From the UK NHS website mate:
“When should I call the doctor?
You should call your healthcare provider if you’re taking tamoxifen and experience:
Chest pain or shortness of breath.Fever.Signs of stroke, including slurred speech, blurred vision or sudden numbness in the legs, arms or face.Swelling in the legs, ankles or feet.Uncontrolled vomiting.”
Not what you want to hear I am sure. But wanted to flag as soon as I saw this.

Hey guys,
I feel constntly pressure in my joints. It hurts when I start to move.
Sounds almost medical mate. Consult your doctor.

For me you need to drop fat fast and hard. There is a lot around the midsection which is a bad sign health wise in terms of insulin resistance and other health markers.
I would be doing U/L 4 days a week
I would want morning cardio daily – fast paced incline walking / bike etc HR 110-120 BPM
Steps 10k
Get at it hard n fast n get healthy
If unresponsive to reduced calories obviously the advice would be to go lower.
Is there a limit to how low you would go to drop midsection fat?
Concerns for muscle loss?

Have to agree. I’ve done a LOT of cardio over the years (too much at times). But when running (or anything) I always found I was much better fasted.
Aside from the psychological aspects mentioned, I always feel lighter, more levelled energy and you always hit it in the same state or similar.
If its at the end of the day it could be a long hard day, making it harder etc.
For me fasted is preferable.

I’d keep some cardio in mate. How long you planning on pushing up for?

Literally don’t sweat it mate. If its a handful with 4 out of six meals you will total something like 100-150g a day I reckon. It is super low in terms of calorie density anyway.

I think you’ll be fine. If calories are high and activity is low in a gaining phase, then it’s the best place to start.
Start with a small deficit and increase as needed through the cut by managing intake and activity levels.
