Leg day was superb today.
Glad I did my steps etc early as it ruined me 😂
walk round the mall and asked to see another gym today. More commercial but had a basketball court and rock climbing wall in the middle of it.
So so weird but wouldn’t ezpect anything else haha

Check in day from Kuba and some lovely training corrections made.
Although I train at decent intensity, lots of work still needs to be done which makes me happy so stripping pull movements back to try grow these lats more
Everything needs to be brought up so I’m looking forward to hopefully seeing that 🙂

Single Arm seated cable pull down lat bias: 2 sets of 8-10 reps 1 set of 10-12 reps, 1 second pause in shortened range – run this seated on an incline bench.
Chest supported tbar row: upper back bias 1 set of 8-12 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps.
Single arm iso row lat bias : 2 sets of 10-12 reps.
High row upper back bias: 2 sets 1 set of 8-10, 1 set of 10-15 reps
Barbell RDL: 2 working sets of 8-12 reps
Reverse cable fly – high to low plate of motion : 3 sets of 12-20 reps.

Lovely leg day and pendulum squat day which is one of my favourites. Have an awesome connection with the gymleco one , extremely humbling
Check in from Kuba, no changes just need to be more selfish which I’m slowly getting better at.

Pull day at Wellfit which was fantastic
Really good selection of kit but felt like I was training in a library which old men and women which wasn’t ideal 😂 Dungeon was closed for a few days but wanted to make sure I was on the same kit.
Arsenal t bar row was awesome
Starting to get leaner now and seeing shape come through again which feels nice
In Sweden for a few days so had the night flight which I slept the full way through so it didn’t mess my rountine. Easy when it’s planned and airports here are easy to get through so was all good 🙂

Crazy day of rain

Luckily went to gym early even though I had no clue it was going to rain today so it’s been a success!
Success in the apartment gym today. This apartment gym is pretty crazy to be honest all cybex kit 😂

Steps, abs, posing and stretching this morning
Followed by team call with Femmevo and clients calls with those competing this next week.
Went for a walk and viewed my local community gym which had cybex, prime and hammer strength kit it was so bizzare 😂
Trained at SF today so all Atlantis kit for pull/glutes which was lovely.
I really enjoy not knowing NO ONE, it brings me a lot of peace within my sessions and the fact they don’t speak good English is even better haha

Push today which was a great at Dungeon gym and then a lovely walk in the evening
Sundays are a little more relaxed and slower paced.
Had 2 girls competing today at PCA Scottish and both placed. Georgia won her class which was awesome
