Can you not pick up generic GH that’s £1- £1.20 an iu ? Then you can take a proper dose and it’s going to cost you £6-7 a day

Buying direct from china I’m paying 50-60p per iu

Are you going to be keeping the igf at the same doses or are they gonna run higher too?

240 today. Up 3 lbs from stage weight. Still quite dry but fulness is coming back.

Got bloods done yesterday and if they come back ok, I’m jumping start into a cycle. I’m not wasting time if I don’t need to back track

I’m near retirement now, and I have maybe this one off season to really pack it on. I WANT to be on the O stage next year.

Risky ? Maybe. Not really if bloods are good. And considering I had 6 years off up till 2024, I’m not worried

The risk is worth the reward for me now. I’m an Olympian and I’m earning decently from this life, so I’m gonna push the boundaries without regrets

Did chest today. And a tricep pump

Still pondering my split. Shoulder day doesn’t always feel good, so I’m thinking of the below split

Day 1- back , rear delts , traps, abs

Day 2- chest , side delts , calves

Day 3- legs

Day 4- arms

Rest / repeat

This way frequency goes up slightly. And it makes more sense since my delts don’t need a full day, they are a strong part, where as my arms need attention.

So yesterday was back.

Chest today

Tomorrow is legs or rest

Rest day wise – Sunday will be a fixed rest day so I can plan stuff with my family.

Then mid week I’ll take a rest day too. As and when I get really need it

Love this! Let’s go Sas, can’t wait to see some big improvements next time you’re on stage!

There is a chance if you are a total newbie to all this that you can gain muscle but outside of this the chances are slim unless you are genetically blessed.

Which is why the general approach is always.

diet until you are nice and lean

Then grow with a focus on staying lean until you feel you are to soft.

rinse and repeat

So should I even be training at the moment ? I am progressing my lifts and all that but I guess it’s normal since I’m still abit of a noob, is the better approach to this dieting then once I can eat in a surplus then I should go to the gym ?
Dieting without training is a sure fire way to lose muscle and then you’re just gonna make it even harder for yourself when you come back to the gym. And honestly, if that’s the way you’re thinking it sounds like the gym isn’t for you… if you dont love it and look forward to training and you’re contemplating not going just because you’re not growing in a cut then maybe pick a hobby that you actually enjoy lol

Guilherme yes 🙂 , I do 100mcg des split 50:50 only Into one muscle and then 100 lr3 post the same . You could do more. I want to experiment in my second phase of my blast with much higher lr3 and des and see what I can get from 4 weeks on 4 weeks off at blast doses of it

Will you be tracking your next go with them with pictures and measurements?
Love you being a guinea pig with all these peps 😁 I’ve got some des and lr3 on the way that I’m going to save for bulking to get the most out of.
Can’t wait to see how far you can push from what is already a ridiculous size lol
Has your insta gone again?

Thanks for the reply Jordan. The main reason I ask aside from wanting big arms obviously is I enjoy his style of training and I don’t enjoy the upper/lower and low volume approach and as youve said lots of different style work, so I’m trying to decide wether to give this a go or follow one of his other programs like gamma bomb or project colossus. Not disregarding your advice at all, I just want to train in a way that I enjoy!

Well enjoyment is key.

However I fully agree with J

I would have an arm day for sure.

Then maybe 3 sets of bi and 3 sets of tri later in the week.

Example

Tuesday arms

Saturday – touch up arms

Or Tuesday arms –

Fri touch up bi

Sat touch up tri
That makes sense Jordan, thanks for your input mate.
Thanks for the reply Peter, as you’ve said enjoyment is key and I also think for me combining the real heavy training all the time with working in construction is asking for an injury! I think I’m going to go with pull/push/legs/arms/rest repeat

Give it a bash . Everyone I have ever coached , would lose arm size training that way

Well I’m going to see what other feedback I get before I decide which one of his programs to try. Out of interest what are your thoughts on his training methodologies? Obviously a lot of his ideas and styles are very different to the way you train but you’re both highly experienced and respected as 2 of the best in the industry so it’s interesting to know what you think
