    @Christoph is right. SD doesn’t aromatize. That means you could get gyno also from masteron or winny which isn’t exactly the case. Atleast not directly. So maybe your SD wasn’t SD but something else, SD should give no water retention but will promote a more dry/hard physique (if diet is on point and BF% very low).

    If you can eat on it and get in enough calories to gain weight you can very well grow on it. Some people can’t because it makes impossible for them to eat (decreases apetite) or their caloric demands are just too high on it (it does raise metabolic rate to an extent – that’s also why it decreases T3 levels). Just watch for bloods. There are “safer” compounds out there, tren comes with a price that you probably already know. Some people like it in the offseason but other like to spare it for contest prep to maintain performance and get dryer and harder. But in general it’s a strong anabolic that you can grow on for sure.

    I run clen continuously. The effects won’t stop or like people say you don’t respond to it after some time (which is not the case). I run it for the duration I want (ie. 8 weeks out till the day of the show) and then stop. I ramp it from 40mcg to 80mcg max, maybe 100mcg if I’m falling behind (or even pull it back if I feel too flat). I don’t use ECA anymore but have used it only as a preworkout stim to get a better workout while being very low on food. I think clen works different on some people than others, some respond very well (like myself) but for some it doesn’t do shit. So decide for yourself and see were you are going. Honestly I’d use ECA only on training days.

    If your bloods are good in terms of general health markers you can push through. With that being said running a cycle for 20 weeks should be different than the one you posted. I’d just put the tren for the last 10 weeks and run test or another anabolic (that’s not going to skew your bloods too much) at about 600mg total for 10 weeks then you can add the tren etc. I think that’s fine if your health is in check (other than hormones obv.). You will probably have to blast & cruise so yeah, I’d just push through and cruise after the show.

    1/4/2018 Weight: 98.1kg (216 lbs)

    So, day after easter sunday. Relaxed and feeling good. Went for 2 walks outside because of the nice warm weather and had a lunch at my parents house that honestly I didn’t really like. I felt bloated and had tons of problems with digestion after. So yeah today is my 3rd tren shot and a push session. Overall everything is fine.

    PUSH 1
    – Flat bench press: 135kg x10, 125kg x10
    – DB shoulder press: 42.5kg x10, 42.5kg x7
    – Machine chest press (horizontal, weight for each arm): 100kg x9, 80kg x9
    – Dips: BW x14, BW x13
    – DB flyes: 2 sets (isolation only, “pump n stretch” set)
    – Machine lateral raise: 2x DS with 1 drop (didn’t count reps/weight, just hitting failure at all times)
    – Rear delt rows (DB): 32.5kg x13 CS (5 sec), 32.5kg x11 CS (5 sec)
    – Skullcrushers with DBs: 16kg x12, 14kg x12 (focused more on the tricep and execution than previous sessions)
    – Tricep rope extensions: 2 sets

    2/4/2018 Weight: 97.5kg (214.5 lbs)
    Woke up very dry at around 4am (went to the toilet) and felt very different when I looked in the mirror. Also my skin starter to get that “red-ish” look or some people call it “androgen glow” (funny term). I get that when I run compounds that rise my BP higher and just make me full of blood like tren/orals. I know my tren works now because I started to see myself looking different and also I feel hotter during the day and been lookinh for “cold” spots in the bed when I went to sleep last night all the time haha. That’s a very good sign. ALso more veins are starting to show and yes that’s after freaking 4 injections of 30mg tren e (1 per day). It’s a powerful compound and people run it too damn high when they don’t need near that much. If it’s real it will work so that one I’ve got 2 weeks ago was fake completly. Now session today was LEGS 1 and I did squats. It winded me like crazy and had a brutal headache and felt nauseus all the time due to lack of oxygen (I train at a dungeon gym with very bad ventilation so it’s even worse but the place is epic). Anyways got through the session somehow without throwing up and hoping for my body to get used to that. Session overall was good and despite low food and eating lower on sunday when I didn’t have appetite at all after that lunch I made my squat set PB.

