    Everything has been going perfect. I have found ways to have different exercises in the rotation while also maintaining a good schedule. Lifts are still going up and food is coming in, so everything is going perfect, sir!

    I have a question about the lighter sessions.
    Are the higher reps meant to be a way to deload the stress on your ligaments and joints, et cetera?

    Yes you can run A, B, A, B rotation wise .. can I ask why volume on legs is lower than other body parts? Is legs a strong point ?

    Yeah, I’m trying to make my upper body proportional to my lower body.
