Upper day today
Felt really good, legs are in bits from legs yesterday but we don’t need to deload yet.
I honestly don’t agree with needing a deload every 6 weeks, it’s something I’ve learnt massively through experimenting and for me the need for a deload is low UNLESS I see numbers in the gym drop.
I haven’t yet so I am going to keep going.
I really don’t think there is a right or wrong way to do anything in life and having an open mind is key with this.
I think trying something and seeing if it actually works for you is important.
Food 5k as cycle day tomorrow.
Won’t be doing 180k but hopefully will get some decent distance in, we shall see tomorrow

Which was actually super fun 😂 really is a battle of the mind which puts you into a dark place at times which was so awesome. I truly believe the only way to unlock your mindset is to past what you think you can do. This goes for every aspect of your life.
Many don’t even do this with training which is an absolute necessity for growth.

5k cals today all from whole foods prioritising carbs for my cycle tomorrow.
It’s going to be a big one and I’m trialling eating more the day before so I do have to consume gels.
I’ll have 60g sustain for each 35-50k I cycle.
Aiming for at least 150km tomorrow

Lovely day today
10k run which I’ll never do again. Simply wanted to see if I could and for my 30 by 30 bucketlist.
53 mins which isn’t too bad as I wanted under an hour so happy with that
Came up for client work, 2 meals then gym for upper session which was awesome
Feeling really well and the run didn’t impact me at.
It was hard but it’s good to do hard things to test the mind
