Crazy productive day but also extremely wiring.
Started check ins at 4.30 rather than going a walk first as I had my first solo feeding round for the dogs.
Calls from 9am so all checks ins where done by then
But was very hard to switch out of a flow state even for meals today.
Everything got done but definitely prefer having 30 mins to power walk before sitting at the desk.
Trial and error with having adhd and I am determined not to ever use medication again for it
My productivity timer helps but I really do struggle to get out of flow so having smaller work blocks in between meals works well for me
I will definitely trial it again when I maybe don’t have as much to do in one day haha
But lots of calls, lots of check ins.
