I think you need 5-10 grams a day to see improvement which will start at 3-4 weeks from what I’ve seen int he research and peoples experience
Ok thanks man, will up my dose and report back

If using accutane should be off cycle or trt imo
Whats the reason for this?

Hey man
I’m on TRT from a Doc up North, (the Leger clinic, really good prices).
My HCT went up recently, my doc advised I donate blood, I couldn’t as I was on finasteride which I have now stopped taking, after a month of not taking it I will be ok to donate and will do so.
I dont think you are putting a burden on the NHS I think you are doing them a favour, if you go to their site and check if you are suitable, you can search for all the drugs that make you ineligible. They need blood, so assuming you are eliglbe its a win/win.
Also I am in a group for TRT on FB, its really useful:

The general consensus from there for other ways of dealing with high HCT are,
1 – Increase injection frequency (some guys are injecting daily subq but Im doing 0.25ml of sustasnon twice per week IM), this can BTW also potentially reduce need for AI.
2 – Drink shit loads of water
3 – Eat grapefruit every day (I throw down a glass of plulpy ju8ice cos I hate eating that shit)
4 – Lower your test does
5 – Increase CV fitnessI did my best to check the above and they don’t seem to be bro-science and non of them are risky, but Im not an expert by any means for as always, do more research.
