Fantastico day
Marinating weights at the moment and progressing reps a bit more. Happy legs are recovering well with this much leg days per week.
Went for my untracked meal after which was a chocolate croissant which was so lovely.

Check in day today
Stefan is happy. He’s been helping me quite a lot with my mobility especially in my side shot.
More food going in as weight has dropped a little bit.
Nothing major but staying lean ain’t the goal it’s simply just wasting time.
Happy with the look and he seems really positive that we are going to sky rocket progress wise which I’m happy about.
Feeling very content and also confident in my abilities again.
I felt a little bit lost this year and lost quite a lot of my own self belief as I didn’t feel good enough even though I was doing everything exactly how it should my body or mind just wasn’t happy.
Although I never ever lost my love for training, I feel like my drive for competing is back now which makes me happy.
For me progress is everything and a happy mind goes a fucking long way in this game.

Have x2 20 min cardio sessions in per week at the moment which I’m doing outside on the bike which I’ll do tomorrow.

Leg raise 1 AMRAP
Single Arm nautilus pull down : 2 sets of 10-15 reps 1 set of 15-20 .1 second pause in shortened range
Barbell RDL: 2 sets of 10-15 reps
Single Arm gym shop row (lat bias): 1 set of 8-12 reps, 1 set of 12-15 reps.
Upper back pull down : 1 sets of 10-12 reps.
Iso Row lat bias : 2 sets 1 set of 8-10, 1 set of 10-12 reps
Cable single arm pull over/ straight arm pull down : 2 sets of 10-15 reps
Reverse Pec Deck: 2 sets of 12-20 reps.

Lying leg curlBig big focus on hamstrings and glutes at the moment which is fantastic. Stefan wants this to be a priority at the moment which I’m not complaining about as I completely agree.
Quads will come up naturally but having those pop especially in my side/back is supper important
Then went for a cycle round f1 track, it’s free and is very easy/relaxing

Lovely push day today
5 clients competing over the weekend which was fantastic so busy day at the computer
All of them were calm which was great
Period returned today so glad my body is back in a healthy spot.
Entering my supra phase this week and primo will be reintroduced from tomorrow

Crazy day
Up for my Texas girls finals, she won the whole show so was a successful day for her
Had 3 girls competing in UK today who all did super well with placing which is awesome
Train push, very good session and felt stronger than normal
