Oh wow mate, incredible shape !!!
I would advise u to focus on chest and lats, they will give a even tinier waist (your waist is already ridiculously small !!)
I think those two body parts are the missing points to this insane shape!

This will be best imo , give push and pull even more focus on their own days but everything gets hit twice a week , still hit legs twice a week as can never have big enough legs

One question for your advice – lets say my capacities doesnt allow me to train three days in a row – do I have to make sure that I can do this with lowering volume etc. Or how can I do your advice with 2 Days Training 1 Day Off?
The Older I get and the higher my intensity is I always reconize that the third Session is not the best … in my younger days I could easily do 3 days in a row – Now
Sometimes the third day is like „fuck I could propaply need a Rest“ … -

Another try -
Programming is based on your individual needs. If legs is a dominant body part then your first workout split that you wrote can work will here. Switching between the training days you have highlighted can work and this gives you the chance to focus on the muscle groups that need the most attention. Equally the second approach can work too. Have a watch of Jordan’s YouTube videos on how you can set up these type of training splits / exercise selection

Ive attached some pics, These Are some weeks old and as u can See, Chest wasnt Even a great bodypart .. but now since I cant Train properly the chest is flat as a fucking pancake

Just wanna give u an Update – It is what it is, I got an appointment with a neurochirug and it is a herniated disc in my cervical vertebra .. this thing is stressing the nerve for triceps and this is the reason I have the strength and feeling issues …
the last weeks Ive done my diet, training and cardio as good as I can – BUT every week I saw decreasing my chest, shoulder and triceps – so I decided to not compete, fix this problem, get better and come back stronger hopefully!

So I try to explain, my English is good, but there are some special words I need to look up to explain!
First I was at my “Home-Doctor” here in Germany – Of course he Said: “Stop Bodybuilding, do 4 weeks nothing, dont go low in Bodyfat, unhealthy, blablabla” .. I said I want an appointment for the MRT or MRI? Where they can check my spine and so on. So I got and an appointment there and got the diagnose …
They said there are two options: First one is – I got a prolapse in my cervical spine at C6 / C7, this is the one where the nerve for the triceps/chest is.
Other option, there is more bone on my right site at c6 / c7 witch causes tightness for the nerve which is for the triceps/chest …
After this diagnose is got an appointment for a neurochiruge meeting, this doctor will tell me what I can do ..
SO lets make it short: My symptoms are not better till now, I have just a little pain, but I CANT train my chest/Shoulders/triceps properly, due that I have NO strength at all .. And this shows in my physique, of course ;( I still try to do some movements which cause some stimulus to these muscles, but its NOT FUN (Marc can relate I think) and its not the same – Every push session is MEH ..
I didnt stopped my diet / prep now, I said to myself, I will hear what the neurochiruge say and then decide … Mental its like a rollercoaster .. I Go into a push session, feeling like shit and wanna quiet everything after that .. Next time I train legs, or back, it clicks, works great and I refuse to give up haha what a crazy experience …
BUT – Like Meg said, if im not happy with my look in 4-5 weeks and there is literally no light that it will be better, I will be heartbroken and cancel my prep … Maybe I fly with the money I save to vacation haha man I dont know, im really fucked, BUT as we all know – Nobody cares, work Harder 😛

I workout after meal 1 so I like the orals to contribute to performance in the gym.
And before bed I just don’t like knowing there’s toxins being processed whilst I sleep. Nothing science about it, just a personal preference. I take a lot of my health / organ supplements before bed so I don’t like mixing liver toxic anabolics in with them. Plus, when I’ve split them Am/PM in the past I haven’t seen a big difference in results to be honest [/quote]

Reason why im asking this is, i also work out After my First meal, because I work After in the day and I ask myself often how is the best way to use my stimulans, Clen, etc. Or orales and them of course my Health Supps.

I like to think about everything I do / take / eat etc as a bodybuilder and if it makes sense , how it makes me feel, and if it works.
My morning routine during my latest prep was like this most days
5am- wake:- water, t3, t4, Clen, gh
Do 10-20 minutes steps
Start work / go coffee shop
6am- coffee, water
Work for 2-3 hours
8-9am:- meal 1, health supps, anavar winny etc
10:30-11:- pre workout & train
I do rest if my cardio / steps later on.[/quote]

I like to think about everything too, but sometimes it is like “Ah, everyone do it this way, so I do it like they do” – So therefore im so happy and glad that I can have these conversations here to think again, lookin for new ways and do the trial and error way.
Do u think it is managable to incorporate fasted cardio in this scenario?
I ask,. because my mornings are exact the same, expect that I do cardio.
– Wake Up, water, Clen etc.
– Steps 20-30 minutes
– Cardio 30-40 minutes + vacuum etc. pp.
– Health Supps + Meal 1 – then training.
What health supps do u take in this scenario in the morning and which do u take before bed?
My healthsupps with meal 1 are: Nattokinase, NAC, Curcurmin, Citrus Bergamott, Astragalus, Telmisartan – When I take all my anavar in the morning, which would you take out?
And one question – As prep gets deeper, I have here and there some joint issues and my sleep is meh – I have Join In and Dream Sleep at home – I know u use these too – do u take it together before bed?

I personally wouldn’t do 30 minutes steps then 30/40 minutes cardio fasted. It seems too much. Have to remember in the morning you’re more prone to doing catabolic. Pick one but if it’s a time thing and you can’t cardio later then that’s ok
I take all tbjp health supps. Love heart, heart care, vitals, vit d, curcumin, omega, join in , osteo, insure (insulin sensitivity) ,
Yes I take dream sleep with join in before bed every night. I take unwind post workout also.
I only take telmisartan if blood pressure goes up. Right now it’s ok. [/quote]

When doing cardio later, anytime really. Maybe a little post workout, some more later on in the evening. I don’t do conventional cardio, I just go for an easy walk. And if I split it up throughout the day , it still works
The anti inflammatory type supps try take a bit further away from training. So
Since I train in the morning I take curcumin , join in before bed [/quote]

I have an apointment Tomorrow for an MRT to Check the spinal and neck and See if this cause the Problem. Maybe a Prolapse? Dont know …
