@morning_iron like ive said before honestly just as far as i can take it to be honest. To plan on stopping. When I feel its time to cut I’ll cut. Honestly the appetite is the only thing that dictates where I end up. Because when it goes to crap I cant do anything. There are days when I just have to force down the food others not so much… so we’ll see.

31/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 102.3kg
Noticing minor bodyfat gains and also a few pimples here and there. EQ makes me break out each time I’ve used it but it’s so minor that it’s only a few spots.
1/6/2018 – CHEST & BICEPS – Weight: 101.2kg
– Bench Press: 140kg x11, 160kg x3
– Machine Press: 100kg x10, 80kg x11
– Incline flyes: 1 set
– Incline curls: 2 sets
– Ez-curls: 2 sets
Didn’t do much bicep work, just tryed to get some blood in there. Did some light weight sets to failure because my bicep tendons have been killing me. It feels like I’m going to rip the bicep off on certain exercises and I belive that’s because I’ve been going on them too hard + all the extra work they do during back sessions and other sessions as well.
Here is my video of doing bench press 140kg for 11 reps and a fail on 12th. I did rack it safely tho even if my wife jumped on me and turned the video off because she got scared I’ll kill myself haha. I just racked it down there on the lower rack.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=THNfiSzZY_I
Now also another short vid of the chest session just after the set of flyes went for this “small superset” to get some more blood into my chest.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPsFQezxIcI
I’m happy because I finally notice that I’m getting thicker and honestly have never been bigger in my life. It’s just amazing to see that but also my quality of life is worse due to weight gain and the body just didn’t get used to the muscle yet. I can’t imagine some guys that grow like 20kgs in a 6 months time frame. It’s insane how they handle the weight and muscle gain. Now I see what they mean by “getting uncomfortable”, bangars
2/6/2018 – LEGS – Weight: 101.6kg
– Squats: 180kg x8, 140kg x13 (again tryed to focus on perfect execution with no banging or bouncing)
– Stiff-legged deadlifts: 100kg x9 (I had a feeling of pulling my hamstring last leg session and I still felt it today, couldn’t go heavy)
– Leg Extensions: 1 set to complete failure + 3 forced reps with slow negatives (perfect execution working only quads)
– Leg curls: 1 set (only did a light pump set due to ham injury, taking it easy)
– Calf raises: 3 sets with BW only, stict form, full contractions (feeling my calves responded better to this as I feel like I can activate them more and also they seem to be much more flexible now and not so “stiff”)
So another leg day in the books even if I did it on monday I went in today and banged it out. Now I can do my split like I used to again. That wedding I attended messed my split/schedule up for 2 weeks. Now I’ve started being more wise with the weights I’m lifting. I’m not pushing that strictly for just getting stronger now, I want to “solidify” my strength gains on this level before I push up for more. If I get really used to lifting these numbers then I can hold that for a very long time that’s why I focus on execution and getting the muscles 100% fireing during the sets. I want the muscles to move the weight and not my CNS taking over everything and use all the muscles I can. Like JP said the form can look 100% even on a video but it doesn’t mean you actualy work with the muscles you want to. Focus is needed and now as I see I’m getting pretty strong for my bodyweight that I can make a very good use of the weights and get more growth out of them, than just getting my strength up which will end up in torturing my CNS and not so much helping me grow. Anyways next week I’ll be deloading – sets will double, weights will probably drop, reps will slightly increase and sets won’t be taken to failure. My joints are beaten up, my tensonds feel exhausted and I already started picking up bad shit (the rip in my hamm), which maybe isn’t yet serious but it’s a strong enough sign for me to take a slight step back for a short time.

@morning_iron oh thanks! GOod to hear that, thanks a lot! Well honestly I haven’t changed food much at all. Still doing 275g protein, 500g carbs and 40g fat on training days and 250g P, 400g C and 40g F on rest days. Drugs make me grow as I still don’t see a need to up my food. My weight is slowly progressing so I won’t rush anything and I don’t want to eat more than needed
Yeah I will push it as far as I can until I really need to clean up. And I won’t stop my blast either before it all stops. I don’t want to break the progression if it’s on fire.
