It’s a shame to hear that people have been giving you a hard time for your decision to try something new.
To me the change in training, isn’t really a change at all. You have always advocated progressing lifts, and now you are attempting to progress the number of reps and working sets, whilst maintaining the poundage of the weights. What takes somebody from A to B, isn’t always what takes them from B to C.
Ultimately, you’ve always been an advocate for what works and you’ve never followed what’s popular for the sake of fitting in. To me, it’s extremely obvious that this decision is still very much in line with that ethos, and you wouldn’t be walking your own path if you carried on training the way you were, purely to keep the ‘fans’ happy.
Try your best to ignore the idiots online, they clearly never got the right message in the first place. -

A filter function would be a great way of allowing for efficient reading whilst also giving members a chance to ask questions ‘in the moment’.
My only other suggestion would be to separate the log from a specific Q&A area, but I think the filter idea would work much better. -

I’m not sure if this is feasible and it is only a suggestion on my part, but would you consider making a log that is read-only or restricted to certain members?
I have been on the site and reading the forums for several years now, and I’ve noticed that as the number of members has increased and naturally your popularity has increased, the amount of spam and repetitive questions in your log has become a little overwhelming.
It is becoming harder to follow what you are doing and scout out the meaningful updates from yourself, as there are more repetitive questions and responses from yourself telling people to go back and read. Although your sarcasm does make me chuckle, I can’t help but feel there has to be a more efficient way of reading your current lines of thinking and updates. The other difficulty is, people are being told to go back and read, but the log is becoming harder to read, so I feel it’s a vicious cycle.
I just wanted to share some constructive feedback and offer my perspective as a long-term member. I thought it was appropriate to highlight this here, so people might rethink before they post fan boy comments or questions which don’t offer much value.

In regards to your bloods, did you do anything in particular to bring your hs-CRP down? I believe it was above 4 in your previous blood work which is often classified as high risk for heart disease, but it is now down below 2 (hard to read the exact number). I know you use a lot of anti-inflammatories like curcumin, but I’m curious as to whether this was just the result of running the nandrolone only? If so, that’s a very good reason in and of itself to favour nandrolone over other compounds. A lot of switched on folk note hs-CRP as a more indicative marker when it comes to heart health, over cholesterol.

Aside from the more obvious effects on estrogen and that nandrolone is a progestin, it is also known to significantly raise plasma aldosterone levels.
Aldosterone increases sodium and water reabsorption into the bloodstream. This can lead to water retention, high blood pressure and lowered potassium levels. It’s hard to dig up more information on what impact other anabolic steroids have on aldosterone, but there seems to be a handful of animals studies on nandrolone.
Anecdotally, some people find they get a lot of water retention from nandrolone despite its low rate of aromatisation, and that could be well due to the aldosterone increase. As an example, aldactone is an aldosterone antagonist, which speaks to aldosterone’s impact on water retention.
Admittedly I haven’t read all of the last few pages so I could be a little off the mark, but this could help explain the fullness even with little estrogen. -

MemberFebruary 5, 2019 at 1:54 am in reply to: Jordan’s 2019 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)There’s a place I’ve been to in London called Dishoom. They have several restaurants in the U.K., but mostly based in London.
Their selling point is their authentic Indian cuisine, which people literally queue hours for. Dinner was nice, but my family really rated their breakfast/brunch menu. They’ve made a great fusion between English breakfast and Indian cuisine. The bacon naan was a real highlight. The sheer uniqueness made it something I will always remember.
There are heaps of good places in London. Flesh and buns is one of my favs. Lots of sushi and also sweet buns with fillings of your choice.
We also went to Sushi Samba which is on the floor below Duck and Waffle. Amazing food and a stunning view. As a sushi fan I’m sure you’d love it.

Not to mention you’ve got plenty of room with gear i.e. tren and orals. Very exciting spot you’re in and all your hard work has enabled that.

Perhaps staying much closer to contest weight before dieting down, and also being on a cruise prior to dieting, allows you to avoid the strength bombing as you come down!
Very cool to hear though.

MemberOctober 14, 2018 at 2:22 pm in reply to: Jordan’s 2018 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)Hi Jordan,
With your current goal of reducing waist size to get you to show winning standard, I wanted to pick your brain on something. How big is the impact of carbing up pre-show on the overall distension seen on stage?
I’m guessing that on wake and on lower food, that your stomach is much easier to control through poses, based on some of the gym pictures you posted on Instagram in the lead up to your last show where the overall taper looks very good and waist small.
I saw somebody mention glucose infusions a few weeks ago, and was wondering if this is something used commonly in elite pros holding a lot of muscle mass and needing to come in with a tight gut. Also, do you believe it would be worth sacrificing some fullness on stage for the sake of a streamlined waist? I’m thinking it through in my head and it’s a hard one, because although the overall physique will flow better, some pop and detail would be lost.
Interested to get your thoughts bud.

Hope the sickness bug clears soon! Whenever my stomach is very unsettled and it feels like more than a bad food reaction, I find that 100% raw coconut oil really helps to bring things into balance quickly. Science wise, I believe it’s due to the anti fungal, anti bacterial and anti viral effect but it’s always worked brilliantly, even when I’ve had terrible food poisoning.
I also find that certain probiotics really help as well. Raw sauerkraut tends to help, but I take it easy on the amount as sometimes find too much has the opposite effect.
If you really can’t keep anything down, then the above may not be of much use this time round, but whatever it is, hope it passes quickly.

Best – Yosemite National Park, California. I loved California in general but I’ve never seen anything like Yosemite.
Worst – Riga, Latvia. In fairness we went during winter for a lads weekend. However (IMO) it lacked substance and it was just full of stag dos in over priced bars. Didn’t compare to a weekend in Barcelona, Madrid or even Krakow.
Dream – I’m off to Australia and New Zealand for 5 weeks at the end of this year! Definitely ticking off the dream!

Are you still using ashwagandha and rhodiola? Did you find they made you more relaxed or more energy inducing? They can have different effects depending on the individual and their lifestyle at the time of use, so curious to hear your thoughts.

Would you consider doing the 2 bros show as you first planned given your condition and how you feel, or would it be too much to ask of your body peaking that soon and risking a compromised look?
