3/5/2018 – CHEST + BICEPS – Weight: 96.9kg

Strength was up on bench press but have fallen a bit short on other exercises – I believe due to not taking enough rest between sets which I did before. Weight is slowly creeping up. Here are some pics post workout again. Taking insulin pre and post workout 7iu/7iu.
4/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 97.3kg
Normal rest day with moderate activity. Went for a walk 2 times for a total of 45mins together. Weight is creeping up again but will fall down probably tomorow.

@Morning_iron yeah I get that same feeling on 19-nors, deca and tren both. Just emotionless. DHT gives me more rage while 19-nors wipe out my emotions. High estrogen makes me very girly annoyed by anything and everything and I just bitch and moan all day long while on very low estrogen I’m also more irritable but very low on emotions, I can’t find sympathy and compassion for anything.
Yeah, at 400mg of tren i sweat like crazy and feel hot all the time. Never used more than 400 tho, don’t see a need for it because I’m not by far big enough to justify that dosage.
Great, I think tren can make a nice different at the end pushing strength up higher and let go of some water retention.
For orals I wish I had access to some real anavar in the past. Now when I do my ass is broke haha, spent money on other currently more cost effective gear IMO.
Yeah that’s the reason for me using M1T but also I’d like to try some exotic stuff that’s a bit more agressive just so I can know if there is any use of this compound for me and guys who I prep. Methyltren is pretty good rated. People around here say it’s similar to Halo in terms of what you get but extremly toxic and hard to function on it as far as I’ve heard. WIll try it out once too, probably soon.Yeah thanks man, I’m eating very strict and disciplined 99% of the time. If I have a cheat meal it will be mostly structured so I don’t go over my daily caloric intake (but macros will be all over the place, i know). I usualy eat cleaner in the offseason than diet time because I’ve been dieting a lot with junk refeeds (skiploads) and such. And also if I eat junk in the offseason I crash my appetite very fast and gain bodyfat too quickly before making any real gains even if my metabolic rate isn’t that bad.
Yeah this will be my most aggressive cycle. Never went over 1.2g total i believe (orals included) and even this was just for maybe a few weeks then I backed off. SO yeah totals now will be around 1.5g injectables (probably 900 test, 400 eq, 200 tren) and M1T which will only be taken on workout days. So a bit over 1.5g probably. I’ll start out with 650 test then up to 900 when I find a need for a push again. That’s the most I’ll do now then I’ll be backing of a bit after 10 weeks of this to something like 500-600mg total of test/eq.

@Morning_iron I’ll get back to deca once in the future to really try it out in all aspects. Ive even tryed that crazy theory that some guy here wants to pump it – deca only. I’ve tryed it and had so many issues mostly with my mood, libido and just didn’t feel ok. I used 800mg of deca only and I did look ok but I looked the same as if I was on 400-500mg of test. Didn’t use an AI first with deca, used it later on, nothing changed just felt worse and worse. After 8 weeks I stopped that thing and also few people I know were also trying out the same thing at different dosages (from 400mg only to 1.6g) and only 1 guy out of us 6 felt ok and didn’t have any issues and that same guy was the guy who never had a single issue when going completly off cycle with libido, that guy recovered without PCT 5 weeks post cycle to high levels, he was a naturaly big and muscular guy with the “genetics” for BB so yeah… But people want to preach that method as some kind of a secret and the next big thing because a minority got benefits from it.
Anyways you have that right. Dbol up to 20mg was fine for me also, maybe after 4 weeks on 20mg my apetite took a small hit but I could tolerate that dose. As for anadrol I’ve tryed anadrol more than dbol and find it slightly better. I could dose it at 25mg or 37.5mg a day and still had a good effect from it but everything after 50mg was a struggle. From food to lethargy also water retention wasn’t as bad with even 75mg anadrol than with dbol at 30mg at some point (as long as I managed to eat). As for SD I’d love to try it. But I’ve got a better option now as I’ll use M1T and will post some opinions about it and what happened during the use. I think SD is a great tool for the last stages of diet like 2-3 weeks precontest or just whatever the goal was. Atleast that’s what I’ve seen around here people who ran it said and nobody, not a single person could use it in the offseason for longer than 2 weeks because their apetite was just tanked completly. I tend to love the idea of using orals in the recomp phase like going from a lean state (not contest prep because you would already be in a bad state health wise to push orals forward) because I think that’s the time when you can use them for strength gain when food isn’t very high yet but its going up and the hunger is still solid. I’ll do just that this period of pushing up just waiting for my M1T and EQ to arrive to give my cycle a boost for the first time ever.

