Dealing with non-pharmaceutical products carries a risk. It will always be this way
So would your approach be applying some caution without going crazy and accepting that there is an inherent level of risk?

Thanks guys, glad to hear it looks legit. Cos it’s primo I was wary cos apparently it’s faked more than other compounds.
I don’t know much about getting it tested by a lab, is it expensive?

Hey man, I feel your pain I have struggled really badly with anxiety and depression over the years, it nearly killed me more than once.
But I’m fine now and very grateful for being so.
For anxiety, the game changer for me was ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy).
It’s a newer form of CBT and can be very effective for anxiety.
(Caveat that I have no idea if the bipolar might affect the efficacy of ACT but I can’t see how it would hurt to try).
You have to do the work, think of it as a gym coach for your brain, the therapist gives you exercises, if you do them until they become second nature they should help.
I would look locally for an ACT therapist (ideally with good reviews on Google maps), if you cant find one that is affordable and experienced, it can be done just as well on zoom, then you can search the whole country (small towns often have cheaper prices than big cities).
I would give it a serious go and see how you get on, if it fails you could try the same process with classic CBT which is also great and has a solid evidence base behind it.
Good luck man, I hope you find some peace I know how shit anxiety can be.
Any questions please just ask, or email me if you prefer timmarstonuk@hotmail.com, I’m on your side with this one.

typically, when I see people with systolic so much out of range than dyastolic this indicates they are using a bp cuff that is too small. but another thing your dyastolic is actually classed as low in the normal range. I think thats down to the cialis as it lowers diastolic pressure more than systolic pressure, and may be causing isolated diastolic hypotension. drop the cialis, and try with a cuff that you know fits
Thanks Max, I didn’t realize they were out of range with each other. I will drop the Cialis and watch my numbers.
One the cuff size, I ordered an extra-large one (the one the machine came with was too small) my arms aren’t super big, only about 16 inches, and the cuff seems to fit no worries.

On top of that add in 3 x hibiscus tea bags daily.
Been using this for around a decade to aid in high BP control with always gd results so worth adding
Thanks, Hilly, I hadn’t heard of that one before, just got some ordered, will report back

Hey man, I have had long battles with anxiety, but am now past it. What worked for me was talking therapy either traditional CBT or ACT therapy.
These therapies teach you how to manage your brain and your thoughts much better and this significantly reduces anxiety.
Think of it as conditioning for the brain, you learn the techniques, do the exercise and reap the rewards.
Not only does anxiety go down but you learn to live a more connected and fulfilling life.
