Lots of mini walks today because I am not the best at being trapped inside constantly haha. Been great to be back in the countryside and being in nature again. I really love the freshness of the UK, it makes me happy.

Rest day today
Check in from Kuba and diet break/deload this week.
Rest until Friday and I know I’ll be itching to go by then but excited to get stuck into prep once its done.

Awesome day today and great to catch up with familiar faces at the first show of the season.
3 ladies competing today and was really relaxed which is good. I tend to find sometimes when im there, the stress is much lower as the girls are calmer. I love seeing them up there and sharing that moment with them. I will reduce the amount of shows I go to when im deep in prep but for now its all good 🙂
2 in wellness who both won their class. 1 took the overall.
1 bikini, 2nd in class.
Was a great show and was finished by 3pm.
Finished work then finished steps and chilled with my kindle this evening.

Happy Thursday
Its been a busy few days.
Trip to Sharjah to pick up documents, drop off suitcases In Abu Dhabi then booked flight home on the way back to Dubai to arrive in London today.
Had everything prepared and had some extra dream sleep pre flight so I slept the whole way which was nice. Was 8 hours total so was a really nice and quick flight.
Arrived at 5am. Check ins at the airport then drove to Cambridge to Dayners. She prepped my meals, bless her. Super grateful for that.
Leg day today which was great as it landed on my bday and what better way to spend it haha.
Finished the day with a walk with Dayners dogs which was lovely

Final few sessions here before flight to London. Great session as usual.
Definitely don’t feel like im dieting right now so patiently waiting for that to kick in as I love that part haha.
No changes from Kuba this week so we will see where another week takes us.

Flights booked for coming back to UK as I can’t stand Binous if I’m honest. I really need peace while im training and its just chaos so excited to be in London from the weekend.

Binous today for push.
Headphones in and don’t talk or look at anyone vibe today which is fine by me but it is what it is. May take a trip to Well fit and see how that is as it looks like it has lots of good kit.
Home to UK next week and will be in TBJP x Shed which I am BUZZZZZING for. Loved it last time so excited to be back.
Good thing about Binous is the posing studio so got some lovely rounds in there today.

LEG DAAAAAY
Lovely day today.
Ramadan here at the moment and Dungeon isnt open until 4pm so trained at Binous today for legs. Was good- head down and do not make eye contact with ANYONE!!!! So was good to focus.
Don’t like the plates there but needed to keep legs at my usual time.
Routine is crucial so being extremely anal about my time.

Started the morning with 6k steps/read, posing, vacuums, journalling, a little poem ‘Pandoras Box’ was the title for today 🙂
