    Thanks mate. Currently I hate my strength, my back doesnt look like i could pull 6pps on that nautilus. My friend has around the same back and pulls 2 pps less. So to get an even bigger back I need to become even stronger obv gonna be though to not injure again at certain strength levels

    You’re getting to be strong! I hope my push up is as successful as yours (minus the injury) once this cut is over. Hope you get better bro 🙂

    Execution is good, maybe I will work with 1sek pause in the stretch soon so I‘ll make sure I have 110% control in that last bit of stretch which hurts the most. Im currently at my first year to become a physio myself, I told my prof about it and he just said I need to rest (he probably thinks im a meathead thats just banging some weights with bad execution – probably not the best advice by him. I already did that and still pain)
