    When u say this is very low volume for u, how do u workin up your weights for the Sets? Are These all out Sets u mentioned?

    And what is your „normal“ sets / Volumen? Do u add more Sets or more excersises?

    Im a silence reader, but want to ask u something!

    How Did your Splitt change due to implement the SST System? From Push/Pull/Legs to a 5 day Splitt, or 6 day splitt?

    Do u think the SST principles can used with a Upper/Lower or Push/Pull/Leg Routine?

    Thanks man! Will give it a go and look what body response is.

    I had the discussion a few weeks ago, that it doesnt matter in which rep Range u Train – just „Collect“ effective reps through the Workout – and conclusion was, its „easier“ to get effektiv reps in a lower rep range..

    What is your Opinion? And maybe @kuba1000@hotmail.co.uk and Jordan, etc. Pp. Wanna join in here.

    One thing that comes in my Mind when im here and thinking about this.

    Do you think it would be a problem to eat just one whole meal as “Pre Workout” and then go to train? I just need to be effective and ready at 10 o clock for my Job. And I hate stress in the morning haha so maybe one meal would fit better – like this:

    Wake up 5 o clock – Hydrate – Cardio 30 Minutes

    Meal 1 / Pre-Workout: 3 Whole Eggs, 100g Oats or CoR, 50g Iso Whey, some berries or banana, Salt and Cinnamon.

    Workout – Intra – Post-Workout

    Then some Steak and Rice or Pasta.

    I am really lean right now – would it make sense to take the insulin in the reverse diet when I push carbs and kcal at the beginning, or just wait a bit?

    Thank u guys for your answers and advice here. I will not take the Insulin in this phase and will focus more on other things and MAYBE when the time has come I will implement it.

    first I have to say thank u so much for all your response!

    My thoughts about this usage was this, I try to explain.

    Im on a Diet phase right now, really low in carbohydrates because im already really lean and I find out I need to go really low, to get in a really good shape.

    i do my morning cardio 7x per week for 45 minutes fasted with some 40mcg clen and 10mg yohimbine.

    Currently my cycle is: 50mg test propionate and 100mg primo Monday, wendsday and Friday – that’s it and I don’t really want to push the anabolic / hormones more, so I thought to get a little bit more fullness and better recovery I can implement some insulin for better absorption of my carbohydrates which are all around training.

    The question about the Cardio comes from the point, that I really want to up my output a little bit more, but I have a full-time job and not so much time for a second cardio session in the afternoon, so I thought I would do a little bit cardio after my workout and then take the insulin and eat my carbohydrates. Of course I know cardio after training is not the optimum, but its the only time I could add more output. I don’t want to lower my input, im already rly low.

    So question here is – will the effect of the insulin after the cardio does his job to get a little bit fuller and shuttle the carbohydrates better in my muscles for a better recovery?

    Thanks for your answers! Sorry for that late reply, but I worked the whole week and don’t want to do a comment with my smartphone, so I can describe the whole situation a little bit better.

    Is everything else on point? Its easy to say yes here, but I would say “I think so”. I sleep 8-10 hours a night, with 1-2 piss, depends on water intake and how late I am training.

    Diet is now 3.800-4000 clean cals with 500grams of carbs, 315grams of protein and 60-80grams of fat. Diet is based on CoR, Jasmin Rice and some Fruits + Cyclic dextrin as carb sources, Eggs, Salmon, Beef, chicken and Whey as protein sources.

    So my sessions lookin like this:

    Push (focus chest and shoulders):

    Incline DB – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    Flat BB – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    Sitting cable flies – 2×12-15

    One arm cable laterals – 1×6-8 / 1×10-12

    Dips – 1x

    Pull

    Iliac Lat pulldown – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    Chest supported T-bar – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    One hand cable row – 2×10-12

    Teres major pulldown (don’t know the name of the machine) – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    Pullovers cable – 2×8-10

    Push (focus shoulders and then chest)

    DB shoulder press – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    Hammer strenght shoulder press – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    Lying cuffed side laterals – 2×8-12

    Sitting cable flies – 2×15-20

    Pull

    Pulldown – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    High row single Arm – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    DB retractions / row – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    Reverse cable row – 2×10-12

    Dead lifts – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    Legs

    sitting calves – 2×5-9

    Adductor – 1×8-10 / 1×15-20

    lying hamstring one leg (gym has no other….) – 1×5-9 / 1×10-12

    Hack Squat – 1×5-9 / 1×12-15

    Bulgarian Splitt – 2×8-12

    Leg Extension – 2×12-15

    Arms are based on three excersise that I change some times, I found out cable work is great for my biceps.

    I decided to change training days this week to PUSH PULL ARMS OFF LEGS OFF PUSH PULL OFF, maybe this will help.

    Hey Jimmy, can u tell us more about the ED injections with the slin pins? Which muscle rotation do u pin? And how much ml do u pin with the slin needle?

    Hey man, sure.
    With my ED injections I use the 1ml slin pins. My current site rotation is
    Medial delts
    Rear delts
    Triceps
    Occasionally biceps
    I split the dose half and half for each muscle. So both medial delts get injected for example. I prefer to do them around 90 mins pre wo too.
    I also use use a 21g needle with a 2.5ml barrel for my lats only as these can take the amount of oil I’m currently using in one shot without any problems.
    Current oil daily works out at 2.5ml, this is because the primo and NPP are dosed at 100mg/ml and current cycle is
    1000mg primo
    700mg NPP
    300mg test e

    Maybe a silly question, but how do u fill your insulin syringes? Do you fill these with a other syringe and needle or do you stick the insulin needle in the vial and pull out the amount of oil u using?
    Hope u understand what i mean 😀

    I definetly will try this, sounds easier if i just have to pin 1ml ed with a insulin needle rather than pin mo we fri 2,5ml with a big one hah

    I dont know how open u and corinne are about the topic drugs, i dont read anything about that, of course as a world athlete u dont have to talk about, but maybe u or @corinne can give us a little view into these last weeks of prep. If not, it is totaly okay and i’m sorry for asking 🙂

    just saw your video on your thoughts on insulin and have a few questions because this topic is so interesting and i like to know what a guy like you think about it!!! thank you in advance for your time!

    First question is, have you now days were you use more insulin than 10-15 iu, just maybe to push some more blood, or got better recovery?

    Do you have a rule, how much carbohydrates you need for 1 IU insulin? i heard about a rule like 1 IU insulin is like 10g of “Sugar” ?

    How long before train you pin your fast acting insulin? 40 minutes before training and immedently the preWo with fast carbs? or how do you handle it?

    How long before and after do you cut out the fat in the meals when you use insulin?
