Exactly that’s is exactly my point, but wouldn’t we be able to train the lengthening position in a piece like the Prime Leg Extension, specially using the top peg and adding something to the pad to increase ROM, or does the fact that we dont have the foot in contact with the ground actually compromises the force production on that lengthened position, specially for all heads other than the rec fem?
Ps: I know this serves nothing if we are just thinking about results, I just truly want to hear your opinion in this more “nerdy” question; and thanks in advance for your time Oscar