Oh man don’t even mention. The training days with 500g carbs and insulin man they fill me up so bad that I look like a water buffalo in the evening. But it goes all down during the night. I lose from 2-3kg of weight just overnight. I sweat it out during the night (luckily my wife don’t give me shits for this and accepts it even if it’s gross) and I usualy take a huge piss in the early morning and then when I wake up. I do feel flat in the mornings which is very interesting. The only time I don’t wake up flat feeling is if I have an “off” meal in the day prior. THat keeps me full for an entire day.
But don’t worry about it mate, it’s just water. The bodyfat is the thing that matters. I go from looking lean to looking almost fat during the day so yeah it’s just drugs + food that does this and also stress (cortisol).

Thanks @morning_iron! I’ll do my best to reach my goal. Things are getting serious and I like that for the first time in my life after my first cycle. I’ve never been progressing so smoothly so I hope this is my time to “shine” and really make something out of it.
26/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 101kg
Usual rest day, nothing special happened. Cardio is out. Having bloodsugar crashes sometimes like 1.5hr post meal if I’m active. Also had an off meal today, Ben & Jerrys and a pizza.27/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 101.6kg
Decided to take an extra day off just to get my shit together. Been noticing that I feel heavier and the muscle I carry is starting to become a burden. Also got my M1T now and will use it soon.28/5/2018 – LEGS – Weight: 101.7kg
– Squat: 180kg x10, 140kg x11 (very strict set focused on keeping constant tension), 140kg x7 (same)
– Stiff-leg deadlifts: 140kg x8 (something popped in my hamstring at 3rd rep but continued. After I stopped it started to hurt. Pain is gone by day 3 now)
– Leg extensions: 2 pump sets with 30kg (3 forced reps with slow negatives each set)
– Leg Curl: 2 pump sets (slow movement, strong contration at the top and slow negative. 2 forced reps with 3 short reps at the bottom at the end of set)
– Calf press: 3 sets with BW (calves seem to be better this week just trying to give 100% attention to the activation and perfect execution)
So this is the 2nd week on 750 test/750 EQ/175 tren. Starting to feel bigger and fuller also there is more detail when I train. Veins are crazy and I’m liking the look. Will see what the next few weeks bring.
29/5/2018 – SHOULDERS & TRICEPS – Weight: 100.9kg
– Smith shoulder press: 120kg x6, 100kg x12
– Lateral raises:16kg x10, 14kg x15 + 6kg x? DROPSET (both sets strict form)
– Rear delt flye: 20kg x16, 20kg x15 + 6kg x? (constant tension)
– One-arm DB Press: 20kg x9
– Tricep pushdowns: 90kg x15 (strict form getting 100% tricep activation)
– Skullcrushers: 57.5kg x12, 57.5kg x8
– Tricep extension: 2 pump sets to failure with 3 forced reps – slow movement with strong contraction and constant tension
A great session. Pump was incredible and strength is up also. Tryed to go a bit heavier on the first set of presses in smith and I liked it. A video of a set of laterals down here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDW0pmI3ZIY
30/5/2018 – BACK & ABS – Weight: 101.3kg
– Barbell rows: 140kg x15, 140kg x10 (form revisit on both sets making sure I really use my back 100%)
– Chin-ups: Bw x15, Bw x12 (strict form trying to use my back as much as possible)
– Cable rows: 120kg x12 (strength down due to getting perfect execution)
– Pulldowns: 40kg x12 (slow and very focused set to failure)
– Rack pulls: 180kg x12
– Hanging leg raises: Bw x20, Bw x20
– Crunches: Bw x20
I’m getting up slowly. Also M1T came to me today so I’ll maybe throw it in 10mg preworkout and if I can tolerate it then I’ll boost to 15 or 20mg to see how to works. It will drive my appetite to shit I know and I’ll be lethargic as hell but I’ll try to push through just to see what it can do. I don’t expect nothing magical, it’s just an anabolic but I want to have this experience of trying these exotics out. I’m yet to try superdrol which is next on my list to do after M1T
Here are a few pics of progress:

23/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 100.9kg
A day I thought it’s gonna be back day turned out to be a rest day. Was just too exhausted to train 3 days in a row. I somehow can’t train more than 2 days in a row unless is way less intense. I just feel off and the mind is just not there. I think having a split that you can physicaly and mentaly recover is way more important than just pounding it as hard as possible just sticking to the plan 100% because I know that even if I do a workout when I feel off it it usualy isn’t a problem because I have lots of days when I just don’t exactly feel it before I step in the gym. But then there are days when I feel completly off and I know shit won’t go ok if I go train because either I’ll be risking injury or I just won’t be able to perform. I’d rather take a rest day even if the plan says otherwise because I know I’ll be better off that way. I know when to push and when to pull back and just a simple day when I’m not 100% isn’t going to hold me back from training. Today was off off completly.
