    So if the needle is thinner and it has “insulin” in it’s name I can’t inject oil? Lol. You can use it for whatever you want, I use it for oil based stuff and I have no issues. I won’t use normal needles and syringes because there is always a small left-over in the syringe so it’s a waste of gear over time when the volume accumulates. Also doing ED injections so oil volumes are low – local pharmacys here don’t sell 1ml syringes w/o needles. I know that deeper is better but do you understand that you can’t go very deep into smaller muscle groups? So no thanks. I’ll be using slin pins because it’s just fine and works for me and other people as well. But I do agree deeper is better IF the muscle is big enough for the first place (sure you won’t go pin your glutes with slin pin… that’s stupid).

    Thanks for the answer! You took the right path with gear use and you inteligently apply things to your plan… Thats very nice to see when I see so many reckless people doing insane stuff for subpar progress/results/physiques.

    Even if a day prior was a rest day, weight didn’t drop. I see visual changes but I want this process to be faster. I’m still getting fuller and looking better each workout. I will remove some fats from by diet and that will be about 20g. I’ve always dieted on lower fats (20-30g) so this is the first time I’m doing double that. Strength took a dip this week but I assume that last week I was very rested and ready to go, now I run out of gas pretty quickly. Almost all my 2nd sets were worse than last week and it’s probably due to fatigue and lower food. Otherwise I’m feeling good and apetite is still down but hunger is increasing.

    PUSH 1
    – Flat bench press: 135kg x6, 115kg x10
    – DB shoulder press: 42.5kg x6, 32.5kg x10 (slight change in angle so more tension on the delts)
    – Machine chest press (horizontal, weight for each arm): 90kg x9, 80kg x6
    – Dips: BW(bodyweight) x14, BW x11
    – DB flyes: 2 sets (isolation only, “pump n stretch” set)
    – Machine lateral raise: 2x DS with 1 drop (didn’t count reps/weight, just hitting failure at all times)
    – Skullcrushers with DBs: 16kg x12, 16.g x6 DS with 8kg x9 (fixed my form from last week)
    – Rear delt rows (DB): 32.5kg x15 x? x? MR, 32.5kg x12 x? x? MR
    – Tricep rope extensions: 2 sets

    this question was answered so many times, just scroll through the topics.
    But I’ll answer anyways. It all depends on how you react to it. You will only know if you try that. For me it doesn’t work. I feel like shit, anxious and depressed if I run 19nors (tren included) higher than test even if my estrogen is in perfect range. But that’s just me. It could work very well for you. We are all different.

    @Christoph explained it well, if you are prone to it, androgens (especialy DHT) will speed up the process. But I’d only like to add that you have to be careful with finasteride because lots of people have libido issues on it as far as I’ve seen. It will lower your DHT which is a huge factor for libido and also sexual performance. Now you can decide what matters more to you 😛

    Why would insulin pin be any worse than normal needles? I use slin pins now for 2 years because I’m doing ED injections in my upper-pecs and rear delts. It is deep enough for me in these spots and never had a single issue. I’ve had issues with longer needles tho, always hit some mayor vein or something. Atm doing 0.5ml (0.25ml test + 0.25ml tren) daily into upper-pecs/rear delts rotating 4 sites (2x left/2x right).
    You can use slin pins just fine. Hell I’d even be scared to go deeper than that into triceps haha

    Weight today: 97.5kg

    Expecting a significant weight drop tomorow because today is a rest day. Took a 30min walk with my wife and a 1hr nap in the afternoon when I got home from work. My average time sleeping is 6.5-7h per night and sometimes when I feel tired I nap in the afternoon if I can. I know I should sleep more but sometimes I don’t feel tired till it’s late but when I get to bed I fall asleep in 5mins. I wake up at 6am each morning.
    That’s about it today. PUSH 1 tomorow 🙂

    It’s a pretty long time. You should do bloods ASAP. My suggestion is that you go off/cruise. Now if in insist you can push it but only if your blood work allows you. But I also don’t see a point running the same cycle for 32 weeks, I hope you’re progressing decently still otherwise it’s just a waste of health and money. Cruising is good if you are willing to commit to it for the rest of your life (possibility you will never recover properly), but you have to adjust your dosage to your bloodwork which should be 100% when you are in cruise phase. In these 32 weeks I see atleast 2x 12 week cycles + 8 week cruise if you are willing to cruise. If going off 2x 11weeks cycle + 10 weeks completly off could be done.
    Just my thoughts on this.

