A cruise should be a dose which maintains near higher range normal physiological levels.
There is no magic formula…….
Dr Dean, quick question: is there actually a “need” to drop down to a cruise, when you’ve been on-cycle for 6/7 months BUT health markers are still okay? Ofc, we’re then speaking about someone who’s not looking to recover natural test levels and doesn’t plan on having kids.
In other words: can you keep pushing the cycle/ switching up compounds as long as health markers are fine? Or would dropping down to a cruise make you “more sensitive again” to the drugs (if that’s a thing?)?

Merlijn, that’s exactly what I thought too. Gaining 3kg on a first cycle is nothing. And the sentence “I got a little bit stronger” worries me aswell lol. IMO: You didn’t take the cycle too seriously OR your gear was bunk.

Hey guys. thanks for answering. Yes, I’m aware it’s not the best protein source, but I use it more like a “filler” tor each my calories (or indeed mix it with some whey). It also sits well in my stomach I must say.
I’m more wondering if a product like this is “unhealthy” or does more harm than good in a certain way, aside from the protein quality etc?
won’t harm you bud you’d have to consume a tone to have any negatives from such product. you are good to go

I’m skeptical of this as well. I’m told it can hold at 200mg/ml but how likely it is to be that dose is questionable.
I’ve used triumph NPP at 150mg/ml and that i felt was dosed correctly, and PIP free.I cant imagine the 200mg/ml PIP would be an issue. But it will probably crash a lot.
Hey bro. What do you exactly mean with “it will probably crash a lot”? And indeed, it’s a tricky one, although it seems like products dosed higher than the usual 100mg/ml are getting more common.
I do have to say I don’t really have a problem with PIP. Of course, I don’t want to waste my time the next few weeks on-cycle (I switched from 10 weeks tren e to NPP a week ago as I wanted to keep progressing). Would it be best to up the dosage and assume it’s probably dosed lower than we think?

200mg/ml sounds like PIP to me

thanks ryan. so you believe there are very high chance it’s indeed dosed at 200mg/ml? just thought it was strange since the price is around the same as 100mg/ml dosed products!

Just move your pre and post meals buddy. breakfast wise you will get used to it, we are one of the few nations that have sweet breakfasts. I eat fish, sounds gross but love it. Food is fuel, you can’t always love every meal.
jup same here. fish and oats or fish and rice for breakie. Actually always looking very much forward to it haha!

your dose is fine buddy, yes generally test levels lower than tren depending on size, years on anabolics etc
Ryan, how would you say the ratios should be when running test and NPP (also a 19 nor, just as tren)? First time running NPP atm, first week: 300mg NPP and 450mg test e. Not sure if this is ok? 3rd cycle btw. thanks!