24/5/2018 – BACK + ABS – Weight: 99.8kg
– Barbell rows: 145kg x12, 135kg x12
– Chin-ups: Bw x15, Bw x12 (strict form trying to use my back as much as possible – form revisit)
– Cable rows: 120kg x16
– Pulldowns: 50kg x12 (slow and hard contractions to failure. Switched from Hammerstrength to this because that machine has weird moving mechanics and I rather do this. Also felt my lats very good on this one so this is staying now in the session)
– Rack pulls: 180kg x10 (I said I’ll do stiff deads here but hams were extremly tired from mondays leg session, possibly going to do it next week)
– Hanging leg raises: Bw x20, Bw x20
– Crunches: bw x20
Despite taking yesterday off I was wrecked today also. Somehow was able to get this session together but strength on back was bad. Don’t know whats the deal here. I hope for a better session tomorow. I’ve also been noticing I’m getting a minor hypo during the day after each meal which is super weird. I also get hypo after taking 7ius of insulin with about 130g of carbs eaten in 1hr period. This hypo hits me in the middle of warmup in the gym which is funny. THen after a few minutes it stabilses and I’m fine. Whatever I do during the day thats physical even just cleaning my appartment I start getting hypo. I always thought that insulin makes you insulin resistant (well the carbs mostly and bodyfat gain) and the more resistant you are, more insulin you will need to take the carbs where they need to go. Now when I started my muscle gaining phase – increase of food and introduction of insulin I could almost take 5iu of insulin and eat nothing at all and be fine. Now I think i’m getting low blood sugar so quickly. It could be me gaining new muscle tissue which requires more energy (carbs/nutrients) and actualy there isn’t much surplus anymore (like it was in the beginning). I’m still steadily increasing in weight. SO if any1 knows whats the deal here please chime in because usualy I’ve seen exactly the opposite – people getting higher blood sugar from insulin use and weight gain. I’m also getting extremly hot during the day like sweating crazy on normal room temperature (22-23°C) could be the tren and higher drugs now.
25/5/2018 – CHEST + BICEPS – Weight: 101.5kg
– Bench press: 140kg x12, 140kg x9
– Machine press: 90kg x12, 90kg x9 (using very controlled negatives and slower positives than before)
– Incline flyes: 2 sets to failure (lower weight focusing on maximum contration and failure at 10-12 reps)
– Incline curls: 18kg x10, 18kg 8
– Machine curls: 25kg x8, 20kg x8
PB on bench press got it recorded but video quality is piss because I couldn’t set up the phone right so the spotter isn’t on video. Well anyways going to record it next week and uploade it on YT and put the link here. Also I have thrown out the set of incline DB presses due to dumbell just being so inconvenient – we only have the ones that you put together from smaller plates and it’s just so annoying setting them together, takes like 5 mins to just get the DBs ready for that one set and usualy I don’t feel that set very good so I just dumped it and doing 2 flye sets ATM but will change that soon, I want more pressing!
