Hey man. In a similar situation. Did you find a solution? -
I’m running around the same cycle. And I have to take (yes pharmagrade) Adex, 4x 0,5 mg/ week to keep estrogen at top of the range.
-
What brand of T3 are you using?
Brandon, I’m using pharmagrade T3, Tiromel. I’m very confused because of the above situation. I’ve been a week or two on 75-100mcg’s now and might retest later this month. I hope to get to see on the test that free T3 is at the top of the range or preferably even slightly over it.
Any advice or thoughts, shoot.

Would rethink the dosage…

Was wondering the same. lets see if someone can help.

Don’t waste your time, bin it, find quality gear.

How much test are you taking, if I can ask?

Thanks for commenting @hilly . I’m pretty surprised as well free T3 is at the complete bottom of the range when being on 37,5mg/ day. Based on my source, I don’t think my stuff is fake or underdosed, but who knows.
Anyways… even if it’s fake, the result of the test isn’t good. Being at the bottom of the reference range is not where I want to be at with my hormones. The next few weeks I’m going to take 50mcg/ day from a new strip and see how this changes things. Two more questions:
– Is it possible that your natural TSH is very low, while natural free T3 is at the bottom of the range as well?
– Also, when taking exogenous T3 at a replacement dosage (which seems to be the case for me – going out from the idea stuff is real), what does this do to our TSH? Would this mean that TSH production is close to zero then, just as natural testosterone production is zero when on TRT? Because after all, no signal has to send any more to produce T3.As you can see, just trying to learn how to interpret things, so I can take further measures to get myself at the top of the range. If you have any other additional information you want to share about it, feel free to do so. Happy to listen and learn from those who’re experienced with it.

I don’t split up t3 dosage of under 50mcg TBH.
I have ran it year round before but currently don’t as my natural level is mid range to high
Hi @Hilly. Just continuing “the story” here lol, since I thought it’d be easier. So, as said, I did bloods yesterday morning (on cycle: 400mg test, 200mg tren, 200mg mast, all short esters).
The day before I took my 25mcg of T3 in the morning and the other 12.5mcg of T3 at 8PM, as usual. Then, blood were done 12 hours later at 8 AM.
Purely talking about T3, my results came back like this:
TSH: 0,61 mU/L (range: 0,27 – 4,20)
Free T3: 4,1 pmol/L (range: 4,3 – 6,7)As we can see, at that time free T3 was slightly under the reference range. But as said, I have no previous experience with running T3 and thus no idea how to interpret these results taking into account the dosage, timing etc.
Would you be able to tell me something more about what a daily dosage of 37,5mcg T3 means for me (taking into account timing etc).
Just one more note about the TSH-levels: I did test these already multiple times in the past and the results always came back between 0,62 – 0,9 mU/L the majority of the time (on-cycle). So let’s say TSH is still around the same.
Thanks in advance as always for the help.
