    Rest day for me today and getting prepped and organised for tomorrow

    Weekend in Glasgow with the Femmevo team for our first posing seminar of the year and excited to have everyone together

    Pull with dayner tomorrow then legs on Sunday 🙂

    Early push session today which actually was insane

    Something I’d never do in a prep but sometimes has to happen when I’ve a crazy schedule.

    With moving life is frantic with people coming to see my house and packing so early one today!

    Then got my hair done which was lovely

    Busy day with client work then my mum helped me clean/pack the house.

    Moving in a few weeks need to get things organised for getting out of this house

    Scary, overwhelming but exciting times ahead

    Pull session with a new 8pps seated row which felt really good 🙂

    Leg raise 1 AMRAP

    Single Arm seated cable pull down lat bias: 2 sets of 8-10 reps 1 set of 10-12 reps, 1 second pause in shortened range – run this seated on an incline bench.

    Chest supported tbar row: upper back bias 1 set of 8-12 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps.

    Single arm iso row lat bias : 2 sets of 10-12 reps.

    High row upper back bias: 2 sets 1 set of 8-10, 1 set of 10-15 reps

    Reverse cable fly – high to low plate of motion : 3 sets of 12-20 reps.

    Single arm dumbbell curl : 2 sets of 10-15 reps.

    Single arm cuffed lateral : 3 sets of 10-15 reps set 1 2 second hold in short, set 2 1 second hold set 3 no hold

    Prime shoulder press : 2 sets of 6-9, 10-15 reps loaded 50/50 middle and top

    Really happy with the hacks today, felt so much smoother.

    Adductor: 2 sets of 15-20 reps 2 second pause

    Laying Ham Curl – 2 working sets – 1 set of 8-10 2 sets of 10-12 1 single drop set on last set

    Cybex hack 1 sets of 8-10, 1 set of 10-12 reps

    Banded Cybex leg press: 1 set of 8-10, 1 sets of 10-12 reps

    Leg extensions: 2 sets of 10-15 reps 1 single drop set on last set ,

    Contra lateral loaded split squat : 2 working set 8-10

    Smith machine hip thrust : 2 sets of 10-15 reps

    Check in back from Kuba. Pre prep starts in 2 weeks so final push is on!

    Lovely day today

    Rest day and preparing for the posing seminar next weekend.

    I am currently in the process of moving so trying to get it all organised around being a coach and an athlete. It’s been busy but nothing I can’t handle.

    Check in tomorrow, let’s see what kuba says.

    Looks like pre prep starts in 2 weeks!

    Sldl up to 130kg so slowly starting to get better and feeling locked in with the pattern now which is good 🙂

    Cybex smith is broken (cry) and had to use glute drive today but good session regardless

    Didn’t take my phone into the gym today and got the gym to play my
    Classical playlist which was awesome 🙂

    I find after events I’m mentally drained for a day that I just need to stay in my own company to refresh 😂 worked perfectly with legs yesterday

    Full on work day which is good.

    Lots of packing at the moment with moving but super excited to get everything moving now!

    Surreal couple of days and probably one of the best weekends in a long time.

    TBJP x Shed gym opening was CRAZY. Was better than any fitness expo 😂😂 100% one of the best gyms in the uk but you wouldn’t expect anything else.

    Every single piece of kit is truly incredible.

    Epic leg session today with the help of Kuba which I appreciated so much. I never want to be a beginner and for me being in a gym with the best of the best really humbled me.

    Just want to keep progressing and become my very very best

    Pull day in muscle works Orpington

    Very early start today, up at 4am for my flight to London.

    I love travelling in the morning as you always get a beautiful sunrise ❤️

    Session was amazing today, really good to have Blair my old training partner there with me.

    Then we drove to Cheltenham as the opening day is TOMORRRROWWW

    Had mr Greg Taylor with me today which was awesome. Really happy with how the movements felt and glad to have him there as sometimes I can rush some reps so was happy with that.

    Fantastic pull session yesterday

    SLDL feeling better today which is good.

    Really happy with how my body has settled at this weight, not too slopping yet so lots more room to keep going

    Biggest tip for off season would be to definitely get the mini walks in after meals as that is helping 🙂