Now I’ve taken some photos today and compared them to the ones from 15 months ago. I’ll post them below so you can see my 15 month transformation. I have not gone over 1g of gear during this time only now in the last maybe 2 weeks I’ve gone over 1g total and for like 3 weeks in december I’ve been over a gram of total gear. I’ve done 20 weeks of cruising on TRT test (200mg) in this 15 month period and this is my progress. Weight on both pics is the same – 101.5kg or 223 lbs. On the left pictures I’ve been on 750mg test and 35mcg of IGF-lr3 preworkout. The right pictures are current. All taken in the evening when full of water post workout, left were post push session, right were after chest + biceps.

18/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 99.4kg
Starting to feel a bit worn down and feeling lethargic. I should be doing legs today but I’m so exhausted from work and training that I need this day off. Usualy this day is a rest day but tomorow I’ll be at the wedding so I won’t be able to train. I’ll probably take off till monday to get myself together as a small deload. Gear comming in on monday.
19/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 100.4kg
At the wedding ate some regular lunch with 2 slices of cake and a bit of chocolate that was used as a decoration. Honestly I overate and got short of sleep for about 4hrs so weight will probably be higher tomorow due to water retention.
20/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 100.7kg
As expected weight inclined but finaly got some time to rest and reload. Food is usual same as off days. Had a pretty busy weekend with client updates and being at the wedding + working at the same time… so I’m looking forward for a more relaxing week.
21/5/2018 – LEGS – Weight: 100.4kg
– Squat: 180kg x9, 180kg x6
– Leg Press: 400kg x10, 240kg x?
– Leg extensions: 2 pump sets with 35kg (2 forced reps with slow negatives each set) – the machine is very old school so weight is a bit funky.
– Leg Curl: 2 pump sets (slow movement, strong contration at the top and slow negative. 2 forced reps with 3 short reps at the bottom at the end of set)
– Calf press: 3 sets with BW (revisiting form on this one. Trying to get my calves fire properly because they suck badly and I think it’s activation problem)
So the leg session went great in terms of strength – PB on both squat sets. Also figured out that I didn’t count the weight right on leg press so 400kg was a first time for me. Did 360kg lately not 400. I’ve dumped the stiff leg deadlifts from this leg session and will add them at the end of back sessh. Reason behind that is I can’t get my shit together to do them after squats and leg press. I get lightheaded and I puke almost every leg session because of lack of oxygen. It’s an underground gym with no real ventilation and sometimes I go up to get some air between sets. I get winded so easily then I need like 5-8 min rest between sets just so i can breathe properly and not feel sick, foggy vision, headache and lightheaded (usualy a feeling of fainting). Tren or no tren doesn’t matter since I train here I get these each time training legs and back.
Gear came in today so I’m starting my 750mg test 750mg eq and 175mg tren. Tren will probably go out if appetite goes to shit. Winstrol is out now – it was only used as a preworkout only 20mg.22/5/2018 – SHOULDERS + TRICEPS – Weight: 101.1kg
– Smith shoulder press: 110kg x12, 100kg x9
– Lateral raises: 20kg x10, 12kg x? (strict form constant tension)
– Rear delt flye: 20kg x16, 20kg x15 (constant tension)
– Shrugs: 180kg x12 (smith machine this time)
– Tricep pushdowns: 100kg x15 (took away 1 set and did 1 more set of skullcrushers because they feel better)
– Skullcrushers: 52.5kg x14, 52.5kg x12
– Tricep extension: 2 pump sets to failure with 3 forced reps – slow movement with strong contraction and constant tension
Today I started realising that i’ve grown a bit. People also started to comment my size and said I look way bigger. Anyways I don’t like how fast weight is going up, I’ll probably stay at 500g carbs on training days and 350g on rest days (was 550g training, 400g rest now for a few days).
