    That’s the thing when you are rebounding slowly. If you have apetite issues when in “full blown offseason” then this for sure is a blessing. Just increase a bit after bit but if your food is going up and you are not gaining weight/strength just keep increasing. Seems like your metabolic rate is creeping up just from the food increases so nothing wrong. How many weeks post contest you are now? I had the same thing happened to me – dieted down for a show and lowest cals were 1800kcal then I got up to almost 5000kcal in a few months. Also trying to stay too lean may not be a good choice if you want to push for mass in the offseason. In the last vids about rebound JP talks about increasing food drasticly after a show to prevent binges and getting a person out of that deficit hole… Maybe you need just that.

    Are you sure you are taking in that amount? What amount did you diet on? anyways it seems you are still gaining weight after all, how does the weight look, fat? muscle? 8kg of lean muscle mass is a lot compared to fat mass. Also do you have apetite? If you really are taking in that amount you probably just have a crazy metabolism or your training isn’t structured right – could be doing too much volume too intense and you are not recovering optimaly.

    I’ve done 2 preps without tren and one with tren. Tren makes me flat when my food is low and also makes me harder to fill out. Test + winny made me nicely full and round while I had no problems keeping my strength on just that (also muscle mass). I think I’ll use tren only when I gain a bit more muscle mass, because dietary changes don’t seem to fix the “too flat” problem.

    Honestly I notice changes in my look after 5-6 days after first tren e shot (100mg usually because I always do 2 inj. per week for enanthate ester). But I think it depends a lot on your bodyfat. I get veiny and hard very quickly and also thats a way of me knowing that it’s legit. Some companys just underdose tren e because people think that if it’s enan ester it should be dosed higher (atleast here in my local area) which I dont understand. make sure it’s legit. You should see good results if you’re dieting for sure, mostly keeping your strength very high if not even increasing dramaticly.

    200mg tren e for me is plenty. Anyways tren is tren the only difference is the ester and how much active mg of hormone there is. But otherwise I don’t think you need way more than that if you are not really decently muscular. I’ve used up to 350mg tren ace/400mg tren e and I felt that it was excess and wouldn’t do it again until I reach a certain muscularity. You must take on your mind that tren is 5x as anabolic as test on paper and also I think it’s something similar in reality. Only because it’s “just 200mg” doesn’t mean it’s not very strong 🙂 get the most out of the least!

    Exactly what Ross said, non of the bodybuilders do true keto. On real keto you can really feel great and eat very infrequently while have a high mental alternes state. Real keto isn’t for bodybuilding at all but this “tweaked keto” the kind that also Palumbo suggest is just high protein, low carb and moderate fat usually. Some people do great on it some don’t. I’m not one of these who do great because I lose tons of strength and fulness going off carbs. Try it out for yourself, maybe you will do well… but be prepared for a rebound if you start eating junk right after you are done with the diet (not suggested).

    But in my understanding prolactin doesn’t cause gyno. It makes you more sensitive to estrogen, so if there is excess estrogen present (or just enough) you can get gyno because estrogen receptors are more sensitive. That’s the only way I see it could. So it’s not a direct cause, it’s similar to tren, which can’t cause gyno on it’s own (if there was 0 estrogen present). So taking that into consideration I think is also important. Also if you already know whats the cause why asking if you have a very detailed description what could case it?
    You can get rid of swollen glands to some extent by just inhibiting the hormones causing that but once the gyno has developed it’s impossible to completly remove it. It can shrink to a degree like mine does but it never goes away. The bigger it grows the bigger it will stay even after getting your estrogen down. it’s just worse or better at different times depending whats going on hormonaly.

    I was having the same issue in prep for my last show when I did get down to contest condition. I wasn’t hungry at all and my apetite was complete shit. I was feeling drained and very sluggish (prep bran and energy) and I was losing fat decently. I did no refeeds or any cheat meals for 9 weeks. Started dieting on 2800kcal and ended on 1800kcal. After the show with a refeed and slowly increasing my carbs over time got my apetite stimulated to the point it was crazy hard to resist eating shit. So I think it’s not a problem it’s could be just your metabolic rate getting lower and lower – atleast that was the case for me.

    I keep my food the same on training days during cruises. I did lower my food on rest days for my last cruise but I feel it would be better just leaving it the same. It all depends on how much bodyfat you carry IMO, if you are near the limit you could benefit from pulling back just a bit but I think that working hard to keep the muscle on a weaker hormonal enviroment is a priority…

    Thats the usual side effect of it, it did go away for me after a week but if it doesnt maybe splitting doses into 1/2 and taking it 2x per day could get rid of it. But I know you want to use it preworkout as a “booster” so not much to do.

    It could be fake GH, faked with HCG which does increase estrogen. Its not possible you are getting gyno from GH, physicaly impossible. Maybe you are getting water retention and it feels like gyno. That could be the case. Are your nipps sensitive?

    Here are my morning pics of current physique. Weighted 96.7kg this morning so a pretty decent dip but woke up with a great deal of hunger so Im v happy about that. I will have to increase the food as my weight drops so I dont start getting weak or too flat.
    I forgot to mention my training split which is 2 days on 1 off PPL style with 2 exercise variations.
    – Push 1
    – Legs 1
    – Rest
    – Pull 1
    – Push 2
    – Rest
    – Legs 2
    – Pull 2
    – Rest

    Today is a rest day so I will probably take a short walk in the afternoon and that will be it for today following rest day eating plan.

    I just wanted to add that the knowledge and the motiation that JP, Corrine and this entire forum gave me is just crazy, been following for a few months so I decided to do this log.

    Today I did my Push 1 session. Energy was good and my weight today was 99.2kg (218lbs). Not expecting to progress yet because I was out of the gym for 6 days and despite being ill did some very light “pump” sessions when I felt better just to get some blood in there.
    DS = dropset
    CS = cluster set
    Sets are separated with “,”. First number is weight in kg and second is reps after “x”.

    Flat bench press: 135kg x6, 125kg x10
    DB shoulder press: 42.5kg x10, 32.5kg x12
    Machine chest press (horizontal, weight for each arm): 100kg x6, 80kg x6
    Dips: BW(bodyweight) x12, BW x11
    DB flyes: 1 set (isolation only, “pump n stretch” set)
    Machine lateral raise: 2x DS with 1 drop (didn’t count reps/weight, just hitting failure at all times)
    Skullcrushers with DBs: 20kg x11, 22.5kg x6 DS with 10kg x10
    Rear delt rows (DB): 32.5kg x15 CS (5 sec), 32.5kg x12 CS (5 sec)
    Tricep rope extensions: 2 sets

    Session was great and having some decent amount of blood in the muscle is just epic after a break. Tomorow morning I’ll be posting some pics of current shape from front, side, side 2 and back – basicly quarterturns.

    I’ve done almost the same exact cycle going into my first comp 20mg tbol/ed and clen no proviron tho (my coaches – by then – idea). I was competing in men’s physique. It’s a really low dosage and not effective for muscle building (you will lose most of what you get because all you will see is a bit of fulness) but it was enough to retain all the muscle mass I’ve gained naturaly and come in harder and train stronger. Most people won’t agree on this but this is my experience. But to be honest I wouldn’t suggest that now. Always use test, like others said and just like Jordan said in the 1st cycle vid. Take advantage of your first cycle and pack on lots of muscle instead of playing around with low dose orals. Orals have their place in a cycle in combinations… mostly contest prep and bursting through plateaus. And if you can’t pin (afraid) well then this sport isn’t for you, the faster you get used to it the better it is.
