    Throw some pics up Fred, let’s see if your lower is ahead of your upper.

    It’s more of an enjoyment factor for the ppl, i find I can stick to it much easier than upper lower

    upper / lower , start lower with biceps , start upper with push downs and then dips

    There literally isn’t a more logical way , they get hit the most often , they start each session . Even with how developed I am , I could add an inch more to my arms from now if I did a year of this

    Would push pull legs with biceps trained at the start of legs be a valid option if I wanted more upper body focus rather than upper lower?