Just a few recent pics:

Wow. still holding tight condition. Looks great! Also you look full as a house, really getting some nice muscle volume there! how are things going for you now? are you working with JP since the show is over? Having a bit off time is good (food wise) but keeping things under control is something that should be taken care of and we can all see you are doing that very well. Can you share more detail about your food intake (during days you are not going off plan) and anabolics?

15/5/2018 – BACK + ABS (+ QUAD) – Weight: 99.4kg
– Barbell row: 140kg x15, 140kg x9
– Chin-ups: BW x20, BW x12
– Cable row: 120kg x13
– Pulldowns (HS machine): 90kg x10 (strict slow)
– Deadlifts: 235kg x5
– Leg Extensions: 2 sets to failure (~15 reps + 2 forced reps with slow negative)
– Hanging leg raises: BW x20
– Crunches: BW x20 (constant tension)
Strength progressing again and feeling much fuller. Bodyweight also picking up slowly. A bit higher test levels can be felt, I’m holding just a bit more water and feeling fuller.
16/5/2018 – REST – 98.9kg
Cardio 1hr long normal walk.17/5/2018 – CHEST + BICEPS – Weight: 98.7kg
– Bench Press: 145kg x10, 140kg x9
– Machine press: 90kg x12, 90kg x7
– Incline press: 52.5kg x7
– Incline flyes: 1 set (20kg DBs)
– Incline seated curls: 20kg x11, 20kg x6
– Ez-bar curl: 42.5kg x12
– Preacher curl: 1 pump set ~15 reps
This session was CRAZY. Higher test can be really felt. Food wise nothing changed. Progressed in strength which is a very good sign. I’m starting to feel a bit shitty probably due to high test levels a bit more sluggish during the day just like my weight is starting to kill me. I’m not that heavy by all means because I’m barely 220lbs (~100kg) but still I can feel the stress of holding more water, breathing harder and just life is harder in general. The order of gear has been delayed so no M1T for me yet. I’ll be getting EQ on monday so I’ll start that at 750mg/week and leave test at 750mg/week also. Tren will be used for about 1-1.5 weeks till it’s gone then it’s out because I need that damn apetite which I feel is down due to tren usage. So far so good progress wise even if I want a faster gain and I’m very unpatient I’ll just have to chill my ass down and grind it slowly.

@jay_bartlett Will do thanks!
12/5/2018 – LEGS – 98.7kg
– Squat: 180kg x8, 140kg x15
– Leg Press: 400kg x13 + x2 + x1 (MR)
– Stiff-leg DL: 140kg x12
– Leg extension: 42.5kg x?
– Leg curl: 20kg x?
– Calf press: 120kg x16, 120kg x12, 120kg x10
Hit PRs on both of my squat sets which is just amazing. Been waiting for that 8 rep with 405 (180kg) for so long! My weight is up a bit from that Ben & Jerry yesterday. Anyways I feel like I look the same condition wise just a bit fuller. Today I’ve added 20mg of winstrol preworkout and will do in the upcomming weeks. Only on workout days.
13/5/2018 – REST – 99.0kg
Weight is up again. Did a 45min fast walk in the evening before my last Pro/fat meal. Here is a pic I took in the morning after breakfast. Upper body is full as a house, but legs look small from this position.
14/5/2018 – SHOULDERS + TRICEPS – 99.9kg
– Smith sh. press: 115kg x8, 100kg x10
– Side laterals: 20kg x12, 14kg x14 (strict form set with perfect execution)
– Rear delt flye: 20kg x18, 22.5kg x12
– Shrugs: 180kg x12
– Tricep pushdowns: 100kg x16, 100kg x10
– Skullcrushers (ez-bar): 52.5kg x13
– Rope extensions: 1 pump set (20+ reps not counted with several rest pauses and taken to failure atleast 3 times)
Progressed on almost all sets today. Feeling very full and pumped. Adding 300mg of test this week because I still didn’t get EQ which I wanted to add in at this point at 400mg. When I get it test will go down to 900mg (1g now) and 400mg EQ will be put into it’s place. I feel good on this dose of test and don’t have any issues like I’ve had in the past. The body got used to these drastic changes and I tolerate drugs much better. The effects in terms of progress are crazy tho. it’s funny how much can psyche and good mindset with slow incrementation and working systematicly help with everything. Everything going better than I thought. Let’s see what I can do with a bit more and push harder.

