There is some stuff way off here for me.
Meal 1 – thats a huge amount of protein and no other macros? I would ditch 1 scoop whey and add in some good fats – sunflower seeds or natural nut butter
meal 2 – this is fine for me
Meal 3 – I would drop the COR down to 2 scoops and add in 5g coconut oil
meal 4 – I would drop the chicken down to 250-300g and leave rice as is
Meal 5 – I would increase the protein here – Im not a huge fan of the heck sausages as most seem to get some digestive issues from them but if this is ok with you then its no issues – I may add 1-2 eggs in here
Remove all the rapeseed oil – this is crazy IMO and a bad idea. Cook in something like coconut oil spray/avocado oil spray
Ditch the monsters or at best have 1 – if you need a pick me up for training look at TBJP prepare pro or DNFM
Cardio/steps look fine

I’ll use coconut oil for cooking and replace the scoop of whey with some peanut butter in my first meal
Also just picked up some DNFM for training.
One more question, if I start training at 6am as I work 9-6 and have my pre workout meal in the morning will this have much effect on the session because I only have one meal in before my session or will I have to just do it and find out

first have you watched the first cycle educational video ?
I would just run the 300mg test split into 2 jabs of 150mg Monday and thursday
I would check my hormones via blood test at week 5-6 and then asses from here . Ideally you shouldn’t need to take anything else
Thanks for the reply, yeah I watched it but was wondering if in the video when he mentioned the tamoxifen was just to ensure that he wouldn’t need to use aromasin due to the amount of damage it does to lipids etc
Do you think it would be best to have them on hand anyways?
Also which blood test would you recommend for a cycle of just test?