2/5/2018 – BACK + ABS – Weight: 96.6kg
– Barbell row (underhand grip): 130kg x12, 130kg x9
– Chin-ups: BW x15, BW x12
– Cable row (close grip): 120kg x10, 1 pump set
– Pulldown machine (HS): 126kg x12
– Deadlift: 180kg x12
– Hanging leg-raises: BW x20, BW x20
– Crunches: BW x20
Workout was great. Back pump was crazy and loved the way it looked. Test levels are still rising as this is the first week of being on 700mg test and 175mg tren. It will be even more seen in the following weeks as the levels will start peaking. I already feel a lot fuller and feeling good. Honestly during the day I feel extreme cravings for food and my mood is lightly depressive. I’m not sure why but always from 10am to about 4pm I feel like I’m going through a hard depression. It mostly lasts until I start training. This may be caused by tren going down dose wise and could also be letrozole because I’v upped it to 0.625mg ED but will back down to EOD dosing to see if I can do well with that dose at that level of test. Strength is going up and the hunger is high.

Shoulders + Triceps
– Smith shoulder press: 100kg x14, 100kg x9
– DB lateral raises (seated): 20kg x11, 18kg x10
– DB real delt flyes: 20kg x15, 20kg x12
– Shrugs: 140kg x15
– Tricep pushdowns: 120kg x10, 100kg x12
– Skullcrushers (ez-bar): 47.5kg x13
– Rope extensions: 1 set (25+ reps till failure)All sets were taking to complete failure with 1 forced rep into failure and getting the negative part of the rep done. Delts were blasted! Started getting a bit fuller as glycogen stores are a bit fuller.

1/5/2018 – REST – Weight: 96.9kg
Rest day spent with family on a picnic but my macros were hit 100%. Been more active and been driving a lot. Otherwise nothing special.@Morning_iron thanks! Just need a lot more mass to be able to do well in BB class. Been in classic BB till now. Yeah bro-split always worked good for me if I didn’t do too much volume. Yeah Tren in the offseason for me is great while I can eat. Being leaner helps a lot. Hmm i honestly never liked nandrolone, didn’t get much water from it but didn’t get much fulness/size or let’s say growth from it either. Honestly I’ve grown better on 900mg test than 600mg test and 400mg deca. Test for me is a wild card, sometimes I feel amazing on low dose, sometimes I feel bad on low dose, just depends on how estrogen and other hormones are but honestly I like test higher even in prep I see now because when I go as low as 250mg like I did now, i just flatten out right away and look so skinny that all that “roundness” of the muscles is gone. I like that full round look so its a negative thing for me. When I’m lean and use a bit more test 400mg+ I look very round and full even on very low food.
How do you go about orals? Only on training days? Do you find that better than using them constantly and maybe a bit more on a training day?Thanks a lot for your reply!

I didn’t like nandrolone tbh, i don’t know why but didn’t see any real benefits from it (weird). Oh and sorry for double reply but you mentioned you won’t go into rebound with EQ because you’ve read the Stephans opinion about it. I’m now starting my gaining phase as well and will use EQ in it (because it boosts my apetite which is a pain in the ass for me in surplus) and I wonder what that opinion was, cant seem to find it exactly.

Thanks @morning_iron and @raisen! I backed off from logging things on here because I thought nobody is reading all these huge paragraphs anyways. So things were going great and I’ve managed to lean out pretty good and my weight stopped at ~96kg mark. I have everytrying logged in my logbook so food was the same, drugs were the same but look improved drasticly.