    Another session went great! Felt a bit sore in my lats from deadlifts yesterday but I’ve hit my back very good and felt it 100%. I feel the tren working as it’s changing my apperance. Have not used tren for a year! It’s nice to see myself a bit fuller and harder again after looking like shit for weeks. Strength is up as well! Honestly I’m peaking at my strength and I’m not sure how, maybe I was overreaching before I got sick and I finaly recovered in these weeks when I couldn’t train/eat properly. I hope some nice gains are on the way.

    This was the PULL 2 session today:
    – Barbell rows: 140kg x10, 140kg x9 (very decent bend and no “swinging” or using momentum)
    – Chin-ups: BW x16, BW x14, BW x10
    – Wide-grip cable row: 75kg x10, 50kg x13 (very strict form on 2nd set, keeping the tension 100% all the time)
    – Lat Extensions: 3 sets
    – Seated 1h bicep curl: 20kg x8, DS- 16kg x? + 8kg x?
    – Close-grip hammer preacher curls: 24kg x15, 24kg x13

    Tomorow is a rest day so I’ll be posting on day after tomorow probably. Will go for a 20min walk outside to get some activity in.

    Weight today after refeed: 98.2kg
    Had a great refeed yesterday and enjoyed it but still it wasn’t that I was craving it or anything. Even thought about skipping it but I did it anyways just to get back some glicogen that I’ve lost in previous weeks and going from being sick directly into a diet due to apetite issues doesn’t place you in a great place to start metabolism wise and also apperance wise. I was a bit more hungry today what means that things are getting fired up a bit but apetite is stil kinda shit. Took my first tren ace shot of 25mgs and 60mg test which I’ll be doing on a daily basis like I’ve explained above. Despite deadlifts not being done for 3 weeks managed to pull some numbers (almost went to 1RM because I was feeling very good – won’t be doing that again for some time and instead do more reps).
    Today was leg 2 session focused on hamstrings which are lagging for me (i know to pose them good so I tend to hide that in some extent).
    LEGS 2
    – Deadlift: 280kg x2, 240kg x8
    – Stiff-deads: 140kg x8, 140kg x5 (very slow, controlled move giving all focus on hams)
    – Hamstring hyperextensions: 2 sets (using Bodyweight and helping myself reach failure with holding a light barbell stuck in the ground and leaning on it)
    – Standing hamstring curl: 1 set + 1 DS (1 drop)
    – Sissy squats (knees forward version): BW x12, BW x10 (all focus on quads)
    – Calf Raises: 100kg x12, 100kg x11, 100kg x10, 60kg x12, 50kg x11 (last 2 sets were very controlled and focusing on contraction)

    They are most productive for YOU. That doesn’t mean it’s same for others. That’s why generalising to that extent is just not appropriate. 3 of people I know tried that exact same thing and didn’t like it, sex drive was off as well as performance, water retention was crazy (on 0 test). You seem to heavily preach this method every time you have a chance. NOT EVERYBODY IS THE SAME!
    Good for you if it does for you but like I said and most people who have input some valid info it’s not their way to go.

    Depends on your recovery capabilities. If you can handle 3 on 1 off then you could do that but I see the 2) option better since you have 5 days per week with fixed rest days that you have no posibility to train. PPL+U/L is a good way but it comes down to your recovery after these 3 sessions of PPL. Try it out and you will see how it fits you. If your strength is progressing then you are good 2 go with this. I know for myself that I have crappy recovery and I can do 2 on 1 off at best if I train multiple bodyparts on the same day.
