    First tip … Use gear that dont give u that kind of pip.
    Inject in glute or on a other point at the thigh, maybe higher or something like that …
    warm the oil before a little bit and give your injection time …

    So, do i unterstand this right?
    You eat 90 min before workout, shoot 5iu (as a start) 40 min before workout and beginn to sipp your carbs when the workout starts?
    Or do you got a PreWo Shake with little Carbs?