9/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 97.4kg
Did 45mins of fast walk.10/5/2018 – CHEST + BICEPS – Weight: 98.4kg
Weight increase probably due to lack of sleep. Been sleeping 2h less then the other days and that means I retain more water because I usually go “empty the tank” in the morning after about 6-7hrs of sleep then I go back to sleep for another hour or so. Strength has been progressing nicely and finally hitting some good numbers again and actually progressing.
– Bench Press: 145kg x8, 135kg x9
– Machine press: 110kg x9, 90kg x7
– Incline press: 50kg x8
– Incline flyes: 1 set (20kg DBs)
– Incline seated curls: 22.5kg x9, 20kg x7
– Ez-bar curl: 42.5kg x12
– Preacher curl: 32.5kg x14
11/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 98.1kg
Have not been active today much and didn’t do cardio because I’ve had a lot of work at the computer today. Ate a Ben & Jerrys peanut butter cup in the evening after 19 days of not having a single “cheat” food or lets say something that’s not on my meal plan every day. I do eat marshmellows pre/post workout because I really digest them well and the kids cereal was giving me gas. I don’t consider that as a cheat as it has 0g fat and 80g of carbs per 100g. It’s just my prefered carb source pre/post workout with my shake.

@Morning_iron yeah I understand. I like truth and I’d respect somebody like Bostin who is honest then somebody trying to sell you some fat lies. But the reality is that you can’t really know who lies and who doesn’t because there are just so many genetic outliers that can do great on low doses but lots of them also go crazy when they didn’t have to go that way.
Yeah JP is just another level of work ethic. I joined this forum for the exact same reason. And he can also connect both “bro”-science + real science in his work and shows that it can be done. I also like that he pushes so hard with muscle mass because I all ever wanted was to be really really big which I’m not particularly blessed with and been busting my ass like a MOFO for these 7 years and didn’t gain the muscle I’d expect getting from this amount of commitment but that’s just how this works… I may be blessed symmetry wise and in aesthetics but that was never really cared about so much, I always wanted to be freaky haha.About psychological aspect now that I’m on higher test with tren I do feel that my overall mood is a bit worse then when I’ve had lower test but it’s not drastic. It could also be due to lowering tren dose by 100mg/week. I do feel good on tren but I see a big dip when i go off of it or when the dose goes down.
Try EQ, don’t expect too much tho. Some like it some don’t, you never know if you don’t try it. But i’m never going to say it’s something exceptionally good, it’s just an anabolic like the others but I do prefer it over deca for myself.FS-Team Coach/Bodybuilding & Classic Physique IFBB Amateur competitor

6/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 97.0kg
Did 45mins of fast walking.7/5/2018 – SHOULDERS + TRICEPS – Weight: 97.1kg
– Smith shoulder press: 110kg x10, 100kg x8
– Side laterals: 20kg x11, 20kg x10 + 7kg x? (dropset)
– Rear delt flye: 20kg x14, 20kg x13
– Shrugs: 160kg x12
– Tricep pushdowns: 90kg x16, 90kg x12
– Skullcrushers: 52.5kg x11
– Rope extensions: 1 set (pump)
Session went great. Feeling very full and strength went up drasticly from my last shoulders + tris session. Did some posing after session and here is a video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYZ275wMLFA8/5/2018 – BACK + ABS – Weight: 97.4kg
– Barbell row: 140kg x12 (overhand), 140kg x10 (underhand)
– Chin-ups: BW x19, BW x13
– Cable row: 120kg x12
– Pulldowns (HS machine): 134kg x11
– Deadlifts: 200kg x12
– Hanging leg raises: BW x20
– Crunches: BW x20 (constant tension)
This workout was great. Back was crazy pumped even if I don’t have any “pump” sets with high reps in there. Also strength was up from last week. Weight is slowly starting to increase and I love to see that. I’ve been now at around 96-97kg for 2 weeks now we finally breaking it.