    LEGS 1
    – Squats: 180kg x6, 160kg x8
    – High leg press: 360kg x12, 330kg x12
    – Leg press (Muscle round): 280kg x?, ?, ?
    – Standing Leg Curl: 2 sets
    – Smith squats: 75kg x12, 75kg x10
    – Calf raises: 100kg x21, 100kg x18, 100kg x16, 80kg x17, 80kg x14

    I was very excited that I will finaly start working at 100% but ofc life hits always when it shouldn’t so I’m traveling for work from thursday to monday and will be working on 2000m+ of height in the mountains on some chair-lift system (programming etc.) so I don’t know how I’ll be able to train or eat. I can make the eating 100% but I don’t know about training. So that’s it. Took a picture today 2h after trainign so here it is.

    Pic was deleted (i wish there was edit option for longer than a few minutes to edit/delete posts) so I’m posting it here again. So 2 days went by. Yesterday I’ve had 0 time so could update but will now.
    30/3/2018 Weight: 97.0 kg (213.5 lbs)
    Did PULL 2 session that day and I felt run down. Strength went down and I’m feeling very drained. Even if the weight isn’t dropping I can see that I need some food back in. Been “complimented” by my wife that I look flat & watery but big so that took me to the decition I’m refeeding tomorow. Not feeling the brain-fog low blood sugar yet but I’m just exhausted and my session today was a misery even if I tryed my best. Also I was pretty fryed from the deadlifts the day prior. I don’t look anywhere near where I want or I should say I don’t look like I’ve expected that I will 3 weeks into my diet but will go on from here. In the end I did not start the winstrol because I was able to get some good quality (atleast I’ve been told so by experienced users here) tren e which I’ll be using from now on 200mg/week. It crystalized so that is a good sight atleast it’s something in there.

    So here is my PULL 2 session:
    – Barbell rows: 140kg x9, 120kg x12 (very decent bend and no “swinging” or using momentum)
    – Chin-ups: BW x14, BW x13, BW x10
    – Wide-grip cable row: 75kg x8, 50kg x13 (very strict form on 2nd set, keeping the tension 100% all the time)
    – Lat Extensions: 3 sets
    – Seated 1h bicep curl: 18kg x9, DS- 14kg x? + 7kg x?
    – Close-grip hammer preacher curls: 24kg x12, 24kg x9

    31/3/2018 Weight: 96,8kg

    Rest + refeed day. Been refeeding with 1 large pizza + candy. Finaly today after 3 weeks feeling the heat after refeeding. Also it boosted my “gut” and cleared me out nicely haha, have goine to the T for 3 days (usualy happens when my food is low – yes 200-250g carbs is low for me) even with enough fiber. I stop excreating regularly when my food drops low. Also my first injection of tren e happened today. Tomorow will be another rest day because it’s easter sunday – gym is closed and I’m visiting my family. Will be eating a normal lunch with them (I’m not prepping for a show so wth), then the day will proceed with regular meals for rest day. I know some of you may think I’m jumping all over the place with this stuff but really all my diets starts similar and until it’s like 3-4 weeks in I look my worst but this time I have bad gear factor which plays a huge part when using low doses of 2 compounds and if one is bunk it will 100% display on the physique and make a drastic difference. I hope everything starts playing by my rules now. These are my pics from today before breakfast (right after I woke up).

    28/3/2018 Weight: 97.8kg

    Rest day was good, went for a 30min walk outside and had to do some long ass shopping because our washing machine died. Also had to remove the old one from the bathroom and got pretty winded there haha (a bit of cardio). Anyways look is improving but I feel a bit drained by now, bodyfat is noticeably lower but water retention is through the roof due to high intensity, low food and basicly no drugs working towards reducing it so that explains the weight not dropping.

    29/3/2018 Weight: 97.4kg

    Did a great LEGS 2 session today. Been very tired and exhausted due to a lot of activity (mental) at work and almost skipped a session today. Anyways I took a nap and took a preworkout so I could do the session. Plan for this session was fixing my deadlifting form. I tend to do too much “stiff-leg” fashion deadlifts, almost doing complete stiff legs when the weight is heavy. This time I’ve tried to go from a squat stance and go from my quads and hams before standing up and using my lower back. I’ll be posting a link to a video below if I’m allowed.

