Ok thank you going to get on it straight away as I would love to train density day tomorrow but I know it would absolutely bury me

Would you need to finish training week before beginning a devolume or if it’s due can you begin it straight away as I have 2 more training days left of week but feel very fatigued and not sure they would be productive sessions

personally I would have you at 220ish grams but this would be depending on total kcal needs – if you need more overall cals then protein may end up higher
And after watching protein education video is it still 1g per lb of body weight from direct protein sources
