It’s sports nutrition as I’m studying sport and exercise science. Specifically the level of protein consumption as he said it was too high and going to damage my kidney as it wouldn’t be able to handle it over long term

its my only hamstring movement of the day as the leg day is quad focused as i have a density day that has a larger amount of hamstring volume

I haven’t had any effects from doing it when having pre bed meal just was curious as to whether it would be affecting my sleep quality but sounds like I should be all good as max having 30g
