As of today T4 pushed to 150 from 100 but since NPP at 200 came out and was swapped for tren at 200 last Friday nothing new mate -

As thought new prep low again today
Coach ordered a refeed , he said likely be atleast 2 days may even try a third heavy day , good to trial for the peak now why we still have time and are lean

Today and yesterday without a doubt the two toughest days on prep for me and being under the weather don’t help , so coming days will tell if it will be a on going prep feeling or just illness .
But today’s weight see me 7lbs lighter then Fridays 4lb gain post double refeed , so about 3lbs lighter then the prep low pre feed up !
Re-arrangement of training slightly as push went in today due to being little under the weather and big leg session will go down tomorrow.
Check will be sent pre fasted cardio and I will let my coach assess the weight and pics and give me the plan for next day from there.
I feel a refeed inbound but weather that starts tomorrow or Wednesday only my coach will know

Rest day yesterday with my low rest day too see a big 4 lb drop !
Repeating this again today just cardio and core work
Send the boss bodyweight tomorrow and go from there

2 lbs dropped post two day refeed with a normal day at base lines yesterday !
Cardio fasted and core work done , now for job interview and then full body tissue work later

Really well mate day two of refeed just gone in , just going for evening pre bed and post last meal digestion walk , find it help sleeps if I take my sleep stack just before the walk as sleeps started to get a little wobbly

No mate it was an example other other coaches who like to approach refeeds with insulin use and low fat

Coaches order where as I expected bodyweight we would still like to see a little higher so repeat again today

Up 4:30 this AM for cardio pre work
Bodyweight 253.8 post refeed so up 1.4 KG in fullness and obvs so food volume being held in the stomach as not a lot of bowel or urine movement pre weigh in today
Sent over to coach and waiting on todays orders

As I thought , boss orders today was 1500 g cleaner carb refeed and then dirty meal on top , always opt for dominoes or big burger and fries , the fats sit well and help the carbs sit
Like many top coach coaches , AJ sims etc on high carb day we run fats real low and I tend to half protein

Big drop as expected 250.8 this AM personally would like to see this creep back up a little as it’s no weight at my height and size I can maintain.

You not running any anti eostrogens yet?
We switch to training day only HGH last off season to just utilise the growth on days when needed the most and it seems to work well so kept consistently the same . Weight is irrelevant as well within supers it’s purely off a look for my coach right now !
No need for AI at the moment as i get bigger and older each year my body handles the high test dose better and the mast 1200 with the orals just added seems to be doing the trick right now.

Big leg session yesterday afternoon
Felt very tired after and was expecting weight to be a little up today due to inflammation however actully hit a prep low of 252.6 this AM
