    Rest day today

Legs pretty fatigued from yesterday but nothing out of the norm.

Rest day consisted of 30 min cardio 3x bicep 15 min pose 30min cardio

I always do 3x bicep on one rest day and 3x tricep on the next. Enough for me to see slightly more progression but nothing I can’t recover from. Pretty perfect for me really

I actually keep food the same on rest days which I shall drop 100g carbs off probs next week to see the difference and hopefully drop weight over the week a bit more.

I am now leaner than I was at the end of my last diet (Jan) and I’m 12kg heavier. So well happy with that. Room for more so we keep going

Absolutely unbelievable session today. Sent in my check ins to my training partner (basically my coach) and he was very happy but noticed I was holding some water or fatigue as he called it and added 450g of carbs. Ate the carbs by increasing rice and adding in turkey bagels as I absolutely love them and ended up waking up 1.2kg lighter this morning and a lot fuller.

    Win

    Lower session went as follows

    Seated calf x 10 x 12
    Abductor x 20 x 15
    Seated ham x 8 x 13
    Pendulum x 5 x 18
    DB RDL x 12 x 11
    Hip press x 15 x 12
    Quad ext x 17 x 12 x 11

Low repped on the pendulum as I thought I’d put the food to use. 6.25 plates were added (most could fit) and just went to town. Will lower the weight slightly but happy to see the strength is there when I’m fuelled

Had some time off the logs as I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with work etc and being in a diet so once I missed one day logging led to the other etc.

No excuses now, feeling good and for the first time actually like how we’re looking.

Current bw is 202lbs and dropping rapidly now.

Calories are at 240 pro 150 carb 40 fat
10k steps per day and now cardio is up from 30mins to 60 mins 5x per week

Drugs at 150 test 300 mast
    t3 25mcg
    T4 100mcg
    Clen 80mcg

Time to get flat lean and then push up

    Legs earlier

    Session went very well.
    Abductor x 20 x 15 x 8
    Seated hamstring x 15 x 12
    M-torture drop squat x 7 x 14
    Hip press x 20 x 15
    Lying hammy x 12 x 16
    Leg ext x 10 x 10 x 10 (drop set)

Finished my steps off with 20 min treadmill

    Another good session ticked off

Going to change the format of my logs,
    Maybe post two a day,
First one being weigh in and the plan for the day and second one being session

I feel like this will keep me accountable

So starting tomorrow morning I’ll give weight etc then session once I’m done training

Earliers pull session went well though
felt pretty strong on everything apart from my SLDL set which didn’t quite go to plan however I know what was wrong and will fix it next session

    Upper today.

Busy in work and gone off 4 hours sleep. Not good but got it done. Didn’t go super heavy as I simply didn’t have the energy so squeezed every bit I could out of slightly lighter dumbbells for my first press. 10kg less per side on my smith press and loaded the top pin a little more on the prime press. Laterals and pec flys were hit the exact same.

Overall considering all variables it was a good session and managed to do my cardio which atm is probably the most important 🤣

    Pull tomorrow

In terms of weak points , all of you is weak, your young , don’t get caught up in that , focus on pushing your weight up to 120/125 kg over the next couple years and then it will be more apparent what is still weaker

    Thanks Jordan! Means a lot.

This was over 5/6 months with a small break to get bloods done but they came back perfect so went straight back into pushing. This is the most total mg I’ve been on but as long as I’m still gaining I don’t see a need to increase atm if that makes sense.

That’s the goal! Bring everything up. I’m going to push up 40-50lbs once I get a bit leaner and get as strong as possible in the process. Doing a PPL/UL split and hitting everything as much and as hard as possible until I struggle to recover in time.

Rest day arms + cardio today
Still finding my recovery good enough to squeeze some extra arm volume in as it’s needed massively

I’m probably the only 20 year old with under developed arms compared to the rest of my body lol, I never enjoyed arms I just used to do them in my pull days but would be so fried that I’d get nothing out of it

    Session literally went
    30 min stairs
    Arms
    15 min pose practice
    30 min stairs

Looking a lot better and leaner overall even though I’ve gone pretty flat. Still more to dig

Pull tomorrow however so excited for that

Struggling to sleep a little with the T3, T4 and clen in. But it’s only 6 more weeks so no stress.

In a very good spot training, appetite, etc all the best it’s ever been.

Lower today also went very well. Found the sweet spot for both heavy training but also not butchering the exercise. Things are going to get very exciting from here.

    Rest day yesterday.

Decided to train on Saturday and Sunday now instead of rest day on Sunday purely so I can be fresher and not train after work. I had a rest day on Sunday usually because it was nice to just know I had nothing at all to do 🤣

So upper today looking forward to it! Also about a week into anavar and my chest pain has disappeared?!?! Very nice

Check in this morning with the boss and he’s also happy with how we’re looking. So everything going well and couldn’t be more happy with how the balls rolling.

Hi guys, thanks for all the replies. Done a bit of research last night and hyperthyroidism can apparently give you itchy, irritable skin and sometimes break out into hives. The sources weren’t the most reliable though it was just random webpages

Also no GH my cycle is
    150 T
    250M
    50 anavar pre

    25mcg T3
