as you told me, with 3-4 sets per muscle at a good intensity and 4-5 repetitions,

for the moment, I do 4-5 reps on each of my sets with the best possible technique, I load heavy but I almost never egolift (except when I increase my workloads a little) but otherwise all my reps are controlled with a good eccentric phase and a good tempo, so that’s why I’m asking, is it better to do 4-5 with good execution, or more 6-10, tell me the opposite if I’m talking nonsense, but for me when I can do more than 6-7 repetitions the load is no longer heavy enough and I can increase it by 0.5 – 1kg to do 4-5 again, I’d like to know your opinion.

I know what you mean, I think it could be a good idea, I’ll look into it, but I’m a bit afraid of not doing enough, is 4-5 repetitions per set good for such a small volume? or should I do 6-10 repetitions instead? and 2 leg sessions per week is a lot… my aches and pains usually last several days, but they’ll probably get used to them after a while…

i can’t go to gym on wednesday, which split do you recommend me for this ? and i actually don’t really like push pull legs split so i don’t know…
