Is it tendinitis or just pain at the knee area??
Have you seen a physio to confirm the problem always see a professional; making a self diagnosis is fine but if your still in pain after finding the problem then maybe it isn’t a knee issue just pain at that area?
Myself had knee pain turns out was actually my foot which was flat that elevated ton the knee which gave the pain in that area wasted months then after 1 session with a physio it’s your feet me personally would at least get it confirmed by a pro therapist then take it from there smashwerx you tube is great for anyone that has identified a problem area and loads of work for it to help so you can save money with less physio sessions but the key is finding the root cause of the problem hope it helps I’m just talking from personal experince

Just a quick one mate had knee pain for a few months kept working on knee massages etc turns out it was a foot problem try get some Physio work to asses the root of your problem mines is healing just fine in simple terms treatment ice even support if required and don’t do anything that hurts for now but deffo see a Physio for an assessment as this is key to finding the root of the problem

Just wondering I know your doing lots of work to stay injury free with the cryotherapy and stretching routine daily etc wondering if you would post a video or a list of what you do each morning or pre workout or post workout for this as it’s somehing I’m trying to work on to stay injury free purchased the stretching book you recommended which has been great thanks

Similar experience last year after a shoulder press with the dumbbells went wrong how I helped mine was. physio to get some work done also stretching programme to help the joint I was told just google if the pain is very bad struggling to lift arm above head etc I got a cortisone injection this helped then allowing me to work on the reapair and strengthen this is my personal exerince though also got myself an electrical tens machine which I use prior to all upper body days and after for recoverey up also told me to get some Kwan long oil this is good before gym on any niggles hope you get some help soon mate.
