Push day baby
The weather is like Scotland at the moment so lots of the people here are going crazy with just a little bit of rain haha. I really like it though, it brings so much peace and beautiful to watch.
Check in day today, was feeling uncomfortable today and period arrived so makes sense so will probably take fresh visuals tomorrow again tomorrow.
We will see what Kuba says once he replies but overall feeling happy 🙂

Epic day 🙂
6k steps, posing/vaccums, meal prep, check ins boxed off by 9am so could go to the gym for leg day after 2 meals.
the time difference really is awesome as I can completely not worry about anything while I train as its only 7am UK time which makes me happy.
I love coaching of course but bodybuilding is what makes me a good coach and really feel like I can actually put that first and not be rushing to get work done like in the UK so I don’t have any stress while I train at home.
I haven’t actually felt this relaxed with life EVER if im honest and will be getting some bigger boundaries when I come back to the UK to allow me to perform as well as what I am here.
I have been really focusing on being as present as possible and a lot less time on IG as the content people posts was starting to annoy me haha and we aint got time for that.
Equilibrium is my life goal – never too happy, ever too sad. Simply always neutral and I feel like its starting to come.
Really epic leg session today which was great. I love Dungeon gym here. Zero distractions, no one talks to me and I means I can dial in. Binous IMO is full of instagram people. It has great equipment but environment is key.
Finished the day with a kindle walk, edit some videos & wrote my poem of the day.
I have a very creative and active mind so set myself a goal of writing my thoughts into a poem every day this year. Seems to be getting easier the more I do it and really relaxing <3

Lovely morning walk this morning. Staying in business bay so beautiful views which was lovely.
Client work completed by 9am which is strange but understand why a lot of bodybuilders/coaches move here as its the DREAM in terms of productivity and focusing just on training and work
Great day at Dungeon today for Pull.
Usual session except Watson T bar which I loved & Nautlis Row- REALLY good profile on that and felt challenging which is great.
I find the gym shop one quite light so it was very humbling.

Made a hiccup with cardio.. Kuba had it in improvement season but removed It in diet and I didn’t realise. So my mistake doing cardio. Felt guilty but we move on. I love cardio but muscle is better hahah.

Push Daaaaaay in Dungeon Dubai
A gym I truly love. Really good selection of kit and the gym is nice and quiet which is awesome.
Hammer strength incline press today which was really nice.
The rest of my session stayed the same which was good as they had all the kit I normally use except the prime incline press.
Lovely to be here, I find routine awesome here due to the time difference works really well with work

LEG DAAAAAY
Lovely session today with Greg Taylor & Blair which was awesome. Knees have felt awesome recently with having a little longer between sets to rest and pausing a little more in the hole so im a happy girl.
Check in today so we will see what Kuba says. Not really analysing right now or even at all in general any more. Simply keeping my head level. Not too happy, definitely not sad.. Just sweet spot in the middle 🙂

Busy few days getting my house packed as im moving, its been relatively stress free due to time management being on point which is good.
In a really good groove with my early wakings right now which is giving me more time to get some house work done in the mornings before I start check is.
As soon as cardio is added into my plan I the 4.30am alarms begin as I find that works best for me rather than getting up earlier and earlier the deeper I go.
Off season I do sleep a little longer but never later than 6am. I am a morning person haha.
Work isn’t busy busy yet as show season is still 6 weeks away so with moving its been the perfect ‘get shit done’ before clients wake up 🙂
I am typically a little fried after trainings so need that time after sessions to have some down time.
2.5kg down this week with introducing diet and lypolytics which is nice.
