    Ive saw an chiro yesterday, he did some things with my Head and Said Spine Looks Good. There is one Point at my Trapez Muskulatur near the shoulderblade which feels like a Hard knot, he Said this is a muscleknot, maybe this is the Problem?

    The Problem in my Town is, NOBODY knows about this Sport.

    Everything you’re describing sounds like a nerve issue to me. Either a trapped or damaged nerve. I would go and see a reputable therapist who can perform some proper tests and release the correct areas, as well as prescribe exercises and stretches to help. A general massage or chiropractic adjustment won’t be enough.

    I thought about it too, that something is wrong with my nerve.

    I will See what the doctor say on monday, but for now i Did Everything I could. Even medication with ibuprofen and orthoton. I NEVER smoke weed, but Even this i tried to get some pain Relief and relaxing – nothin Works Till now and like i said this amount of weeks out to my First Show this year with this Problem stresses me A LOT and im more than devasted and demotivated … nah, lets See what Doctor say.

    I workout after meal 1 so I like the orals to contribute to performance in the gym.

    And before bed I just don’t like knowing there’s toxins being processed whilst I sleep. Nothing science about it, just a personal preference. I take a lot of my health / organ supplements before bed so I don’t like mixing liver toxic anabolics in with them. Plus, when I’ve split them Am/PM in the past I haven’t seen a big difference in results to be honest [/quote]

    I looked up the last few sites and follow u a Long time, but I cant find much about your Morning Routine a can u give us a look about this? When u say u Train After the First meal, how do u use your t3/t4, Clen, etc pp. And do you Cardio before the First meal fasted?

    Reason why im asking this is, i also work out After my First meal, because I work After in the day and I ask myself often how is the best way to use my stimulans, Clen, etc. Or orales and them of course my Health Supps.

    Maybe u can give us a look how your Mornings in Prep Look like?

    I like to think about everything I do / take / eat etc as a bodybuilder and if it makes sense , how it makes me feel, and if it works.

    My morning routine during my latest prep was like this most days

    5am- wake:- water, t3, t4, Clen, gh
    Do 10-20 minutes steps
    Start work / go coffee shop
    6am- coffee, water
    Work for 2-3 hours
    8-9am:- meal 1, health supps, anavar winny etc
    10:30-11:- pre workout & train

    I do rest if my cardio / steps later on.[/quote]

    I like to think about everything too, but sometimes it is like “Ah, everyone do it this way, so I do it like they do” – So therefore im so happy and glad that I can have these conversations here to think again, lookin for new ways and do the trial and error way.

    Do u think it is managable to incorporate fasted cardio in this scenario?

    I ask,. because my mornings are exact the same, expect that I do cardio.

    – Wake Up, water, Clen etc.

    – Steps 20-30 minutes

    – Cardio 30-40 minutes + vacuum etc. pp.

    – Health Supps + Meal 1 – then training.

    What health supps do u take in this scenario in the morning and which do u take before bed?

    My healthsupps with meal 1 are: Nattokinase, NAC, Curcurmin, Citrus Bergamott, Astragalus, Telmisartan – When I take all my anavar in the morning, which would you take out?

    And one question – As prep gets deeper, I have here and there some joint issues and my sleep is meh – I have Join In and Dream Sleep at home – I know u use these too – do u take it together before bed?

    I be honest – I Did not bloodwork for this and Added it in to Push a Little Bit more.

    Now I think was just stupid. But I Wonder what can cause this feeling and anyone Else feel Same with t3.

    I have a question about t3 and dont want to open a new tread – so I Hope its okay to ask here.

    Are there people who hyperrespond to t3?

    In my case, I added 20 t3 to my 100 t4 in the Morning and since this I feel like shit.

    With 100 t4 Everything was Fine, Look was Good, Weight dropped and since im on t3 im not the Same. Nothin else changed.

    I rly think noodles/Pasta is fine, IF u digest it well! Nearly same macros.

    If u wanna make meals with rice „tastier“ maybe try to mix Rice and Pasta, Rice and potatoes as well 🙂

    Use a Zero Sauce or some tasty veggies 🙂 Zero Ketchup etc. Pp.

    So, u said u would not take coffein First thing in the Morning, just After 90 Minutes upon awake. I understand why – But how would you structure then

    – Walk

    -Cardio

    -Workout ?

    Just t3/t4 upon awake, then go for a Walk, then add the Clen before Cardio, then eat the Pre-Workout meal and before Training u would implement the coffein?

    How would you implement fat burners Like Clen, or yohimbine and Other stims like coffein?
