Back to Scotland for now
It’s been a tour de England but always prepared with food, supps & airbnbsss. It’s been quite nice as for me this is what makes me happy as I’m so isolated all the time when I am away from here.
I really miss the UK and will plan to move back as much as I love being myself, it’s nice rto chat to people (in small amounts haha)

EPIC weekend watching the Olympia!! Huge congrats to Meg, Rhea and Michaela, so inspiring to see them up there.
Absolutely love Olympia weekend.
Pull session with Josh in TBJP Shed which was good. Cheltenham is my favourite place so I feel so blessed to be able to visit there every time I’m in UK.

Upper today at physique warehouse
Alright gym and some really old pieces of kit which was nice just a different atmosphere to what I usually train in. Head down kind of session.
They had a positivity wall in the girls bathroom which I thought was so lovely, never seen that before
Great session and enjoying doing the full upper days.
Lats / full leg development is my absolute priority at the moment so training them more frequently seems to be helping so I’m happy.
Stefan is happy with visuals and so am I.

Finally have a phone again
Dropped and smashed my phone yesterday on way to London from Glasgow which was far from ideal.
Getting to airbnb was quite tricky but we made it in one piece.
Trained push when I got there, was a late one but we got it done regardless.
Today I had a client photoshoot which was extremely special to me as she has PCOS and this was more of a celebration than anything.
The shots were incredible.
Pull day tomorrow at muscle works so looking forward to that.
Nothing changes with travel, everything is the exact same.

X3 set upsThen spent the day at a coaching seminar which was so awesome. Was nervous but always lean it to moments or disconfort as this is how you grow so was so proud of doing it
Throughly enjoyed it followed by a Turkish with my client and her partner which was good and super easy on the stomach

Check in day and Stefan is happy. Bloods looking ALOT better, thyroid has sorted itself out now which is great

Big travel day but got a nice sleep on the plane which was good
Posing client straight after I got off the plane then headed to the hospital to see my sister as she’s just had her baby boy which was amazing
Got apartment so made food then caught up on work and made presentation for seminar on Sunday

Training legs EOD at the moment so once they’re recovered we go again. Volume a touch lower but spread out across the week biasing hamstrings as they need to grow significantly more.

7k steps in morning as I love boxing these off first thing.
Tiredness a touch high today so had a disco nap this afternoon before push which was lovely.
Push session for me today which went very well then an afternoon of calls

When did you last deload or a devolume? How deep are you in the cut?
I would try devolume every 6-8 weeks as this will allow you to keep progressing even at the back end of a cut.
I wouldn’t introduce new exercises at the moment
