We are back in the trenches 😈
Kuba added an extra 50g rice to m4 & 50g cor to m5 so we are feeling more alive today!
I really do love this part of prep when everything is quite dark, hard and I’m suffering haha.
We are back down to baseline diet today alongside 15k steps to get this last bit of fat off.
I am getting a little nervous for the show now as I still feel like a little baby at the moment 😂 reminding myself that I’m not the Erin back in 2021 anymore.
I thought it would be cool to show you guys a comparison of then vs now.
Your own progress photos are the ONLY ones you should be comparing yourself to. Although I post mine on social media, I never really look through my feed especially at the back end of a prep.
Be focused on your own journey, keep your head down, block out the noise and tick your boxes with 110% effort every single day.
I bodybuild because I love training and the stage is simply the icing on the cake for me 🙂
My training has actually been incredible this whole prep but especially the past few weeks now that fatigue management is in place.

Rest day today
Today we hit a new low weigh of prep which I could feel coming yesterday 😂
No steps today just eat and chill which my body needs, my legs feel like they are on fire 😮💨
Training is going very well at the moment and Kuba is currently adjusting this session-session depending on biofeedback.
Reduced volume a touch yesterday but still kept intensity. This is my number one piece of advice for your training. Don’t EVER let your training intensity slip when your in prep (unless your coach has purposefully told you not to push).

Good morning all ❤️
Now we can get into the fun stuffs, excited to document the rest of my prep in here as I do feel much better in regards to what I’m looking like now in comparison to a few weeks ago.
I’m no longer working with Calum due to a few factors that were causing me to overthink and stress. I understand my body a lot more this time round and had to go with my gut feeling on this. I was very much making alot of decisions on my own which is not the approach I want when working with a coach.
I am very much a robot when it comes to bodybuilding. I don’t like flexibility and want to be told exactly what to do and when.
I would say that I’m quite cold when it comes to my mindset, I have zero emotional attachment when it comes to my physique and food. I’ll do whatever I’m told to do however I’m educated enough to know when things are not going how there supposed to be.
Bodybuilding is about the FULL package. Shape, conditioning, fullness, symmetry and my look was deteriorating very quickly.
This is not something I’d recommend anyone to do this close but i am experienced and know what my body responds like at the back end of a prep.
Anyway, we are now working alongside Kuba who has been a godsend for me.
We are taking things by the day right now which means food and steps are adjusted first thing.
Cardio has gone from 60 mins to steps only
3 different meal plans for leg day, upper and rest.
He initially increased food to begin with due to fatigue being so high which resulted in a massive change in fullness.
We are currently digging at the moment however i’m still in a deficit as we are getting so close to show.
I have confidence I’ll be bringing my best package to the stage now 🙂

Welcome to the first log on the TBJP site! Just want to start by firstly saying thank you to JP & Corinne for giving me this opportunity, super grateful and blessed to be on the TBJP team!
I’m currently 3 weeks out from my first show of the season which will be the Empro Pro in Spain. I’m going to document the whole process in this log and take you along the journey of becoming undeniably my best.
I’ll give you guys a brief background on myself first!

ScotlandI started in competing in April 2018 when I competed in the PCA Scottish and placed 2nd in Bikini Trained. I then went on to compete in the PCA British Finals that year and took the overall. In 2019 I transitioned into the figure division where I won my pro card in my 2nd pro qualifier. I have competed in 2 pro shows so far placing top 12 but the goal is to eventually work my way up the ranks in the pro league.
My goal every single time I compete is to become better & bring the best possible package to the stage. I know the work that needs to be done to fill my frame which is why I haven’t competed in lots of shows yet. I am still on the smaller side for my class at the moment but I’m definitely happier with the package I’m bringing to the stage this year.
I’m currently 5kg up from my last stage weight in 2021 which I’m super pleased with as I haven’t pushed androgens until the beginning of prep.
Prior to competing I was a competitive Highland Dancer & Swimmer and competed for Scotland across the UK until 2016. I didn’t start the gym the same way the majority of females did, I had a skiing accident where I broke my collar bone and snapped my ACL so went to the gym for rebab. This definitely went in my favour for bodybuilding haha.
Being in sports growing up meant I have been extremely regimented from the age of 4. I live and breath bodybuilding every single day, it is my obsession and purpose.
I am a online prep coach and have a team of coaches within my company Femmevo (female evolution). I have a passion for helping females transform their physiques while providing them with a high quality service that educates them throughout. My interests lie in female physiology, contest prep & female health management. Our tag line is ‘Take Up Space’ which is simply means being your true authentic self, not giving a shit about what other people think!
