First full day in aviemore
Nice walk with the family this morning then went to the gym
Minimal equipment but actually had a very good and productive session. Lots of different lifts but needs must. It’s your mindset in these scenarios that make it.

Hope you all had an amazing Christmas.
Mine was lovely and great to see the family and spend some quality time with them.
It’s been a productive few days with not working, house starting to get cleared for moving next year which was great.
Boxing Day leg session- NOT ideal. Being deep in offseason and Christmas food ain’t fun hahah
My digestion wasn’t the best today due to eating alot of food sources I’m not used to haha
Felt like I was going to spew during legs but lesson learned. Was still a great session.
Tree down as we go away on a staycation on 28th which is great but sad it’s down at the same time haha

What an awesome day.
First time using don’t fuckin miss pre and annoyed I haven’t used it sooner, it is CRAZY good. I don’t normally use pre workouts so it fully took me there for today’s session.
TBJP knee sleeves are also awesome, single ply so no additional support coming from them which is good. Just simply keeping the knees warm.
Pbs on everything and no sore knees today 🙂

Great session but knees are starting to get a hit. I’ve had great progress without the knee sleeves for a few months now but if I want to get into new territory I’m going to need them from next week.
I used to be a competitive dancer so developed osgood-schlatter disease from a young age so my knee resembles a 90 year old ladies 😂
Happy with the progress I’ve made without them though and people rely way too heavily on them.
