been an intense couple of days but super happy to have got every done and catch up on sleep a little bit
Currently doing a neuroscience course which has been super intense but good to understand the brain more and how different everyone’s reality’s actually are

3am starts for now as I head back into education and learn more about psychology & complete my CBT & NLP training.
Very very insightful but will be a huge week of pushing boundaries

Someone asked me if I would start track cycling because of the power in my quads but we will see how intense that training is for BB but it would be a cool opportunity

Super random Sunday
20k ride this morning then entered a swim competition 3 days ago 😂
So I did that
I have forever had the biggest fear of swimming in open water even with being a swimmer growing up as a child so decided that the best way for me to overcome it was to actually swim in a race
So technically I paid to overcome a fear today 😂😂😂
I think we all have some fears or things we maybe don’t want to do because we think we can’t but it’s really all in the mind
The experience its self was absolutely brutal. Felt like a deer in headlights and had no idea what to expect. Drank about 10l of salt water and felt like I was going to shit myself as soon as I came out of the pool from sheer adrenaline and also eating right before it (idiot)
But I did it and that’s the most important thing 😂
Then ran straight after the swim which was also not pleasant but a good challenge.
I really enjoyed testing myself in a different way today both mentally and physically.
Ended up coming 4th overall and 2nd women which was a huge surprise hahah
Feel very loose tonight which is lovely so early night and usual business tomorrow

Down a kg this week and holding good body comp for being at my peak off season weight of last year.
Clen introduced today, no changes to food or cardio
My cardio varies depending on my recovery at the moment.
I’m not doing the same daily or weekly. Cycling anywhere from 100-200k per week based on how I feel.
Recovery is not compromised at all even with doing 7+ hours of cardio a week.
Your body does adapt which is important to note.
I enjoy moving my body a lot so it’s fantastic for my CV, brain healthhhh and focus