    My current macros are following:
    – PUSH, LEGS: 250g P, 300g C, 50g F
    – PULL: 250g P, 250g C, 50g F (I eat less on pull days because my back is a strong bodypart)
    – REST: 250g P, 200g C, 50g F

    My usual meals:
    1. whole eggs, egg whites + apple
    2. tofu + buckwheat
    3. Whey protein shake
    4. chicken breast + rice
    5. (PreW) Whey + kids cereal (digests great, used maltodex but caused gut problems)
    6. (PostW) Whey + kids cereal
    7. tuna + rice
    8. whole eggs, egg whites + toast bread

    Amounts are different from day to day like I wrote above (depends which session I’m doing).

    So I’m somehow getting heavier but ok, I don’t mind that since look is improving. Now today I’ve got an interesting fact that my tren was bunk. 2 of the people I know have used the same batch at much higher dose with 300mg test and feel nothing. They have been on it for 2 weeks without any change in apperance or any change at all. So yeah. I’m throwing out the “tren”. Honestly I’m pissed to the extent I’m not going to write here and I keep getting these fakes it’s a nightmare getting some ok gear over here. Now this left me with test only. Got some left-over winny which will do the job for these next 5 weeks. I’ll be adding only 20mg winstrol per day just to get some stronger anabolic activity going and to get a bit harder. It does work even at these doses, diet and training is 1st anyways so it will help in terms of protecting strength and with that muscle mass. Progressed in my session today which was PUSH 2.

    PUSH 2
    – Incline DB press: 50kg x12, 50kg x10
    – Shoulder press (seated barbell): 90kg x8, 75kg x9
    – Dips: BW x14, BW x12
    – 1h Chest machine press: 80kg x12, 60kg x15,
    – Lateral raises: 2x DS (1 drop)
    – Close grip sh. press machine: 1 set
    – Rear delt flye: 16kg x15, 16kg x12
    – Close grip BP: 75kg x12, 75kg x10
    – Rope Extensions: 2 sets

    I also have a question about a reliable source that could ship in central Europe for a normal price and trust worthy. The market here is flooded with fakes so badly that you can’t even run test because it’s always either fake or severly underdosed. Even some better labs started being faked and repacked by some people and sold forward as bunk. Can’t get my hands on a single bottle of tren/eq/mast/deca because all I’ve tryed in this 1 year period did absolutly nothing (even if prices weren’t low for these compounds) – I have a few years of experience so i know what and how should things work but this is just getting crazy lately. Any good sources or atleast websites I could order from?

    Today I woke up only 0.2kg heavier than yesterday despite having a refeed which was about x2 carbs I eat atm on training days. I still feel very flat and depleeted and also my looks applies to that. I was expecting to be fuller but I guess my insulin sensitivity is screwed up badly (since I was only eating whatever I could when I was sick and mostly 2x per day if I could get the food down). But despite all that my strength is surprisingly progressing and I find that interesting. Could be the drugs working but still I’m very surprised.

    Today was PULL 1 session:
    – Rack Pulls: 220kg x10, 180kg x10
    – DB rows: 62.5kg x12, 62.5kg x10
    – Pulldowns: 2 strict sets (pure isolation)
    – Cable Rows: 120kg x13
    – Concentration curls: 16kg x12, 16kg x9
    – 1h DB curls: 2x DS (one drop)

    I was very flat in my session today and also veins were not showing as I was expecting. But the pump was great tho. The reason behind pull session having less volume and focus than other sessions is because I feel my back was always a bit more developed and also bigger than other body parts. That’s why my focus on it isn’t that high (but I thing you can never have too much back so I give my 100% all the time).
    Mood is great, got a slight iritation today in traffic so the drugs are probably kicking in and my libido is a bit higher. Sleep is usually around 7h/night. Also managed to get some real pharma grade test so I’ll be using that from next week ok when I run out of this underdosed one. I’ll also drop the dose to 350mg-ish a week (0.2ml ED 250mg/ml solution). Diet remains the same with lower fats.

    Not sure why but my weight went up. Body is still working porly and basicly has no clue what to do with what. Didn’t expect that it will hit me that hard but I could expect it because people around me were ill for 2 weeks (some weird shit spreading around) and having digestion issues for another 2-3 weeks. I still feel odd and very flat/depleeted. Could also be the gear so I’m checking that out (test for sure is underdosed for tren I don’t know, people say it’s ok but not seeing much of anything after 9 days which is weird – used tren e lots of times and after5 days I was seeing results) …
    I didn’t refeed today with what I’ve said I just did 500g of clean carbs and that was it (except ate 1 low fat muffin at breakfast). I’m posting a pic of my physique today but I’m dissapointed in what I see, something is off still (i hold a shit ton of water) and it was the same in my beginning of my last prep when I needed solid 4 weeks to get my body into a “normal” working mode. I was also sick before that and I was forcefeeding for some time so this could F’d me up really bad in terms of insulin sensitivity. Will see how things go in the next few days.
    I was active all day due to work.

