Rest day for me today and getting prepped and organised for tomorrow
Weekend in Glasgow with the Femmevo team for our first posing seminar of the year and excited to have everyone together

Chest supported tbar row: upper back bias 1 set of 8-12 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps.
Single arm iso row lat bias : 2 sets of 10-12 reps.

I am currently in the process of moving so trying to get it all organised around being a coach and an athlete. It’s been busy but nothing I can’t handle.

I find after events I’m mentally drained for a day that I just need to stay in my own company to refresh 😂 worked perfectly with legs yesterday
Full on work day which is good.
Lots of packing at the moment with moving but super excited to get everything moving now!

Surreal couple of days and probably one of the best weekends in a long time.
TBJP x Shed gym opening was CRAZY. Was better than any fitness expo 😂😂 100% one of the best gyms in the uk but you wouldn’t expect anything else.
Every single piece of kit is truly incredible.
Epic leg session today with the help of Kuba which I appreciated so much. I never want to be a beginner and for me being in a gym with the best of the best really humbled me.
Just want to keep progressing and become my very very best

I love travelling in the morning as you always get a beautiful sunrise ❤️

SLDL feeling better today which is good.
Really happy with how my body has settled at this weight, not too slopping yet so lots more room to keep going
Biggest tip for off season would be to definitely get the mini walks in after meals as that is helping 🙂
