Completely forgot about this (again) I’ve actually put it into my daily reminders now so it will get done.

I’m a bit of a creature of habit so I wake up and I’m in robot mode. Prep food, get steps in while it cooks, put into tubs, shower, dress, work, gym, sleep. That’s it really. That’s my life, but boring but it is what it is and I’m hoping with 5 years of graft I’ll be set up for life and can have both the physique and business to go all in and one day become a pro. That’s the long term goal anyway. For now I just got to get lean and then push up and repeat that over and again.

From tomorrow I’ll start logging daily again. Knowing someone may read this keeps me accountable.

    So yeah that’s that.

Also for a bit of info – I’ve only been training for 3.5 years. Yes I know I jumped the gun jumping on gear (jumped on 28 weeks ago now with a break between).

I started gym at 72kg pushed all the way up to 118kg after 2 years of bulking hard 🤣 cut down to 85kg lean (12 months) and now pushed up again to 104kg (24 weeks enhanced)before starting this small diet phase.

I really messed up that massive bulk as I was new to training and just ate whatever was in site. However I don’t regret it as I learnt that more isn’t better. I’ve learnt from my mistake and will most definitely not do it again as 12 months is a long time of not growing 🤣

But yeah that’s pretty much my journey so far, bit of a rocky road but I think we’re on track for great things now.

Completely forgot to log I’ve been so in the routine of waking up cooking meals going work, gym then last meal and sleep that it’s completely out of mind.

I will get a hang of it soon I promise 🤣

Currently in a mini diet phase before the big push

Running 150 test 200 mast and going to bring it up weekly until I’m at around 500mg of total anabolics.

Physique wise I’ll upload a google sheets link but I put a story on my insta almost every day @ethan_pickett74 if your interested.

I’m very happy with how things are going atm, my heaviest and best look to date and things will only get better from here I am sure.

Hoping to be lean enough to push at around 185-190lbs and then push up 40-50lbs.

    Lying hammy x 8 x 12
    Pendulum x 6 x 12
    Nytram leg press x 16 x 22

Pull Tuesday actually went well, the little twinge in my right pec was actually feeling tight when I don’t my dead hangs to start. May just order some BPC and slam it in there.

    Pull went down as follows

    SLDL x 5 x 8
    Pull down x 10 x 12
    Cable row x 8 x 12 x 11
    Prime pulldown x 8 x 12
    Prime extreme row x 9 x 11
    Pullover x 15 x 12
    Tricep overhead ext x 12 x 8 x 10
    Single arm ext x 8 x 12

Pretty good session, I’ve mentioned before why I do triceps and pull and biceps on push. Because they are fresh and seem to recover by the next session I need to use them so why not. Seems to be working as they’re growing better than ever

    That’s all

Forgot to log yesterday so I’ll do two separate

    Push Monday

Started off high incline dumbell and felt a slight niggle in my right pec tendon so dropped the weight and same again. So ended up using prime machines and just loading the bottom and middle peg so there wasn’t as much tension when my pec was stretched. Not the best of sessions as I was worried about it pinging but I’d rather one bad session than be out for weeks and always have a niggle. Feels better now so shall give it a go on my upper and see how it feels.

I really need to start stretching but with my sessions + cardio I’m in the gym for 3 hours and don’t really want to spend 20-30 mins stretching 🤣

Rest day yesterday went as follows
Woke up after 10 hour kip, quick 5k steps in the bag, another hour sleep and then finished strong with 7k steps.

On my rest days I really like to chill out, if the weather wasn’t so nice atm to be honest I probably would’ve lay in bed all day watching Netflix or something.

That’s about it, push today though which I’m very excited for.

One thing I’ve found is I’m always busting to train. Even after 2 years of consistent training ( year prior to that was just go in and do whatever) but it’s not a bad thing I guess. But yeah, busting for it today especially with strength being better than ever

Rest day yesterday not really done much. I did however finish work super early for once so decided to spend the time having a kip. Slept like a baby 8pm – 8:30am the next day. Was well needed and now feel super fresh. Best thing I’ve ever done 🤣

Legs today and a long day of work on site ahead probably looking at finishing at around 6pm so a lovely 12hr site day, can’t wait.

Been quiet the past week, still been training etc (haven’t missed a day for the past 2 years apart from 2 holidays lol) just been overrun with work and have just prioritised sleep, eating and training around it.

The current maintenance phase I’m in at the moment is actually working better than intended. I thought I may have needed the small diet break as I was feeling rough every session, lifts were dropping fast etc.

I’ve dropped test down to 125mg and that’s all I’m running along with just over 3k cals and I’m leaner and fuller. Mental, not sure how it’s working but it’s working. Currently holding at 215lbs for another 3 weeks and then I’ll be looking at pulling a little more off just so I’m in a better position to push up hard.

Legs today. I’m going to wake up 10 mins earlier every morning now and add it into my routine to log the day before.

Also seen that Jay is a new athlete. Pretty cool as he’s local and actually lives down the road from me. He deserves it. Not only trains as JP preaches and lives the lifestyle but also a sound guy from what little words we’ve exchanged every so often

Been quiet the last few days as I’ve just been overloaded with work. Currently doing 14+ hour days while fitting gym and some decent sleep in (5 hours average 🤣). Not complaining though as it’s better to be busy than quiet I guess.

Arms and shoulders yesterday. This is actually a rest day, but I’ve noticed a lot of growth in my arms and side delts after throwing this day in without any effect on my recovery for the other days.

It’s not much just extra volume.

    DB Hammer curls x15 x 12 x 12
    Cable curls x 8 x 13 x 10
    Prime preacher x 15 x 12
    Cable tricep extension x 12 x 8 x 10
    Over head extension x 8 x 10 x 15
    Lateral raise x 20 x 12 x 10
    Cuffed Y raise x 12 x 10 x 15

Push today, as I’m only pining 120 per week for a trt dose I’ve started doing slin pin into the side delt to give the glutes a rest as I noticed the last 5 weeks ish of the cycle they was getting pretty hard to jab and even harder to push the oil in even when warm. To be honest I was just being a pussy and was too scared to pin my side delt during my blast but it’s come to the point where I need to otherwise it’ll only get worse. Plus being 0.2ml twice a week it’s absolutely nothing.

However, during push today I noticed a mental pump in my delts that it was almost pain 🤣 not complaining as they actually looked decent. I have no PIP whatsoever during the day it’s only when I train.

    Anyways push went as follows

    Ex1 low incline DB x10 x 8
    Ex2 high incline smith x 8 x 12
    Ex3 flat press x 10 x12
    Ex4 pec dec x 14 x 16 x 15
    Ex5 lateral raise x 15 x 20 x 12
    Ex6 db hammer curls x 15 x 12 x 8
    Ex7 cable curls x 8 x 12 x 12

Brought calories up to maintenance and can feel the difference quite massively. After 2 weeks I’m up to 220lbs from 211lbs but dropped cardio down to 3x week instead of every day. Been stuck at this weight now for 3 days so will keep cals the same and maintain the remaining 5 weeks. Assess the look from there and if need to be pull some more BF off then push up properly.

I wish I could add some photos so you guys could give your opinion on what you think I should do but seems the server is down? Not sure but I seen on another post there’s issues with uploading photos.
