    Hi mate

Can you link the video for us? I agree with Jord to a point, but not if it’s hideous, so would be good to see what you’re working with

Thanks man, hopefully, you can watch the video here:

It might ask you to log in, but you should be able to ignore it and still watch the video without login in.

I’m on it, prescribed from a derm in the UK, I asked for a low dose, started on 20mg per day and it has only gone up to 30mg so far. Spots are 99% gone.

Sides are some dry patches of skin and chapped lips, not ideal but manageable with creams and balms.

Goal is 3 months spot free, which means long-term suppression of the main causes of acne, which in theory should mean no more spots in the long term.

From what I understand there are two ways to hit that threshold, either by increasing the dose or running a lower dose for longer.

Im scared of nasty sides if I push the dose, so my derm is happy to run for longer and see if we get there.

I see Dr Savage for my TRT, he is based in Doncaster, but tbh I experiment with different dosages myself.

He asks for my bloods once a year and apart from that he just writes scripts whenever I ask.

Sustanon (Aspen) from Boots comes in 1ml/250mg ampoules, so he writes a script that works out at one amp/week.

I prep my shots into insulin needles which allows me to save the surplus for a rainy day.

Twice in the last 5 years of being on TRT, pharmacists have said there has been a bit of a shortage, so it pays to keep some spare, (Doc even gave me an extra scrip for this once so I’ve got plenty of it stashed).

I got a bit carried away, was running 200mg/week for months, finally got bloods done and levels were a bit of a mess.

So after that, I decided to drop to a really low dose, run it for three months (my understanding is Sust takes ages to level out cos of the longer ester in the blend) and redo bloods.

I feel fine on 100mg, but agree that I would likely feel awesome on a bit more, so plan to bump up to 125mg, run for a while and see how I feel and how the bloods looks.

The thinking is to figure out the minimum dose to feel awesome while still having ok bloods.

From there I may do some modest cycles, but only once I know where is a good TRT dose to drop back down to.

Hi Jordan, thanks for the reply, will order Love Heart right away.

I have been on this dose for around 3 months and no, I don’t take an AI, my understanding is that its not necessary for TRT in most cases?

I went on Doctor prescribed TRT about 5 years and don’t regret it, the opposite in fact, Im glad I did it.

It would be nice not to need it, but life is so much better on than off.

From everything I have read on turkesterone, yes I believe it is.
Kisspeptin, I have no knowledge of , Mr Price I have no doubt will be able to fill in some more gaps here – he is a wealth of knowledge , Max … ? ?

Any plans to add it to the JP range?

That sounds crap to live with… Have you thought about dropping down to legit TRT dose, losing some weight, getting fitter, cleaning up your diets, taking some high-quality healthy supps, and getting your bloods in order?

Also agree on making sure you have stuff to do, you can really waste that focus on BS if you don’t.

It’s been amazing for me, I have to put long hours in at my desk and it really helps me focus for longer periods.

I take 50mg (1/4 of a tablet), I set my alarm for 7.30, take it, go back to sleep for 30 minutes and wake up ready to go.

Defo agree taking it early is best to avoid insomnia. Also, expect headaches and jitters the first few times you take it (avoid caffeine and other stims).

I think @anabolic.pharmacist might sell it via his thread on here if you are looking for a source.

In case you dont know of him, Dr Savage in Doncaster at the Leger Clinic is awesome for private TRT. It’s really cheap and he is great to work with.
