Can’t rush gaining tissue brother, I’m 100% not a fan of rebounds
Quick way to add a ton of bodyweight but I have rarely seen anyone keep much of it of the back and then entire offseason is maxed out in 8 weeks
You could be gaining for 25/30 weeks here slowly and stay tidy
Appreciate the reply mate , I have done a rebound previously and didnt see any drop off in terms of bodyweight or condition wise when I went into a health phase after and strength maintained so when I started off season I was still in a good spot and was able to push up for around 12 months altogether , that was last time around. The food isn’t a huge increase for me as the tail end of prep I was still on over 4.5 K kcals.
But I take what your saying on board mate and I know what your saying play it smart and don’t be a complete idiot

After three heavy days of refeeding food and loading water , today we pull back the fluid and manipulate a few things and hopefully tomorrow presents a good look !

Day 3 ;
1750 carbs the same as yesterday , fluid 8L and salt 17grinds per mealAldactone last night 25 and again this am about 2 hours ago now

Big weight jump yesterday , extra litre fluid today so 8L and extra grind of salt per meal and 25 aldactone pre bed

870 carb deep now so about half way and foods going in fairly easily no issue with digestion but the water loading is hard to maintain

Prep low again today , after last refeed , run rest day base Sunday and normal training day diet yesterday and today !
Mock load/peak starts tomorrow with day 1 starting at 1750 carb to really try and push this fullness !

Very odd again after yesterday lower food rest day food weight was up around a KG , this could purely be from rehydration yesterday as my water was a tad lower on the refeed and my sleep was poor and short last night.
Either way my weight being up a little is actually a good thing as it was heading into to a point where I felt it was getting to low to soon .
Normal training day food today of around 650 carb

Odd one today ran higher carb day and even added additional fats in 4/5/6 to help the carbs stick and woke up at a new low , rest day base line today and Likley for next few days as we will run a more sort of mock peak next week trying a little water manipulation etc

Cardio is 35 mins on the spin bike fasted when is achievable -
3 days refeed sounds banging! How’s the response been since that bud?
So Friday dropped to rest day food and just back to base with steps and cardio and woke up this AM with a prep low bro

Day 3 – 1500g carbLegs was hit Tuesday had great session , rest yesterday and arms today was class ! Will take tomorrow as rest day and hit my back/ham session Saturday at Muscleworks Orpington as a job opportunity has come my way there I can’t refuse
Check in with boss tomorrow to see what is on the cards for the coming days and interested to see what body weight is saying , I was 6 lb above preo low today and in reality we don’t want to see my bodyweight fall that low again