@morning_iron About EQ what I like the most is that constant hunger thats the effect I’ve noticed the most and honestly just growing like on any other gear. I’ve used 400mg test and 300mg eq before and I was running 400mg test only prior to adding EQ. What EQ did is I’ve felt a bit fuller, water retention didn’t change or maybe even dropped a little, I was a bit more vascular and had better pumps and my weight started going up again – no diet/training changes were made for 5 weeks. So I did grow on it and I didn’t find myself holding more water. It does it’s thing for sure but you can’t expect the recomp effects and the drastic body changes like on tren. It will help grow and retain muscle when dieting that’s for sure… everything else will be food and training.
My height is 182cm that’s something like 5’11 I belive? Thanks a lot! But I don’t believe my squats are that impressive (even if I do them BB style with constant tension), my DL is far more superior which I’ve done 240kg x10 not long ago and 300kg for a single at 96kg of bodyweight. But yeah slowly building up strength. I’m doing this for 7 years now really dedicated so I’m expecting to see some good progress atlast haha! Yeah honestly I think the same… I think we both know who we are talking about now. It’s good they tell the truth but like you said it yourself… they can’t preach “safe and healthy” when they did exactly the opposite each time and lets be honest here… the person who wants to do crazy stuff will do it regardless of people telling them how it’s not wise. JP has also commited that he was pushing crazy in the past years 4g+ and admitted it but that takes nothing away from him. He is impressive and he did what he thought was best and needed at that point. The person that’s more of a scared type (like myself) won’t go nuts on PEDs or atleast will think about it 3 times before deciding to do something like that short term. I do know that if I push harder now I’ll be able to get away with less later and get some “rest” in terms of pushing. I’ve always had a feeling that when I pushed a bit further for a short period of time the best gains came (in terms of drugs, food and training) instead of really taking it slow with tiny doses.
Like you said if you really want to be big you will have to take more than is considered “moderate” over time. That’s just how this works and there is nothing wrong with that if you know the consequences. I like that there are people who understand this because there is this big epidemia of these “I competed on TRT and grew into a show” type of people which I hate because they are all BS and trying to sell something or promote themselfs. So yeah, thanks again!FS-Team Coach/Bodybuilding & Classic Physique IFBB Amateur competitor

5/5/2018 – LEGS – Weight: 97.0kg
– Squat: 180kg x7, 160kg x8
– Leg Press: 400kg x13, 400kg x10
– Stiff-leg DL: 135kg x12
– Leg Extensions: 1 set (to failure and 2 forced reps – slow and controled positive + negative)
– Leg Curls: 1 set (to failure with 2 forced reps – slow and controled negative)
– Calf press: 120kg x20, 120kg x13, 120kg x11
Strength is up and weight is creeping up slowly. Tomorow will be heavier. My condition is still very good, holding a bit more water due to higher test but fullness is out of this world. Test combined with insulin and a bit of tren just makes this cartoonish (that’s for me… not a pro BB like cartoonish) look that I like so much. Food is going down just fine and no appetite issues even if I’m on tren (which usualy makes problems with this). Recovery between sets was better than last time when I didn’t have my food higher yet so the rest periods were shorter and I added in a set of leg press just because I felt it good. Hit a PB on squats with 180kg for 7 reps.
Rest day tomorow, relax and recovery with a bit more activity – fast walk outside for 45mins will be on the schedule.FS-Team Coach/Bodybuilding & Classic Physique IFBB Amateur competitor