So now I’m following my macros on training days: 275g P/450g C/ 40g F; Rest days: 250g P/275g C/50g F
Gear shifted up from 250mg test and 200mg tren (I always use long esters) to 700mg test and 175mg tren. So basicly this is my first push. In 2-3 weeks time I’ll be adding 400mg EQ to this and will try out M1T at 10-15mg preworkout (starting with 10) to get a little boost on training days and 30mg winstrol on rest days. I really like the “dry” anabolics for growth, I can barely tolerate any “wet” orals because of the apetite crash they cause and I can’t eat a damn thing on them. So that’s the plan for the next 12 weeks. I’ll be honest about everything and I probably won’t be cruising until I get to my goal which seems reckless but I’m dying to get some size on which has always been a great struggle for me and I’ve never honestly pushed the dose with anabolics in the offseason (always toyed around with 500-700mg of total anabolics) and with a low dose your bodyfat creeps up faster than on higher just due to metabolic activity so it’s a shorter offseason and that means shitty apetite very soon for me (as soon as I reach a certain point it just goes to crap).
Thanks for following, I’ll be posting now regularly. I have also changed my training from higher frequency (PPL split) to low frequency and low volume. Since always I’ve grown the best on Dorian styles of training with just a bit more volume added to that. PPL and UL splits gave me some strength gains but I didn’t see much muscle growth from them and was always extremly exhausted and just wrecked from training all the time even if I reduced total work over the week. So I’m doing about 5-6 working sets (to absolute failure + forced reps with negatives) for bodypart per week like I did back when I was natural and have grown extremly well. I’m a hardgainer (ecto) more than a mesomorph because this what I’ve built has taken me 7 years without any longer breaks and basicly following a good eating regime for years without going off for more than maybe a few days here and there due to some holiday travel or something.
So that’s it, I may not apply exactly to the JPs style of training and philosophy but I know what I can do and what I have to do in order to get myself better and improve. Session didn’t went as good as expected. I have big trouble connecting to my back lately and not sure whys that. I guess I’ll have to lower the weights and focus on it as much as possible. Otherwise everything went fine, I’m feeling a bit flat and drained lately. Having a refeed tomorow and will se what happens. I’ll be going to Spa with my wife for thursday and friday (got some vouchers to use from our wedding) and will be sleeping in an appartment.

18/4/2018 – REST – Weight: 96.0kg
Had a refeed of over 3500kcal which felt good. It heated me up pretty good and I didn’t get wattery. I also drank a bottle of strawberry wine (it’s only 6% alcohol contect, so I didn’t even feel it) because I havent in a long time haha. Went for a 30min walk outside with my wife after I’ve slept for 3 hours in the afternoon. I was lacking sleep because the body is waking me up after 6-7 hrs anyways so it was good sleeping a bit more. Going to spa tomorow so no training for extra 2 days but will be na nice stress relief.19/4/2018 – REST – Weight: 98.3kg
Woke up 2.3kg heavier but looking ful as a house what I like. Bodyfat is way lower than in the beginning of this “recomp” or cut idk how I should adress it and many people are complimenting that I look way bigger and have grown a lot which honestly is due to the drugs. Going to spa today and will have a great time. Recently I’ve ordered some Melanotan2 and also got all my other gear for pushing up for mass. I’d just stay at the same caloric intake but that’s me. Your body comp will probably change but pushing higher while on a cruise will bring a lot more bodyfat IMO. I’d just cruise actualy cruise with drugs, food and training as trying to maintaining strength. Otherwise I think you will start gaining lots of BF if you are more on that side of population that gains easily. JP did the same, he didn’t push, just maintained and let his bodyweight go down a bit.

you can’t do anything. If it gets red/swollen and hot to the touch I’d watch for flu symptoms. If they occur then go to the doctor immediately! Don’t press it or do any crazy shit with it. There is nothing else you can do. Anyways maybe it will sound like I’m giving you shit but dude who the hell still uses injectable winny? it’s no better than oral and it’s just looking for trouble in terms of infections. Just use tabs and dump the injectable, it’s no better than tabs and then this shit happens. Same shit happened to a friend 1 week before a show and had to pull out because he had a severe infection. Same happened to Nick Trigilli who also had to pull out from a show like 2 weeks out because of tricep wintrol suspension injection. Just drink it or stay away from it next time, you can get the same effects with other stuff (tabs).
Also we desperately need some forum mods because you’ve made like 6 posts in a row with the same message. Next time just press the button once otherwise the forum will be flooded with spam.

