Kuba is happy so I’m happy, I’m grateful having him in my corner as he reminds me that selfishness is extremely important when it comes to bodybuilding.
I am someone that does tend to put people first and although I always tick my boxes regardless, I need to be calm and get rest also.
Grateful for that as not something anyone has ever said to me before.

Another Lovely morning, beautiful walk on the golf course then work.
Very easy to get steps in here haha.
Abu Dhabi is MUCH nicer than Dubai, so much greenery. It’s a totally different vibe which I love.

Leg day today
Lovely morning of calls/check ins when legs
Never been to a full Atlantis kit gym before and was pleasantly surprised. The leg press is extremely humbling.
Usual workout and enjoyed it.
It’s Eid at the moment so Dungeon is still closed but that is where I’ll be staying next week

Spent the day working and sorting food/PEDs so back we are good to go!

Whirlwind of a few days but these are test that make us grow.
2 girls competing in pro qualifier who both did extremely well.
My flight got cancelled so drove 11 hours back to Scotland on zero food or caffeine. Am I crazy? Probably a little but it just shows what the mind can do when you need to do something.
Zero sleep, then went to local show that everyone involved with my gym was involved in, it was insane. The atmosphere was awesome and proud to be part of it.
Had a girl competing who won the whole show which was epic.
Got a insane buzz from the whole experience of this not going to lie. It tested me but proof you can do anything.
I weirdly feel completely fine so back to business now.
No more crazy travels now. Full on prep mode and working in the background.
Its been a week that’s been completely out of my control but we can breath now.
Bodybuilding is a piece of cake hahahah

Hey guys!
House is packed followed by a trip to London for my clients competing.
Really good session at Dayner’s gym then a lovely trip to Maidenhead for the 2bros pro qualifier
Jen won her height class
Sophie won masters then second in open. Was an incredible class to say the least so was pleased with it.
Now back to aberdeen for my cites local show which will be awesome!

A crazy day and a huge sigh of relief that I have managed to do everything.
In person check in followed by posing/vaccums.
Am Walk
Check ins / work
Clear out my house. Its crazy how much shit we have for zero reason haha. Kitchen was the worst, probably had around 100 different seasonings haha.
Packed my cases.
THEN had an unexpected house viewing with an hour notice and my house was a uproar. So got ready for that.
Finished all rooms.
Went to see my parents & grandparents to say “see you soon”
Was very emotional.
I am not someone who ever thinks too much ahead but EVERYTHING hit me tonight as I was finishing my steps.
Final evening sleeping in this house. Final walk in the neighbourhood. Final night with my cats until they fly on Tuesday.
Finished the day with the remainder of my steps, cooking/prepping for tomorrow & packing ANOTHER case to travel to London tomorrow AM haha.
6am flight to London but we are READY and we got through it all 🙂

Feel like ive been in a prison the past few days with minimals steps and no training (maybe a little dramatic) BUT I am extremely ready to get back to training now.
The fuel is literally burning inside of me and im ready to go
