Santorini was not as good as I thought it was unfortunately😢
It was wayyyyy too crowded and very much a ‘influencer hotspot’. People were legit queuing for photos with a view (considering there is views everywhere🤣🤣🤣)
It seemed like santorini was made for tourists which is nice if your maybe wanting a chilled place with loads of restaurants.
I personally like to the history behind every place I travel to and didn’t feel like I got an authentic Greek experience.
It was VERY hot and the cable carts were so busy so we walked down the cliff to find all the poor donkeys lined up with no water or shelter. There were probably 100 of them 😭
It kinda ruined the experience for me.

Explored the acropolis today and WOW 😭🥹 it was amazing, the museum was incredible.
Then we went on a city bus tour and walked around the city.
Not my favourite as it was very much like London.
VERY hot today it reached 37 degrees by mid day 🤣
Was a paella themed dinner tonight so asked for a prawn one with tomato based sauce. They made it for me without oil which was fantastic.
Off to bed now as early start now in Santorini ❤️

My signal is awfulllll but it’s nice to have a little break from everything for a while especially post show.
Istanbul yesterday was a DREAM. The mosques were insane and the city was beautiful. You could hear everyone call to prayer throughout the city and I thought it was insane.
No hgh from Turkey unfortunately as there is a scanner to go through security for the cruise and I chickend out😂😂😭 BUT I am going to come back later this year for as it’s so so cheap and I want to explore more 😂

Mykonos today which definitely was a very unique island. Somewhere I would definitely return to as well. Tiny little beautiful streets and nice to relax after a busy day yesterday.
My family had a gyro which is a chicken and pork pita with fries and lots of sauce it looked crazy 😂
I had a frozen Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries instead which IMO is better 😂 this place had different flavours but I just stuck with 2% plain as it’s easiest to track.
I’m really enjoying having some different variety so had a plain pita with poached fish in it tonight with rice which was a nice change.
Athens tomorrow so I’ll probably have another frozen Greek yogurt because it’s SO SO good 😂😂😂
I don’t feel restricted at all because I’m eating all the foods I truly love and want to eat.
It’s been a great week of down time, normally I feel guilty for being away but I don’t. It’s helped with post show blues as well ❤️

Rest day in Turkey 🇹🇷
Started the day again the same as always espresso, work and sunrise.
Then we headed off the boat into kusadazi.
I made a roookie error and wore a top that shown my delts 😅 was pretty uncomfortable having people constantly staring and even coming up and squeezing my arms but I’m used to it now.
They were all nice to me but it is frustrating 🤣
Didn’t enjoy this stop as it was all fake shops and people trying to drag you into shops.
It was SO hot today, 40 degrees at 2pm so we chilled on the boat the rest of the day.
My family came to the buffet with me tonight which was good.
We then played bingo and watched the boats strictly come dancing. It was hilarious 😂😂
Istanbul tomorrow which I’m very excited for as we are going to the blue mosque 😍
Will be training push first and cannot wait ❤️

Had a little bit of a lay in this morning as we didn’t get off the boat until 10.30am
Got up at 6am, had my espresso & pump and watched the sunrise while working it was amazing!!!
Went for an early leg session before we hit breakfast
Higher volume than usual due to limited kit.

After breakfast we got off the boat and explored Heraklion
I got a natural frozen Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries IN GREECE hahaha.
It took me an hour after having it to realise but I was excited hahah
Once we got back on the boat my family went to dinner but I went to the buffet and made my own chicken fajitas. It was really good and nice to get some different seasonings I haven’t had in a while 🙂

Sea day yesterday but my log wouldn’t post as wifi wasn’t the best so double post today!
Rest day yesterday and lovely chilled day.
Steps round the running track and chilled by the pool.
The cool thing with being on a cruise is now easy it is to get steps in. I haven’t took the elevator once and going up and down the stairs is basically cardio 🤣🤣
Checked in yesterday and weight was down so kuba said to have sushi. I will have this either today or tomorrow for final meal.
They had a stir fry on in the buffet restaurant and I wanted that instead.
I have been sticking to basically poached fish and rice but kuba has told me to add in some variety.
I am very much a meal plan girl but my 💩 haven’t been as consistent probably due to lack of sources
I take my food scales with me to every meal so making simple swaps for protein/carbs/fats 🙂
Had a lovely raspberry sorbet yesterday. This boat is insane for healthy foods, they even had sugar free vanilla ice cream, cheesecake & my protein skinny syrups 🤣🤣🤣
Off to Greece today!

Cruise day 2
Started the day at 4am to get work done before my family got up.
Watched the sunrise and the ship head into Naples it was beautiful, the sunrises here are crazy!
Went to the gym and trained pull. It’s not the biggest gym but we made it work and had a very good session
Breakfast post workout was awesome. They made me a 6 egg white omelette and the buffet served cream of wheat & oats MADE WITH WATER 😂😂 I was shocked 😂 so it was very exciting.
I took some salmon, rice, white fish, veg & fruit for the trip.
Took 1.5 hours to get to Sorrento which was a beautiful city then we went to Pompeii. We had a walking tour and wow it was incredible.
After that my family had a dinner booked and luckily the restaurant heated my food for me haha followed by a little walk round the ship ❤️
Over 20k steps today but it’s been so incredible 🥹

This cruise is EVERYTHING I could have dreamed of (except some nautilus nitro) but we will make do 😂
Was very nervous for the food situation as I hate not being in control of what I eat. The food is PERFECT. They have a huge buffet style fresh market that has steamed veg, poached chicken and fish, boiled veggies so I have nothing to worry about.
Today my sister arrived then had a lovely walk around the boat.
They went for dinner at a restaurant and I went to the gym.
I will probably do this every day while they have their evening meal as my family is very understanding.
There is an amazing sushi and steak restaurant on board so I will definitely be trying that 😍😍
This is going to be the perfect holiday for me as I can still bodybuild and not be stressed about missing a beat!
Tomorrow we have a day Naples which will be lovely as we have a history trip (I love history) ❤️ AND hans zimmer performance in the evening 🥹
It’s going to be a very nice mix of visiting some beautiful cities and also relaxing 🫶🏼

Another rest day for me today
Felt reallly good this morning then tiredness hit me like a tone of bricks 😂 expected right now it’s going to take a while until I start to feel fresh again
Hunger has also decided to say hellooo again but kept myself as busy as possible. It doesn’t really phase me as I know the next meal is just around the corner anyway 😂
Went to my sports massage therapist today for some dry needling and electrical stimulation for my quad and elbow and it seems to have done the trick.
I get a massage weekly on and off season and helps massively with my recovery and any niggles I have. I think it’s so important to get this rather than just waiting until a problem does arise.
Off to see a client tomorrow which will be nice ❤️