16/4/2018 – LEGS 1 – Weight: 95.8kg
I great dip in bodyweight today. Felt drained and exhausted but still managed to get my shit together. Been having hot/cold flushes all AM when I was at work but my veins started popping like crazy and my wife immediately said I look harder and dryer when I came home. Just nice to hear these things as you finally know something works 😛
Otherwise session went great, puked twice after – once after leg press muscle round and once at the very end of session after leg extensions. Strength is still at it’s peak where it was when I started my deficit. I decided to move my calves on another day when I can actualy do them and have my shit together without feeling like I’m going to fain. Tren is really hitting on my endurance, i just get winded right away and can barely catch a breath (walked the stairs at work 2 times with some boxes and needed 10mins to get back to normal breathing… sucks).LEGS 1
– Squat: 180kg x6, 140kg x12
– Leg Press: 360kg x13, 260kg x15 + x6 + x4 (MR)
– Leg Curl: 2 sets (very strict and controlled reps till true failure – that I couldn’t even move the weight anymore for an inch)

Not racking weights (sorry but it’s a public place… i don’t care if you shit in the middle of your living room at your own home, but keep order when other people are using equipment), talking on the phone while sitting or even working on a machine, social butterflies, lack of work (completly demotivating enviroment where people just do nothing, look at each other, judge each other and compete who wears the most expensive gym clothing), douches who do 10+ sets on 1 piece of equipment and not even giving you a chance to work in, people who train for years on end still not knowing how to even execute exercises even close to correct etc. etc.
I’ve even been kicked out for going through the posing routine 1 weeks before my contest because I was making people embarrassed due to my looks (was told that by the gym manager) and had to stop it. I left that gym right after that and didn’t return. There are more and more of these commercial “metro” gyms where average people go and feel comfortable and where bodybuilders/powerlifters and such aren’t really welcome. These gyms do not support hard work and work ethics, they just want to make money off masses of people and make people feel good about themselfs. These gyms are more of a wellness centers now than gyms.
Luckily I’m at a gym that is ran by a former miss olympia (ifbb pro) female BB competitor and the spirit here is unbelievable. It’s a place where you can do just about anything and it’s funny how can enviroment effect your ability to progress when you feel good when you train and highly motivated.FS-Team Coach/Bodybuilding & Classic Physique IFBB Amateur competitor

Happens to me lots of times when I eat a meal with extra carbs on a diet. Also happened several times that I’ve had junk load for a whole afternoon but I was so depleeted that my weight even dropped till the next day even when drinking lots of water (also woke up in sweat in the middle of the night) and next day I was still depleeted. I don’t know if it’s metabolism elevation or not i honestly don’t know if that’s it but I know for sure that if I pound down lots of carb on a diet when I’m a bit depleeted and feeling cold I’ll heat up extremly and will be sweating like crazy. Some people get that always some people barely get that and could also mean that some people actualy get a drastic leptin elevation from just one meal while others may need several meals or even more days to get their leptin elevated. It could as well be like Luke said the salt and water levels but usualy if I continue to diet after I’ve had a refeed meal (be it cheat or whatever) if my weight has stalled it will start dropping again but I will go flatter and flatter which usualy isn’t really beneficial.
it all comes down to figuring your body out, what signals it gives you and how it responds. Learning through yourself is the best practise you can do for your future knowledge about yourself.FS-Team Coach/Bodybuilding & Classic Physique IFBB Amateur competitor
