Rest day today
Usual morning walk today which was lovely , currently reading the diary of a ceo which is awesome.
nothing exciting to report apart from getting as much rest as possible before legs tomorrow 🫶🏼

Pull day 🖤
Always a slightly earlier start on a Monday as I’ve got a coaching call with my team at 7.30am so had a nice watch in the dark 😂❤️
Finished work then had a podcast at 12 which was about my biggest lessons I’ve learned.
Then trained pull which was another v good session with some progression to lifts which is good!

Productive Sunday
Checked in with kuba he is happy, definitely softer but we are in the prime position for growth now 😈
Walk followed by client set ups, check ins and getting everything ready for the week!
Trained push and all numbers were up which is good
Had 2 clients compete today who both won and one took the overall
It’s been a great day!

Lovely rest day
Finished my book at the beach then worked until midday.
We have some beautiful beaches near my house so went a walk in the sun and visited my parents.
Mum surprised me with a sourdough which made my day ❤️❤️

Hey guys!
The sunrise was crazy this morning 🥹🥹
Morning routine then push session followed by a day of meetings as my pa came up from Manchester.
My lifts are feeling very very good at the moment and everything is progressing slowly. Kuba has stripped a lot of movements back a touch just to help nail execution but intensity is there regardless

What a weekend!
Yesterday was another amazing day with 2 clients competing and then both getting invites to British finals so was super happy.
Was very tired yesterday tho so actually slept in until half 6 today which meant no morning walk 🙁
However I did get a lovely walk at the beach and the sunset tonight!
Back to business tomorrow, it’s push day 😈😈

What a day 🥹
Huge progression for me as a coach today with 5 girls stepping on stage. This is the most I’ve done in one day and I do feel somewhat proud. Just like being an athlete, coaching for me is about progression. I am always learning and becoming the best I can be in both realms.
5 girls, 5 placings so it’s been an amazing day!
Ended the day with some cookies and cream cor now time for bed ❤️
Off to Manchester for legs tomorrow 😈

Touch down in Wigan
Very easy drive followed by a push session. I decided against legs today as the gym was notttt a vibe and didn’t want to injure myself 😂 was a good session but I’d rather hit legs in Manchester tomorrow!

Today had a lovely sunrise walk then got my girls are ready for Saturday and Sunday who are competing.
I’m travelling down to the show so made sure I got everything organised today so I can leave first thing.
Driving so I’ve got a separate suit case for my supplements/whey/cor which saves me sooo much time 😂❤️
Very excited to see them shine ❤️

Single Arm nautilus pull down : 2 sets of 10-15 reps 1 set of 15-20 .
Single Arm gym shop row (lat bias): 1 set of 8-12 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps.
Upper back pull down : 1 sets of 10-12 reps.
BB Glute bridge : 2 sets 8,12 reps
Iso Row lat bias : 2 sets 1 set of 8-10,
Reverse Pec Deck: 2 sets of 12-20 reps.
Preacher Cable Curl: 2 sets of 10-15 reps.

Back to my non-fiction books for a while and I’m currently reading essentialism which I’m excited to get into. Currently on my 12th book this year!
I have 7 girls competing this weekend so it’s very much head down and make sure they are all ok in the lead up to their shows!

Monday is always a big check in day alongside client set ups and calls.
Leg day today which was fabulous. Need to get better at filming my sets while I’m training to send to kuba but always leave my phone in my bag 😂
Going to be buying a work phone do I can just leave it at home while I train!

Team call in the morning with my clients talking about post show and how to navigate the post show blues some competitors experience after they compete.
Then had a bikini posing seminar in my gym which was again amazing 🫶🏼
Ended the day with food shop, food prep and seen my lovely parents