    Went for a 45min walk with my wife today and was active most of the day. I’m traveling tomorow so no gym for tomorow :/
    So today my weight took a big dip that I was expecting for the last 2 days. It was a bit delayed but still I knew it was comming. Look is improving and tomorow I’ll take some pictures. It’s hard to see whats going on from the pics I’ve been doing so I’m trying to find a better place to make them. Tomorow is my “refeed” day but this time I will won’t be eating high fat food – only very high carbs and mostly highly processed so the digestion is rapid. Aiming to take in around 700-800g of carbs comming from low fat muffins, candy, honey, low fat pancakes, maple syrup and some rice. I want to see the reaction of my body going from “junkload” to high carb low fat load. Now it’s true I have not dropped a single pound from the first day BUT my physique looks different – fuller, bigger, harder and leaner mostly due to drugs going back in 2 weeks ago and caloric deficit. The goal is to improve look in these first stages then push for actual weight loss which will probably happen next week. I will be aiming to be atleast 0.75kg-1kg lighter each week in the morning of my refeed day. That means if I’m 96kg tomorow I’ll be aiming at 95kg next week on sunday before I refeed. If this goal is not met I’ll lower my intake till I hit the target and then go with that intake from then on. This worked very well in the past for me and wanted to give it another go as I feel way better when my metabolic rate is ok. Last time I crashed it because I was not refeeding and ended up eating 1800kcal to get down to contest shape. After I started adding food back in it just took of and for the first 2-3 weeks I could barely eat enough to prevent my weight from crashing. I also noticed that if I do a small deficit my body just don’t react to it and will adapt very fast to eating just a bit less. So I perfer using bigger deficit and then refeed regularly (even if I’m not lean or flat yet) to keep my metabolic rate somewhat strong and not crash it or slowly make the body adapt to low intake. Thats the reason for me using this method.

    Had some high stress stuff to manage today so I was in a pretty bad mood and prepared myself for a bad workout. Usually when I stress out a lot or if I have some unfinished bussiness in my head I can’t train efficiently because my focus and concentration is way off. But despite all that I took a preworkout sample I’ve been given today when I went to pick up my whey from supplement shop so I gave it a go. I don’t use preworkouts mostly due to cost vs need and I don’t like to rely on a supplement to be able to train. I can produce 100% intensity in the gym if I’m ok mood wise. I think this preworkout helped me to focus and just go for it. Been hitting nice numbers in this LEG 1 session. I’m getting noticeably fuller while I’m training (but overall flat in the bodyparts I don’t train at the time). My wife (who competed in the past and went through few preps with me knows my body well visualy and knows what certain look means) told me that I’m noticeably leaner and water weight has come down. So we have a small recomping going on (I was cruising prior to this cut and also was sick for 2 weeks). These changes can hardly be seen on pictures because this is the phase what I like to call “fat and flat”. Lower food makes me look flatter in the beginning stages of cut but my bodyfat isn’t low yet so the look can be even worse depending on time of the day (meals eaten, when I ate last time etc.).

    Enough with the BS-talking.
    Here is my LEGS 1 session:
    – Back squat: 180kg x5, 160kg x7 (doing full ROM from top to bottom – was alone so couldn’t get to 100% failure. No people in the gym at the time I was in.
    – High stance leg press: 320kg x15
    – Leg Press (regular): 360kg x11, 310kg x11 + x5 + x1.5 – CS (all 3 parts of the set were to complete failure)
    – Smith Squats (close stance): 75kg x8, 55kg x8 (focused with 100% tension till the legs failed – couldn’t move the weight up)
    – Leg Curls: 2 sets (pump and contraction sets)
    – Standing calf raise machine: 110kg x15, 110kg x10, 80kg x10, 80kg x9

    Rest day tomorow it is. I hope I will be able to get a workout in on sunday because I’m on a bussiness trip.
